شناسایی سرطان در مراحل اولیه شانس درمان را بیشتر میکند
دانشیار دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد گفت: اگر سرطان در مراحل اولیه شناسایی شود می تواند علاج پذیر باشد و در اغلب موارد سرطانها با اصلاح ریزفاکتورهای خود قابل پیشگیری هستند.
ابوالقاسم اللهیاری در همایش تازههای سرطان کولون (روده بزرگ) با اشاره به اینکه سرطان کولون یا سرطان روده بزرگ پنجمین رتبه شیوع انواع سرطان ها در استان خراسانرضوی را دارد افزود: این بیماری یکی از سرطانهایی است که غربالگری و اسکرین در آن توصیه شده و اگر با غربالگری، این بیماری را در مراحل اولیه تشخیص دهیم، می تواند علاج پذیر باشد. حدود ۲۵ درصد از موارد سرطان کولون جنبه خانوادگی و ۱۰ درصد جنبه ارثی دارند بنابراین وقتی فردی در خانواده مبتلا به سرطان کولون است، باید باقی افراد و خویشاوندان درجه اول توجه بیشتری به آن داشته باشند.
دانشیار دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد بیان کرد: چاقی، مصرف بیش از حد چربی و گوشت قرمز، استعمال دخانیات، نوشیدن الکل از جمله ریزفاکتورهای سرطان کولون هستند که با ورزش منظم، کاهش وزن، جایگزین کردن گوشت سفید به جای گوشت قرمز، مصرف فیبر و سبزیجات، مصرف نکردن سیگار و الکل می توان این ریزفاکتورهای سرطان کولون را از زندگی حذف کرد.
وی گفت: عواملی مانند دفع خون همراه مدفوع، هموروئید، زخم ناحیه مقعد، تغییر ناگهانی مزاج، دردهای قسمت تحتانی شکم از جمله علائم هشدار دهنده سرطان کولون هستند که فرد با مشاهده آنها باید به پزشک مراجعه کند.
وی توصیه کرد تمام افراد جامعه از سن ۵۰ سال به بعد هر ۱۰ سال یک بار برای آزمایش خون مخفی در مدفوع مراجعه کنند.
به گفته وی سالانه حدود ۹۰ هزار مبتلا به سرطان در کشور شناخته می شوند و این بیماری سومین علت مرگ و میر در ایران شناخته شده است.اگر سرطان در مراحل اولیه شناسایی شود می تواند علاج پذیر باشد و در اغلب موارد سرطان ها با اصلاح ریزفاکتورهای خود قابل پیشگیری هستند.
وی تازههای اپیدمیولوژی در سرطان کولون، تازههای پاتولوژی و بیوبانک در سرطان کولون، تازههای مولکولار پاتولوژی در سرطان کولون، تازههای جراحی در سرطان کولون متاستاتیک، تازههای درمان سیستمیک در سرطان کولون غیرمتاستاتیک، تازههای درمان سیستمیک در سرطان کولون متاستاتیک، تازههای تارگت تراپی در سرطان کولون و جایگاه PET-CT در مدیریت سرطان کولون را از محورهای همایش مزبور برشمرد.
وی اظهار کرد: درمان سیستمیک، بیومارکرها در تشخیص و درمان سرطان کولون، غربال گری در سرطان کولون، تازههای جراحی در سرطان کولون غیرمتاستاتیک، جایگاه اقدامات اندوسکوپیک در مدیریت ضایعات نئوپلاستیک از دیگر محورهای این همایش است.
