مدیر عامل شرکت آب‌وفاضلاب مشهد با اشاره به قطعی‌های برق گفت: در حال حاضر با چالش دیگری به نام قطع برق نیز روبه‌رو هستیم. قطعی‌های مکرر برق برعمکرد منابع آب تاثیرگذار خواهد بود. اگر قطعی‌ها تا مرداد ماه ادامه پیدا کند مشکلاتی را با خود به همراه خواهد داشت.

به گزارش صبح امروز حسین اسماعیلیان با اشاره به خشکسالی و گرمای شدید هوا تصریح کرد: امیدواریم با همیاری مردم در روزهای پیش رو مشکلی به وجود نیامده و ناچار به جیره‌بندی آب نشویم. این مساله همراهی بیشتر مردم را طلب می‌کند.

وی درمورد اقدامات انجام شده در جمع‌آوری و شناسایی انشعابات غیر مجاز در مشهد گفت: انشعابات غیرمجاز بیشتر در بخش باغ ویلاها مشاهده می‌شود. این انشعابات بر آب‌رسانی در روستاها تاثیر گذاشته وباعث اختلال در آب‌رسانی به روستاها می‌شود.

مدیر عامل شرکت آب و فاضلاب مشهد ادامه داد: در سال جاری به دلیل شرایط بحرانی و خشکسالی انسجام بیشتری در برخورد با انشعابات غیرمجاز صورت گرفته است. در این زمینه همکاری‌های بسیار خوبی میان شرکت آب و فاضلاب مشهد با دستگاه‌های دیگر از جمله دستگاه قضایی، نیروی انتظامی، فرماندری، بخشداری‌ها و…  وجود دارد.

مدیر عامل شرکت آب‌وفاضلاب مشهد گفت: افزایش دما در سال جاری باعث افزایش مصرف آب در مشهد شده است. از ابتداء تیرماه سال جاری تا نیمه اول آن میانگین مصرف آب نسبت به مدت مشابه سال قبل۱۰ درصد افزایش داشته است. قطعا در روزهای آینده با توجه به گرمای هوا افزایش قابل ملاحظه‌ای را در مصرف آب در پیش خواهیم داشت.

افزایش مصرف آب

اسماعیلیان در گفت‌وگو با ایسنا در خصوص وضعیت مصرف آب در مشهد با توجه به  شرایط خشکسالی و گرمای هوا، اظهار کرد: خشکسالی در سال جاری بسیار بی‌سابقه بوده است. همچنین معدل دما در سال جاری نسبت به دوره بلند مدت افزایش بسیار قابل ملاحظه‌ای داشته است.

وی افزود: جدا از اثر خشکسالی و کاهش ذخایر سدها، افزایش دما باعث افزایش مصرف آب در مشهد شده است. از ابتداء تیرماه سال جاری تا نیمه اول تیر ماه میانگین مصرف نسبت به سال قبل ۱۰ درصد افزایش داشته است. قطعا در روزهای آینده با توجه به گرمای هوا افزایش قابل ملاحظه‌ای را در مصرف آب در پیش خواهیم داشت.

 

تعیین تکلیف  ۷۰۰۰ انشعاب غیرمجاز در روستاهای مشهد در سال جاری

اسماعلیان عنوان کرد: در سال جاری پیش بینی‌ها بر این است که در بخش روستایی حدود ۵۰۰۰ انشعاب غیرمجاز مربوط به باغ ویلاها و حدود ۲۰۰۰ هزار انشعاب غیرمجاز در حاشیه شهر مشهد به خصوص در منطقه توس و بلوار شاهنامه جمع‌آوری شود. برنامه‌ریزی شده تا ظرف کمتر از یک سال  ۷۰۰۰ انشعاب غیرمجاز در روستاها بر اساس ضوابط قانونی تعیین تکلیف شود.

وی ادامه داد: مبارزه و جلوگیری از گسترش انشعابات غیرمجاز نیاز به نظارت و کنترل بقیه دستگاه‌ها نیز دارد. برخورد با این پدیده باید به صورت بازدارنده باشد.

۱۱۳ روستا در مشهد با تنش آبی مواجه هستند

مدیر عامل شرکت آب‌وفاضلاب مشهد با اشاره به اینکه «اولویت‌بندی در جمع آوری و برخورد با انشعابات غیرمجاز مربوط به روستاهایی است که با تنش آبی مواجه هستند»، گفت: حدود ۳۵۳ روستا در مشهد وجود دارد که از این تعداد ۱۱۳ روستا با تنش آبی مواجه هستند. در بحث انشعابات غیر مجاز تنها مشکل برداشت غیر مجاز نیست بلکه در بعضی مواقع برداشت آب غیر مجاز موجب برگشت آب به شبکه می‌شود و این مساله آلودگی با خود را به همراه دارد.

اسماعیلیان با اشاره به اینکه «در سال گذشته تقریبا  ۵۰۰۰ انشعاب غیر مجاز در مشهد شناسایی شده است»، خاطرنشان کرد: برنامه‌های شناسایی انشعابات غیرمجاز در سال جاری بیشتر بر اساس تمرکز بر باغ ویلاها است. از ابتداء سال جاری تا کنون ۲۰۰۰ انشعاب غیر مجاز در مشهد شناسایی و تعیین تکلیف شده است.
