درمان قطعی سرطانها با سلولهای بنیادین
رئیس سازمان انتقال خون خراسان رضوی گفت: در دانش انتقال خون از این قضیه به نحوی استفاده میشود که اگر کسی دچار سرطان خون شود با پیوند سلولهای بنیادین به مغز استخوان میتوان فرد بیمار را نجات داد.
به گزارش روزنامه”صبح امروز” حمیدرضا اسلامی در مصاحبه با خبرنگار این رسانه پیرامون کارکردهای سلولهای بنیادین که در مرکز انتقال خون انجام میشود، افزود: از پیوستن اسپرم به تخمک سلول تخم ایجاد میشود که یکی از مهمترین خصوصیات و ویژگی که در این سلول دیده میشود وجود تمامی ژنهای فعال در این سلول تخم است.
وی تصریح کرد: زمانی که سلول تخم تشکیل میشود در هسته سلول ژنها و یا به عبارتی همان رشتههای DNA است که بر روی کروموزمها قرار گرفتند و این ژنها در سلول بنیادین و همان سلول اولیه همگی فعال بوده و به این صورت نیست که تنها یک ژن خاص فعال باشد.
اسلامی اظهار داشت: سلول تخم در تقسیم بندیهایی که انجام میدهد تودهی مری از سلولها را به وجود میآورد که به آن مورولا و یا توت گفته میشود که پر از سلول است و تمام این سلولها هستههای مشترکی با هم دارند و نیز همه ژنها فعال است.
وی عنوان کرد: بعد از تشکیل مورولا هر کدام از این سلولها تنها یک قسنت از ژن فعال شده که هر کدام مخصوص تشکیل عضوی از بدن هستند به طور مثال با فعال شدن قسمتی از این سلول تخم ژن تشکیل چشم و رنگ چشم فعال میشود و به همین صورت همه اعضای بدن فرد شکل میگیرد.
اسلامی ادامه داد: البته نباید فراموش شود که این سلول تمام ژنها را دارد اما در هر قسمت فقط یک قسمتی از آن فعال شده و عضوی از بدن را شکل میدهد و اینگونه تمام سلولهای بدن از همان ابتداییترین سلول شکل گرفته و ایجاد میشوند.
وی توضیح داد: سلول تخم که تمام ژنها را در خود جای داده سلولهای دیگری را به مانند خود ایجاد میکند که این سلولها نیز تمام ژنها را دارا است با این تفاوت که سلولهایی که از سلول تخم تشکیل میشوند با وجود دلشتن تمام ژنها اما تنها یک ژن خاص فعال میشود.
اسلامی متذکر شد: ویژگی که سلولهای بنیادین را نسبت به سایر سلولها متمایز میکند شباهت این سلول با سلولهای اولیه بوده و تمام ژنها را دارد و قابلیت فعال شدن را دارد که این سلول میتواند همانند سازی انجام دهد که دیگر سلولها این توانایی را ندارد.
همانند سازی با سلولهای بنیادین
وی مطرح کرد: این سلولها در علوم مختلف استفاده میشود که این سلولهای بنیادین در مغز استخوان و بند ناف وجود دارد و در دانشهای مختلف از جمله دانش همانند سازی این سلولها استفاده کرده و از یک فرد جدید به مانند فرد اول با همان ویژگیها ایجاد کنند.
اسلامی گفت: سلولهای بنیادین در علم پزشکی و درمان بیماریها از جایگاه خاص و با اهمیتی برخوردار شده زیرا که در برخی از نقاط بدن سلولهایی وجود دارد که بنا به هر دلیلی این سلولها خراب شدند و با تزریق این سلولهای بنیادین از بدن فرد سالم به بیمار میتوان ردههای تولید سلول را مجدد طی کرد و سلول جدید و سالمی را ایجاد کرد.
