خدمت رسانی 206 خادم یار خانواده به زوجین

سرپرست مرکز امور بانوان و خانواده آستان قدس رضوی گفت: 206 زن ‘خادم یار' افتخاری این مرکز، خدمت رسانی رایگان به زوجین دارای مشکل در زندگی مشترک را بر عهده دارند.

فاطمه دژبرد افزود: خادمیاران مزبور شامل طلاب حوزه علمیه، دانش پژوهان سطح یک و دانش آموختگان سطح 2 حوزه علمیه در رشته های علوم تربیتی و روانشناسی هستند که به صورت داوطلبانه و افتخاری با این مرکز همکاری دارند.

وی با بیان اینکه خادمیاران خانواده با سن 25 تا 45 سال در مشهد مستقر هستند، اظهار کرد: از ابتدای امسال 530 نفر متقاضی خادمیاری خانواده شدند که از این تعداد 206 نفر پس از مصاحبه برای این امر انتخاب شدند.

وی گفت: هم اکنون دوره های آموزشی بدو خدمت برای نخستین گروه از خادمیاران خانواده آغاز شده که تا 25 تیر ماه ادامه دارد. بررسی ابعاد علمی و اجرایی برنامه زندگی به سبک رضوی ویژه زوجین جوان، بررسی وضعیت موجود در تحلیل شاخص ‌های ازدواج و خانواده در کشور، آسیب‌ شناسی رسانه و شبکه‌ های مجازی، مهارت ارتباط مؤثر، بررسی نقش حیا و غیرت در پایداری خانواده، حقوق متقابل زوجین و تاثیر ارائه خدمات اجتماعی زوجین به محرومان در پایداری خانواده از جمله بخش های آموزشی این دوره 20 ساعته است.

وی اظهار کرد: مسئولیت خادمیاران خانواده، تشکیل پرونده برای زوج ‌های جوان، راهنمایی، پشتیبانی آموزشی، بازخوردگیری، ارزیابی برنامه ‌ها و پاسخگویی به سوالات زوج‌ های جوان است و برقراری ارتباط آنان با زوجین فقط از طریق تماس تلفنی انجام می شود.

وی گفت: ثبت نام زوجینی که طی سال گذشته و امسال عقد کرده‌اند از طریق حضور آنان در آرامگاه پیرپالاندوز مشهد یا از طریق مراجعه به پایگاه اطلاع رسانی آستان قدس رضوی انجام می‌گیرد.

سرپرست مرکز امور بانوان و خانواده آستان قدس رضوی افزود: آموزش مهارت های زندگی و ترویج سبک زندگی رضوی برای زوجین به صورت حضوری در قالب شرکت در سخنرانی‌ها و همایش‌ها و به صورت مکاتبه ای در قالب ارسال بسته‌های آموزشی به محل سکونت زوجین و همچنین به صورت الکترونیکی در قالب ارسال پیام به شبکه‌های اجتماعی است.

وی اظهار کرد: هر خادمیار خانواده ارتباط با 50 زوج جوان را در دستور کار خود داشته و هر ماه 2 بار با آنان تماس گرفته و برنامه‌های آموزشی خود را برای هدایت زوجین ارائه می‌دهد.
