کمبود سه هزار تخت بیمارستانی در خراسان‌رضوی
معاون درمان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد گفت: در شهرهای تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد هنوز به سه هزار تخت دیگر نیاز داریم.
شاپور بدیعی‌اول با بیان اینکه همزمان با اجرای برنامه تحول سلامت در کشور دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد نیز اقدامات بسیار مهم و بزرگی را انجام داده است، افزود: با اقدامات و حمایتهای انجام شده به تخت های تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد بیش از هزار و 200 تخت افزوده شده است.
وی با اشاره به اینکه در شهرهای تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد هنوز به سه هزار تخت دیگر نیاز داریم، افزود: این کمبودها شامل شهرهای کاشمر، خلیل آباد و بردسکن نمی شود چون از وضعیت مطلوبی برخوردار هستند.
بدیعی‌اول با بیان اینکه هرچند این شهرها جزء مناطق برخوردار ما هستند اما تا افق 1404 به فکر افزایش و تقویت این تعداد هستیم، از بازسازی 50 درصد بیمارستان قائم مشهد خبر داد و افزود: ساخت بیمارستان جدید هاشمی نژاد با سرعت در حال پیشرفت است.
وی با اعلام اینکه انقلاب بزرگی در درمان کشور و دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد اتفاق افتاده است، گفت: دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد دارای بناها و ساختمانهای تاریخی و قدیمی بسیار زیادی به صورت بیمارستان است.
معاون درمان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد از بیمارستان امام رضا با 83 سال قدمت، بیمارستان شریعتی با بیش از 60 سال قدمت و بیمارستان قائم با 50 سال قدمت به عنوان مهمترین بیمارستانهای فرسوده نام برد و اظهار کرد: در حالی که مشهد به عنوان مرکز ارجاعی بزرگ در منطقه شرق کشور هست و از قسمت های مختلف کشور به مشهد ارجاع می شوند اما خدمات در این فضاهای فرسوده ارائه می شود.
وی در ادامه با اعلام اینکه با راه اندازی مرکز شیمی درمانی و مرکز بخش دیالیز بخش خصوصی در کاشمر و راه اندازی بیمارستان خلیل آباد بسیاری از مشکلات مرتفع خواهد شد، عنوان کرد: اکنون بیش از 60 متخصص در کاشمر مستقر هستند.
بدیعی‌اول با بیان اینکه این اقدامات نشان می دهد که دولت برای ارائه خدمات مطلوب در حوزه بهداشت و درمان زحمات بسیار زیادی متقبل است، گفت: با اقدمات انجام شده تحول خوبی در حوزه زیرساخت ها، نرم افزارها، سخت افزارها و نیروی انسانی شاهد هستیم.
وی این اقدامات را نوید بخش انسان سالم توسعه پایدار دانست و افزود: بخش بهداشت و درمان توانست به وظایف خود به خوبی عمل کند.
معاون درمان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد با اعلام اینکه به شهرستان کاشمر نگاه ویژه ای داریم، عنوان کرد: کاشمر مرکزی هست که می تواند قطب ارجاعی شهرستانهای مجاور خود باشد.
وی با بیان اینکه در اعتبار بخشی دو بیمارستان شهید مدرس و حضرت ابالفضل به درجه یک ارتقاء یافته اند، بیان کرد: مشکلات بیمارستان شهید مدرس که قدیمی بودن یکی از آنها بوده مرتفع شده است.
بدیعی‌اول در ادامه با اشاره به اینکه برای ادامه خدمات استانداردهای خاصی داریم، اظهار کرد: خدمات سطح یک را معاونت بهداشتی برعهده دارد که در خانه های بهداشت و مراکز بهداشتی است.
وی با بیان اینکه براساس استانداردهای جهانی تعبیر درستی نیست که در هر نقطهای بیمارستان داشته باشیم، عنوان کرد: بیمارستان ها باید به گونه ای تعریف شود که سطوح ارجاع رعایت شود.
معاون درمان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد با اعلام اینکه با توجه به برنامه ریزی های انجام شده و راه اندازی بیمارستان شهرستان خلیل آباد تا 50 سال آینده نیازی به راه اندازی بیمارستان در این منطقه نخواهیم داشت، افزود: در قالب اردوهای جهادی بیمارستانهای صحرایی برای چند روز در برخی مناطق راه اندازی می شود ولی موقتی هستند.
وی با بیان اینکه بیمارستانهای صحرایی موقت بوده و باید به فکر تقویت فضاهای دائم خود باشیم، گفت: بعد از توزیع متخصصین امسال نه تنها برخی کمبودها برطرف می شود بلکه کاشمر که یکی از قطب های درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد هست بازهم تقویت خواهد شد.
بدیعی‌اول با اشاره به اینکه نه تنها نواقص در حال برطرف شدن هست بلکه وضعیت رو به پیشرفت است، به وضعیت بیمارستان 200 تختخوابی کاشمر که مجوز آن سه سال قبل صادر شده اشاره کرد و گفت: در این خصوص بعدا اعلام نظر خواهم کرد.
