رئیس اتحادیه نمایشگاه‌داران و فروشندگان خودرو خبر داد؛

کاهش 40درصدی قیمت خودرو

تداوم سیر نزولی قیمت خودرو برای اولین بار رکود کاهشی را در این بازار به وجود آورده است و با دنده معکوس قیمت‌ها در بازار خودروهای داخلی، مونتاژی و وارداتی، این روزها مشتریان بیشتری برای اطلاع از کم و کیف قیمت در تکاپو برای بررسی جزئیات این بازار هستند.

به گزارش روزنامه «صبح امروز» و به نقل از تجارت نیوز، قیمت خودروهای داخلی در هفته‌های اخیر چند‌ده و بعضا تا بیش از 100میلیون کاهش یافته‌اند. نرخ خودروهای لوکس خارجی هم با ریزش یک تا بیش از 2میلیارد تومانی ‌مواجه بوده است. همزمان با چشم‌انداز نزولی قیمت‌ها، مالکان خودروها سعی دارند تا با مراجعه به مراکز نیمه‌تعطیل خرید و فروش خودرو یا از طریق انتشار آگهی در اپلیکیشن‌های موبایلی، خودروهایشان را بفروشند. خبرنگاران همشهری می‌گویند در این شرایط مشتریان و خریداران، برخلاف ماه‌های گذشته، نقش پررنگ‌تری در تعیین نرخ‌ها دارند. همزمان با ریزش قیمت‌ها، اقبال متقاضیان به طرح‌های پیش‌ثبت‌نام شرکت‌های خودروسازی به‌شدت کاهش یافته است.

سعید موتمنی، رئیس اتحادیه نمایشگاه‌داران و فروشندگان خودرو گفت: با توجه به تعطیلی بازار، روند کاهشی نرخ ارز و تشدید رکود، فعالان صنفی در انتظار کاهش بیشتر قیمت‌ها، به‌خصوص در بازار خودروهای گران‌قیمت مونتاژی و وارداتی هستند.

او گفت: با کاهش 30 تا 40درصدی قیمت‌ها در موج اخیر ریزش نرخ خودرو، بخشی از حباب قیمتی شکل‌گرفته در بازار تخلیه شده است.

سعید موتمنی در عین حال افزود: حتی این کاهش قیمت‌ها نیز قادر به آشتی مشتریان با بازار خودرو نبوده، ضمن اینکه کاهش قدرت خرید و تعطیلی نمایشگاه‌های خودرو در دوره 2هفته‌ای قرنطینه نیز در کاهش اقبال مشتریان به خرید خودرو مؤثر بوده است.

کاهش قیمت خودرو به واسطه ادامه روند سیر نزولی دلار

نعمت‌الله کاشانی‌نسب، نایب‌رئیس نمایشگاه‌داران و فروشندگان خودرو نیز تأکید کرده است: اگر سیر نزولی قیمت دلار ادامه یابد، قیمت خودروهای داخلی و وارداتی باز هم کاهش بیشتری را تجربه خواهد کرد.

فربد زاوه، کارشناس بازار خودرو که نیز پیش‌تر ریزش 30 تا 40درصدی قیمت خودرو در آبان و آذر را پیش‌بینی کرده بود، می‌گوید: مسیر سیاست‌های کلان اقتصادی به سمتی است که احتمالا قیمت دلار با روند کاهشی بیشتری مواجه خواهد شد و به همین دلیل پیش‌بینی می‌شود تا پایان آذرماه قیمت خودروهای داخلی 10درصد دیگر نسبت به قیمت‌های کنونی کاهش یابد.

افت 30درصدی قیمت خودروهای داخلی

میزان خرید و فروش خودرو متأثر از اعمال محدودیت‌های ناشی از شیوع کرونا، روند کاهش قیمت ارز، سیر نزولی قیمت‌ها و تشدید رکود به ‌شدت کاهش یافته است. معدود متقاضیان خرید مصرفی نیز با توجه به چشم‌انداز نزولی قیمت‌ها، منتظر ارزان‌تر‌شدن قیمت‌ها هستند. با این شرایط دیروز قیمت حاشیه بازار سمند ال‌ایکس به 170میلیون، پژو‌405 به 170میلیون، تیبا2 به 126میلیون، پژو پارس به 191میلیون، پژو206تیپ‌2 به 170میلیون، ساینا به 126میلیون، تیبا صندوقدار به 113میلیون و پراید131 به 97میلیون تومان کاهش یافت. همچنین قیمت پژو‌206 تیپ‌5 به 242میلیون، پژو‌206صندوقدار به 240میلیون، پژو207دنده‌ای به 280میلیون و پژو207اتوماتیک به 301میلیون تومان رسید.

ریزش 500میلیون تومانی مونتاژی‌ها

این گزارش حاکی است: میزان کاهش قیمت‌ها در بازار خودروهای مونتاژی چینی و فرانسوی به‌مراتب بیشتر از خودروهای تولید داخل بوده است. این شرایط موجب نزدیک‌شدن یا برابری قیمت حاشیه بازار برخی خودروهای داخلی مانند محصولات سایپا به نرخ مصوب دولتی شده است. اما میزان ریزش قیمت در بازار خودروهای مونتاژی به‌خصوص خودروهای چینی بیشتر بوده و موجب شده قیمت حاشیه بازار برخی محصولات مدیران‌ خودرو، کرمان‌ موتور و بهمن‌ موتور به کمتر از قیمت مصوب کارخانه برسد.

قیمت خودروهای مونتاژی ریزش 300 تا 500میلیون تومانی قیمت را تجربه کرده‌اند، به‌نحوی که قیمت هایما از ۹۵۰میلیون به ۶۶۰میلیون، سیتروئن 3‌C مدل٩۸ با کاهش ۳۰۰ میلیونی به ۸۱۰ میلیون، مزدا ۳ مدل‌٩۸ با کاهش ۵۰۰ میلیونی به ۸۷۰میلیون تومان، قیمت پژو۲۰۰۸ از یک میلیارد و ۲۰۰میلیون‌تومان به ۸۰۰میلیون تومان رسیده است.

تخلیه میلیاردی حباب قیمت وارداتی‌ها

بازار خودروهای وارداتی که در چند‌ماه گذشته متاثر از افزایش قیمت ارز، کاهش عرضه ناشی از ممنوعیت واردات و افزایش قیمت میلیاردی این خودروها با رکود بیشتری نسبت به‌خودروهای داخلی و مونتاژی مواجه بوده، این روزها ‌افت قیمت بیشتر و رکود شدیدتری را تجربه می‌کند. با این روند، قیمت سانتافه از ۳‌میلیارد و ۶۰۰ میلیون به ۲‌میلیارد و ۵۰۰‌میلیون رسیده است.

قیمت مدل‌2017 این خودرو نیز که قبلا به 2میلیارد و 300میلیون تومان رسیده بود، این روزها با قیمت یک میلیارد و 600میلیون تومان نیز مشتری ندارد. نرخ سوناتا که قبلا تا یک میلیارد و 700میلیون تومان افزایش یافته بود نیز اکنون به یک میلیارد و 300میلیون تومان کاهش ‌یافته و قیمت مقطوع هیوندایی آزرا که قبلا در بازار به 3میلیارد و 100میلیون تومان رسیده بود، اکنون به 2میلیارد و 200میلیون رسیده و حتی امکان تخفیف بیشتر به مشتریان نیز وجود دارد. این کاهش قیمت در خودروهای لوکس گران‌قیمت مانند برخی انواع بی‌ام‌دبلیو حتی تا بیش از 2میلیارد تومان نیز رسیده است.
