عضو کمیسیون عمران مجلس، با اشاره به کلنگزنی پروژه زیربنایی و توسعهای شرق کشور تحت عنوان پروژه ریلی زاهدان-مشهد، گفت: توسعه شرق کشور و اشتغال پایدار در این منطقه نزدیک است.
حمید بنایی با اشاره به حضور معاون اول رئیس جمهور در استان خراسان رضوی، گفت: همزمان با حضور معاون اول رئیس جمهور و برخی معاونان وزیر راه و شهرسازی در این استان یکی از پروژههای زیربنایی و توسعهای شرق کشور بحث راه آهن و ریل زاهدان-مشهد کلنگ زنی شد.
نماینده گناباد در جلس شورای اسلامی با بیان اینکه این کریدور از چابهار به سمت زاهدان و مشهد است، افزود: مسیرهای گناباد، قاین، بیرجند و زاهدان عملیاتی شده و قطعه اول آن از یونسیه بجستان به سمت گناباد به طول 50 کیلومتر با اعتبار 55 میلیارد تومان به دستور معاون اول رئیس جمهور کلنگ زنی شد.
بنایی با اشاره به پیگیری های بیشمار برای به سرانجام رسیدن این پروژه ادامه داد: با کلنگزنی این پروژه بزرگ ملی روزنههای امیدی در مردم شرق کشور ایجاد شد.
نماینده گناباد در مجلس دهم، با بیان اینکه شرق کشور با مشکلات عدیدهای مانند مهاجرت و بیکاری مواجه است، افزود: با این پروژه و همت دولت 750 کیلومتر پروژه ریلی تا زاهدان عملیاتی خواهد شد.
وی ادامه داد: در حال حاضر از یونسیه به سمت گناباد تا بیرجند به طول 270 کیلومتر عملیات مطالعه مسیر ریلی انجام شده و میخ کوبی صورت گرفته و مقرر شده قسمتهایی از قاین و بیرجند نیز در مناقصه به گناباد وصل شود.
نماینده گناباد در مجلس دهم، با بیان اینکه پروژه مذکور یکی از پروژههای اصلی منطقه بوده که باعث توسعه و اشتغال پایدار خواهد شد، گفت: با توجه به اینکه ما معادن و ظرفیتهای خوبی در شرق کشور داریم اگر این پروژه به زاهدان و چابهار متصل شود قطعا در توسعه شرق کشور موثر خواهد بود.
وی با اشاره به کمبود اعتبارات عمرانی در کشور، افزود: در تلاش برای استفاده از فاینانسها در راستای تکمیل پروژههای مهمی همچون این پروژه هستیم البته کنسرسیوم نیز تشکیل شده است.
بنایی از اعلام آمادگی سرمایه گذار خارجی برای تکمیل راه آهن شرق کشور تا 750 کیلومتر خبر داد و تصریح کرد: کشورهای مختلفی برای تکمیل این مسیر اعلام آمادگی کرده اند.
عضو کمیسیون عمران مجلس شورای اسلامی، با بیان اینکه نزدیک به 5 هزار میلیارد تومان اعتبار برای تکمیل پروژه مذکور نیاز است، گفت: با این بودجههای کشور پروژه زمانبری خواهد بود از این رو دولت باید از فاینانس خارجی در راستای تسریع در تکمیل این پروژه و پروژههای مشابه استفاده کند.
