بوی ماکارونی در رأی‌های سبزوار تکذیب شد

روز یکشنبه 7خرداد مطلبی چاپ کردیم با این عنوان که «رای‌ها بوی ماکارونی می‌داد»، اظهاراتی از سوی رییس شورای شهر سبزوار مبنی بر تخلفات در انتخابات این شهر. از انتقاد به الکترونیکی شدن انتخابات شورای شهر در سبزوار تا این نکته که توزیع بسته‌های غذایی مثل ماکارونی، روغن وحتی پرداخت پول باعث تغییر در نتایج انتخابات شده است.

کاظم کرامت حتی ادعا کرد که برخی از افراد برجسته و حتی اعضای فعلی شورای شهر به خاطر پاک بودنف احترام به قانون و نخریدن رای راهی به شورای شهر سبزوار نیافتند.

روز گذشته برای بررسی ادعاهای کرامت، با حسین مقصودی نماینده سبزوار، جوین، جغتای، خوشاب و داورزن و سخنگوی کمیسیون شوراها و امور داخلی کشور در مجلس همچنین حسین میردشتی معاون سیاسی، اجتماعی فرمانداری سبزوار به گفت‌وگو پرداختیم که در ادامه می‌خوانید.

مدارک مستند برای ابطال رای نداریم

مقصودی گفت: من معتقدم تخلف صورت گرفته است. از نظر من فرمانداری بسیار ضعیف عمل کرده است و کار را درچارچوب قانون انجام نداده است. اما متاسفانه مدارک قابل استنادی که منجر به ابطال رای شود وجود ندارد.

نماینده سبزوار، جوین، جغتای، خوشاب و داورزن در مجلس افزود: افراد معتمد شهر هم این را را تایید می‌کنند که خرید وفروش و پخش بسته‌های غذایی در حین انتخابات انجام شده است.

اگر بخواهم از نمونه تخلفات بگویم می‌شود اشاره کرد به شروع زود هنگام تبلیغات برخی از نمایندگان در سطح شهر، دیوارنویسی‌هایی که در سطح شهر انجام شده و منجر به نازیبایی نمای شهری شده است.

ردصلاحیت‌شدگان با سلام و صلوات به انتخابات آمدند

مقصودی اضافه کرد: از طرفی شاهد بودیم تایید صلاحیت برخی از کاندیداها که مراجع چهارگانه آن‌ها را رد کرده بودند اما با سلام صلوات فرد را در فرمانداری وهیات اجرایی تایید کرده‌اند.

وی در ادامه بیان کرد: وضع معیشت مردم چقدر ضعیف است که می‌توان با یک بسته مواد غذایی رای یک نفر را خرید. که این خود به عملکرد دولت‌ها در سال‌های گذشته برمی‌گردد که نتوانسته اند سطحی از رفاه را برای مردم فراهم کنند.

مردم فرهنگ استفاده از رای الکترونیک را ندارند

مقصودی درباره رای‌گیری الکترونیکی بیان کرد: روش خوبی است اما مردم فرهنگ استفاده از رای الکترونیکی را ندارند. ابتدا نیاز است زیر ساخت‌ها فراهم شود ومردم بیشتر آشنا شوند و بعد از این شیوه رای‌گیری استفاده شود.

سخنگوی کمیسیون شوراها و امور داخلی کشور در مجلس پیشنهاد داد: نیاز است قانون انتخابات بررسی شده، ازتعداد قوانین کم وبه کیفیت آن اضافه شود.

معاون سیاسی فرماندار سبزوار:

انتخابات سبزوار در نهایت سلامت برگزار شد

حسین میردشتی به خبرنگار اتفاقیه گفت: ما به عنوان هیات اجرایی اعتراضاتی داشته‌ایم اما این اعتراضات به گونه‌ای نبوده است که در سر نوشت انتخابات تاثیر داشته باشد و انتخابات سالم برگزارشده است.

معاون سیاسی اجتماعی فرمانداری سبزوار اضافه کرد: تخلف باید مصداقی نام برده شود تا بتوان آن را بررسی کرد. بحث سلامت انتخابات و تبلیغات انتخاباتی دو مقوله جدا است.

میردشتی اضافه کرد: تخلف انتخاباتی این گونه است که ما به عنوان مجری انتخابات شرایطی فراهم کنیم که نامزدها و رای‌دهندگان حقشان ضایع نشود واین که مجری تمایل و یا سمت وسوی خاص داشته باشد. این مواردی است که به سلامت انتخابات لطمه می‌زند و لازم است آقای مقصودی بتواند این موارد را از هم تشخیص دهد.

مسئول اجرایی انتخابات در سبزوار اضافه کرد: درحوزه تبلیغات دستور عمل خاصی در فصل هفت انتخابات وجود دارد واین را نباید با سلامت انتخابات مرتبط دانست.

مرجع رسیدگی به خرید و فروش رای، قوه قضائیه است

میردشتی خاطرنشان کرد: خرید وفروش رای جرم محسوب می‌شود و مرجع رسیدگی آن قوه قضاییه است که به آن رسیدگی کند و سلامت انتخابات را تحت تاثیر قرار نمی‌دهد.

وی تاکید کرد: رای الکترونیکی به لحاظ کیفت ومحفوظ بودن آرا بهتر از زمانی است که به صورت دستی نوشته می‌شود وکسی نمی‌تواند دخل و تصرف در آرا فرد داشته باشد. ما نه تنها مشارکت 5/73درصدی مردم شریف سبزوار را مدیریت کرده‌ایم بلکه انتخابات در سلامت کامل برگزار شد.
