شفاف سازی برای جلوگیری از گسترش فساد در شهرداری

رییس کمیسیون برنامه، بودجه، فناوری اطلاعات و منابع انسانی شورای اسلامی شهر مشهد هدف این دوره شورا را شفاف سازی عنوان کرد و افزود: تلاش می شود تا از ایجاد و گسترش فساد در مجموعه شهرداری جلوگیری شود.
به گزارش صبح امروز، بتول گندمی در نشست بررسی گزارش پروژه های عمرانی منطقه 10 که با حضور شهردار و شورای اداری منطقه10، توجه به درخواست های شهروندان و ایجاد حس مشارکت آنان را از ضروریات دانست و گفت: تنظیم سند افق 10 یا 20 ساله در شهرداری و حل تمام مسایل شهری در سطح منطقه بایستی مورد برنامه ریزی قرار گیرد.
مشخص شدن کروه های هدف و منافع طبق برنامه ای مدون و منسجم
وی بیان کرد: خانواده شهرداری شامل 25 هزار نفر است که باید برای اداره شهر بهترین ایده های خود را ارائه کنند تا برای آینده شهر تصمیماتی سازنده و رو به جلو گرفته شود.
وی تاکید کرد: قبل از انجام هر اقدامی نیاز است تا گروه های هدف و نفعی که برای شهروندان حاصل می شود، طبق یک برنامه مدون و منسجم مشخص شود.
شورای اجتماعی بازوی مدیریت شهری
وی شورای اجتماعی محلات را بازوی مدیریت شهری دانست و خاطرنشان کرد: احساس هویت جمعی و مشارکت مردم در طرح محله ما با موفقیت چشمگیری روبه رو بوده است و لازم است تا اجرای پروژه ها در محلات با نظر مردم پیش بینی و عملیاتی شود.
بودجه بایگانی، فرهنگی واملاک منطقه 10 پاسخگو نیست
همچنین در این نشست احمد حافظ شهردار منطقه 10 با اشاره به کسب 52 درصدی درآمد، گفت: امیدوارم با حمایت های سازنده مدیریت شهری در خصوص تخصیص بودجه اصلاحاتی انجام شود، هم اکنون در بخش هایی مانند بایگانی، فرهنگی و املاک بودجه پاسخگو نیست و پرونده هایی از سال قبل وجود دارد که هنوز به نتیجه نرسیده است.

وی با اشاره به تراکم بالای جمعیت در این منطقه، بیان کرد: نیاز است تا توجه ویژه ای در راستای بهسازی و زیباسازی ورودی شهر و میدان قائم شود.
حافظ وجود مراکز آموزش عالی و مجموعه های آبی را از پتانسیل های بالقوه منطقه عنوان کرد و ادامه داد: با توجه به طرح تفضیلی بزرگراه آزادی، پیشنهاد می شود تا حد فاصل کال زرکش تا نیروگاه طوس جز محدوده شهری محسوب شود.
وی اضافه کرد: بافت های قدیمی منطقه شامل نهضت و یوسفیه و امام هادی و خاتم الانبیاء با تفکیک های غیر مجاز فاقد پارکینگ و مجوز احداث بنا هستند که مشکلات زیاد ترافیکی، فرهنگی و اجتماعی را به منطقه تحمیل کرده اند.
