تشکیل ۶۶ میلیون پرونده الکترونیکی سلامت در کشور

بهروزبنیادی با اشاره به اینکه اجرای پرونده الکترونیک سلامت در برخی استانهای کشور انجام شده است، افزود: درشهرستان کاشمر در اکثر خانههای بهداشت پروندههای الکترونیک سلامت اجرایی شده است، یعنی اطلاعات اولیه به طور دقیق ثبت شده و امیدواریم در طی ماههای آینده روند اجرای آن با سرعت بیشتری طی شود. آمار مطرح شده مبنی بر وجود 66 میلیون پرونده الکترونیکی دقیق است.
نماینده کاشمر، خلیلآباد و بردسکن در مجلس شورای اسلامی، با بیان اینکه تا پیش از 4 ماه گذشته حدود 55 میلیون نفر در کشور دارای پرونده الکترونیک سلامت بودند، افزود: این آماردر چند ماه گذشته به 66 میلیون نفر افزایش پیدا کرده است. البته درگام اول برای اجرای پرونده الکترونیک سلامت تنها ثبت اطلاعات میشود. یعنی مشخص میشود که فرد دارای چه بیماریهایی است، اما دسترسی به این آمار هنوز برای همه استانها وجود ندارد، زیرا دولت الکترونیک تاکنون شکل نگرفته است.
وی با انتقاد از اینکه تاکنون سامانه جامع اطلاعات دولت و دولت الکترونیک شکل نگرفته است، تصریح کرد: برای اجرای کامل پرونده الکترونیک سلامت، باید وزارت ارتباطات و فناوری اطلاعات زیرساختهای لازم را فراهم کند.
عضو کمیسیون بهداشت و درمان مجلس با اشاره به اینکه همه مراکزدرمانی باید به اطلاعات سلامت افراد دسترسی داشته باشند، گفت: میتوان با پرونده الکترونیک سلامت اطلاعات جامع و کاملی را ازبیمار، سوابق بستری و روند درمانی آن را بدست آورد. وزارت بهداشت و درمان میتواند با کسب آمار دقیق درخصوص مشکلات حوزه بهداشت و درمان برنامه ریزی دقیق کند.
