کیفرخواست پرونده موتورسوار مسلحی که به موسسه قرض الحسنه ثامن(ع) مشهد دستبرد زده بود از سوی نماینده دادستان در حالی صادر شد که وی با اتهام «محارب» روبه رو شده است.
قاضی حیدری معاون دادستان مشهد گفت: ظهر بیست و ششم فروردین گذشته جوان موتورسواری که نقاب به چهره داشت و سلاح کلت کمری را در دست می فشرد وارد موسسه قرض الحسنه ثامن(ع) در خیابان چمن مشهد و با تهدید کارکنان موسسه اعتباری حدود 2 میلیون تومان را سرقت کرد و متواری شد.
پس از وقوع این حادثه بلافاصله تحقیقات قضایی و انتظامی با حضور کارآگاهان ادارهجنایی در محل حادثه آغاز شد تا این که 3 روز بعد کارآگاهان با پیگیری سرنخ های موجود و صدور دستورات ویژه قضایی موفق شدند دزد مسلح سیاه پوش را در مخفی‌گاهش دستگیر کنند.
