اگر در جامعه بیکار و فقیر داشته باشیم همه دچار مشکل میشوند
معاون استاندار و فرماندار مشهد گفت: موضوع اشتغال از موضوعات اساسی کشور و نظام است و واقعیت آن است که اگر جامعه بیکار و فقیر داشته باشیم افراد صاحب شغل و ثروت نیز دچار مشکل میشوند.
محمد رحیم نوروزیان در اولین جلسه کارگروه اشتغال شهرستان مشهد در سال 96 افزود :ارکان نظام و در راس آن مقام معظم رهبری و همه جهتگیریها در قوانین به این سمت است که مسئولین اجرایی در ردههای پایین تر در حوزه اشتغال همکاری بیشتری داشته و از همین منابع اندک استفاده بیشتری کنند.
معاون استاندار و فرماندار مشهد ادامه داد: در سال 96 بایستی در سطح استان 160 هزار اشتغال ایجاد شود، لذا باید از تمامی فرصتها، طرحها، برنامهها و راهکارها درست استفاده کنیم و به طور مستمر پیگیری شود، البته این کار دشواری است که در صورت عدم تحقق آن 100هزار شغل را از دست خواهیم داد.
وی افزود :همه دستگاههای اجرایی باید فکر کنند که ایجاد این تعداد اشتغال مربوط به همان دستگاه است و همه تلاش خود را در این زمینه انجام دهند.
محمد رحیم نوروزیان با اشاره به تاکید و فرمایش مقام معظم رهبری بر موضوع اقتصاد مقاومتی بیان کرد :همه مسئولین نظام به ضرورت اقتصاد مقاومتی رسیدهاند و این تکلیف قانونی و شرعی ما است لذا حرف ولیفقیه طبق قانون اساسی حجت است و وقتی ایشان بر این امر تاکید میکنند در جامعه اسلامی تکلیف بر عهده ما گذاشته میشود که باید آن را دنبال کنیم.
وی ادامه داد : همه قوا و دستگاهها در ستاد فرماندهی اقتصاد مقاومتی موظفند جهت رفع مشکل بیکاری و ایجاد اشتغال تلاش کنند.
معاون استاندار و فرماندار مشهد در پایان ضمن تاکید بر اجرایی کردن طرحها در حوزه اشتغال در سال 96 اظهار داشت: ما مجریان بایستی از تسهیلات مصوب قانون توسعه ششم و برنامه بودجه یک ساله استانی نهایت استفاده را کنیم تا در انتهای سال شاخصهای این حوزه را در سطح شهرستان مشهد نسبت به متوسط کل کشور جابه جا کنیم و این در صورتی است که کارها انجام شده باشد.