عمر فرآوردههای موجود در خون
وی بیان کرد: در سیستم گردش خون دربدن یک سیستم خون سازی وجود دارد بدین معنا که هر کدام از گلبولهای مشخص خون عمر خاص و محدودی دارتد به طور نثال گلبولهای قرمز حدود ۹۰ تا ۱۰۰ روز و گلبولهای سفید حدود ۳روز و پلاکتها حدود ۲۴ تا ۴۸ ساعت عمر میکنند.
مدیر کل سازمان انتقال خون خراسان رضوی اشاره کرد: این فرآوردههای خونی توسط مغز استخوان ساخته شده و وارد سیستم گردش خون میشوند و با تمام شدن عمر خود در طحال به دام افتاده و متلاشی شده و قسمتهای بلا استفاده با برداشت کبد از طریق مدفوع دفع میشوند وقسمتهای مورد لزوم به مغز استخوان برگردانده میشود.
درمان سرطان خون با سلولهای بنیادین
وی تصریح کرد: در دانش انتقال خون از این قضیه به نحوی استفاده میشود که اگر کسی دچار سرطان خون شود با پیوند سلولهای بنیادین به مغز استخوان میتوان فرد بیمار را نجات داد و سلولهای خونساز که به صورت سلولهای سرطانی شده و به طور غیر عادی رشد میکنند را از رده خارج کرده و سلولهای بنیادین را جایگزین سلول بیمار میکنند.
اسلامی خاطرنشان کرد: در رابطه با علم سلولهای بنیادین برای اینکه بتوان سلولهای بنیادین را از فرد سالم به فرد بیمار منتقل کرد بایدHAL با هم منطبق باشد و اگر کسی داوطلب به اهدای این سلولها باشد با گرفتن اطلاعات HALاین فرد و ذخیره در بانک اطلاعاتی خون کشور در صورت نیاز به این HAL با فرد تماس گرفته و سلولهای بنیادین را از او دریافت و به فرد بیمار تزریق میکنیم.
تسهیل در انتقال سلولهای بنیادین
وی افزود: در گذشته برداشتن سلولهای بنیادین از بدن بسیار سخت و مشکل بود بدین صورت که باید مغز استخوان باز شده و از داخل مقداری سلول برداشته شده و در صورت کم بودن این سلولهای گرفته شده فرد مجدد به اتاق عنل رفته و مجدد مغز استخوان باز شده تا تعداد این سلولها به حد نصاب برسد.
اسلامی خبر داد: اما امروزه با پیشرفت علم با تزریق نوادی به زیر پوست فرد اهدا کننده سلولهای بنیادین از مغز استخوان به خون محیطی انتقال پیدا کرده و با استفاده از روش آفرزیست سلولهای بنیادین از خون فرد گرفته شده و باقی خون مجدد به بدن فرد بازگردانده میشود.
قویتر شدن سلولهای بنیادین فرد اهداکننده
وی اشاره کرد: اهدای سلولهای بنیادین هیچ ضرری برای فرد اهدا کننده نداشته و با اهدایاین سلول این سلولها در بدن فرد اهدا کننده مجدد تکثیر شده و هیچ آسیبی نمیبیند به مانند کیاهی که با قلمه زدن آن را تکثیر میکنیم و بدن انسان به همین شکل بوده اما با پیشرفتگیهای بیشتر و نیز سیستم بدن انسان به نحوی طراحی شده که از هر عضو و قسمتی از بدن که استفاده کنید آن قسمت و عضله فعالتر میشود.
اسلامی اظهار داشت: انتقال سلولهای بنیادین برای فرد اهدا کننده هیچ هزینهای را در برندارد و تمام هزینههای آزمایش و انتقال به فرد گیرنده توسط فرد بیمار و بیمه او پرداخت میشود و داوطلبان به اهدای سلولهای بنیادین نیز هیچ هزینهای را پرداخت نمیکنند و تنها از اجر الهی آن بهره میبرند.
