راهی جدید برای پیشگیری تصادفها در آزاد راه مشهد – باغچه
اجرای طرح پیشگیری از تصادفات در مسیر آزادراه مشهد – باغچه واقع در مسیر جاده های ورودی به مشهد از سمت جنوب این کلانشهر روز پنجشنبه طی مراسمی آغاز شد.
فرمانده پلیس راه خراسان رضوی در این مراسم گفت: در چارچوب اجرای این طرح تخلفاتی مانند حرکت نکردن خودرو بین خطوط ، تخطی از سرعت مجاز، توقف غیرمجاز خودرو در حاشیه جاده، تغییر خط حرکت خودرو بدون علامت، حرکات نمایشی خودرو، روشن نکردن چراغ خودرو پیش از غروب، رعایت نکردن فاصله طولی، حرکت ناوگان باری و مسافری در باند سوم آزادراه و نبستن کمربند ایمنی در طول آزادراه 38 کیلومتری مشهد – باغچه از طریق گشتهای محسوس و نامحسوس پلیس راه و دوربینهای ثبت تخلف اعمال قانون می شوند.
سرهنگ هادی امیدوار افزود: رانندگانی که رفتارهای پرخطر ترافیکی دارند علاوه بر توقیف خودروی آنان به مدت 72 ساعت، به دادسرا معرفی شده تا در خصوص آنان احکام قضایی اجرا شود.
وی اجرای طرح پیشگیری از تصادفات جاده ای را در آزادراه مشهد – باغچه نیازمند مشارکت مردم ذکر و بیان کرد: این آزادراه با شاخصه های ایمنی ساخته شده اما باز هم حادثه های سنگینی در آن به وقوع می پیوندد چنانکه سال 1394 طی تصادفها در این مسیر 38 کیلومتری 38 نفر کشته شدند.
فرمانده پلیس راه خراسان رضوی علت مهم این حوادث را مقید نبودن رانندگان به قوانین ذکر و بیان کرد: همه می خواهند در باند سرعت حرکت کنند که امری حادثه آفرین بود. هرچند به نظر می رسد این تصمیم ناایمن بوده اما هر سه باند این آزادراه برای سرعت 120 کیلومتر مجاز اعلام شد ولی باز هم سوانح رانندگی حادثه آفرید.
وی همچنین به فعالیت هزار و 500 دستگاه کامیون در واحدهای شن شوییهای واقع در محدوده آزادراه مشهد – باغچه اشاره و بیان کرد: این خودروهای سنگین در حدود پنج کیلومتر از مسیر این جاده روزانه 12 هزار تردد، 24 هزار مورد گردش و ورود به آزادراه دارند که خود عامل بسیاری از تصادفات است.
مدیرکل راهداری و حمل و نقل جاده ای خراسان رضوی نیز در این مراسم به مصوبه شورای استانی حمل و نقل و ترافیک به منظور ایجاد چهار ورودی در طول آزدراه مشهد – باغچه برای کامیونهای واحدهای شن شویی اشاره و بیان کرد: باید ترتیبی اتخاذ شود تا ورود ناایمن خودروهای سنگین از جاده های فرعی به آزادراه از طریق ایجاد گذرگاههای ایمن مدیریت شود.
ابراهیم نصری افزود: 70 درصد تصادفات جاده ای در محدوده 30 کیلومتری ورودی شهرها رخ می دهند لذا باید دو بانده کردن جاده ها در این مناطق مورد توجه و اولویت اصلی راهسازی قرار گیرد.
وی همچنین گفت: 32 درصد تلفات تصادفات رانندگی در خراسان رضوی مربوط به عابران پیاده و موتورسیکلت سواران است که علت آن ربطی به جاده و زیرساخت آن ندارد.
رئیس کارگروه پیشگیری از تصادفات در دادگستری خراسان رضوی نیز در این مراسم گفت: اعمال قانون فقط برای مردم نیست لذا با مسئولان متخلف متولی راه و حتی خودروسازان نیز برخورد می شود و از این پس خودروسازانی که تخلفی متوجه آنان است باید دیه بپردازند.
هادی شریعت یار افزود: جاده ها باید آرم شوند و هر راننده ای که به عنوان پرخطر معرفی شود خودروی وی توقیف و احکام قضایی بازدارنده برایش صادر خواهد شد.
