فروش كارتهای امداد خودروی فنی غير قانونی است
مدیرکل راهداری و حمل ونقل جاده ای خراسان رضوی گفت: فروش کارتهای امداد خودروی فنی غیر قانونی است و شهروندان موارد را گزارش نمایند.
ابراهیم نصری افزود: یکی از مشکلاتی که در چند سال اخیر در ارتباط با امداد فنی خودرو سبب نارضایتی شهروندان شده، تبلیغات بعضا کاذب برخی افراد سودجو می باشد.
وی درخصوص نحوه فروش کارتهای اشتراک گفت: برخی از مراکز که عمدتاً دفتر اصلی آنها در تهران مستقر می باشد و در سطح راههای استان خراسان رضوی هیچگونه خدمات فنی خودرویی ارایه نمی دهند، از طریق برقراری تماس تلفنی با شهروندان و مالکان خودروها و وانمود کردن به الزام داشتن چنین کارتهایی و نیز با سوء استفاده از نام وزارت راه و شهرسازی و سازمان راهداری وحمل ونقل جاده ای ، کارتهای اشتراک صادر شده را با دریافت وجه قابل توجه به مردم عرضه می نمایند.
نصری تاکید کرد: اخذ هرگونه وجه صرفاً در ازای ارائهٔ خدمات شرکت های امداد فنی خودرو مجاز می باشد لذا فروش کارت اشتراک امداد خودرو در ازای دریافت وجه، توسط کلیهٔ مراکز امداد رسانی فنی خودرو (حتی دارای مجوز فعالیت) نیز ممنوع می باشد.
مدیرکل راهداری و حمل ونقل جاده ای خراسان رضوی خاطر نشان ساخت: این موارد مطرح شده پول هنگفتی را نصیب اپراتورهای شرکت های بی نام و نشان و دلال ها و یا مراکز امدادرسانی غیر مجاز می نمایند.
نصری در ادامه از مردم خواست به منظور ، برخورد قانونی با متخلفین و نیز ساماندهی وضع موجود ، در صورتی که در معرض تماس این اپراتور ها قرار گرفتند از خرید کارتهای اشتراک خودداری نموده و شکایات خود را در این زمینه به شماره پیامکی 1000525 و یا به صورت حضوری به این اداره کل ارائه نمایند.
مدیرکل راهداری و حمل ونقل جاده ای استان خراسان رضوی شناسایی مراکز و دفاتر فروش کارت اشتراک در سطح شهر مشهد با همکاری نهادهای اطلاعاتی ، انتظامی و اماکن و همچنین هماهنگی با نهادهای امنیتی و اطلاعاتی جهت پیگیری موضوع و ممانعت از در اختیارگذاشتن بانک اطلاعاتی تلفن تماس و مشخصات خودرویی شهروندان به مراکز امدادرسانی از جمله اقدامات این اداره کل برای جلوگیری از تضییع حقوق مردم عنوان کرد.
گفتنی است طبق بند 18 ماده2 آیین نامه مدیریت ایمنی حمل و نقل و سوانح رانندگی مصوب هیأت وزیران ، مسوولیت ساماندهی و نظارت بر عملکرد مراکز امداد فنی خودرو در راههای کشور بر عهده سازمان راهداری و حمل و نقل جاده ای می باشد.
