روند کاهشی هنوز به کالاهای غیرخوراکی نرسیده است

تورم مرداد ماه حاکی از کنترل تورم در کشور بوده و آمارها راوی افت سرعت رشد قمیت ها در کالاهای خوراکی بوده اند. این در حالی است که این کاهش هنوز به کالاهای غیرخوراکی نرسیده است.. بررسی تفکیک کالاها نیز نشان می دهد تورم ماهانه بهداشت و درمان در مرداد در بالاترین سطح قرار داشته است.
تورم ماهانه خرداد در سال جاری به رکورد بی سابقه رسیده و در کانال ۱۲ درصد قرار گرفت. رکوردی بی سابقه در ۴۰ سال اخیر بوده که ناشی از حذف ارز ۴ هزار و ۲۰۰ تومان در کشور رقم خورد. در حالی که برخی کارشناسان معتقد بودند تورم خرداد ماه می تواند ماندگاری بالایی را در تورم داشته باشد اما در دومین ماه بعد از اجرایی شدن تصمیم بحث برانگیز دولت تورم ماهانه باکاهش قابل توجهی مواجه شد.
برخی کارشناسان این کاهش را به نوعی در راستای کاهش شوک هیجانی قیمت ها در بازار می دانند.
کاهش تورم ماهانه مرداد ماه ۱۴۰۱
در مرداد ماه امسال تورم ماهانه برابر با ۲ درصد بوده که از ماه قبل در حدود ۲.۶ واحد درصد کمتر بوه است. این کاهش البته در کالاهای خوراکی مشهود تر از کالاهای غیرخوراکی بوده است. برخی تحلیلگران معتقدند رشد قیمت ها در کالاهای خوراکی با اندکی تاخیر به خدمات وغیرخوراکی ها منتقل شده و بنابراین تخلیه شوک از گروه غیرخوراکی ها با گپ بیشتری همراه خواهد بود.
در همین رابطه در میانه تابستان امسال تورم ماهانه خوراکی در کشور برابر با ۱.۴ درصد بوده که از ماه قبل خود در حدود ۴.۳ واحد درصد کمتر شده است.
این در حالی است که تورم ماهانه غیرخوراکی ها در کشور برابر با ۲.۴ درصد بوده و از ماه قبل خود کاهشی ۱.۴ واحد در صدی داشته است.به عبارت دیگر در این ماه تورم خوراکی ها به مراتب بیشتر از غیرخوراکی ها کنترل شده است.
در مقایسه تمام شاخه های تورمی در این ماه مشاهده می شود بیشترین تورم ماهانه در بخش بهداشت و درمان به ثبت رسیده که برابر با ۳.۶ درصد بوده است.
نان و غلات نیز با ثبت تورم ۳.۱ درصد سطح بالایی را همچنان در میان بخش های دیگر داشته است. این در حالی است که گوشت قرمز و ماکیان و روغن ها و چربی ها دو کالایی بوده اند که در بعد ماهانه کاهش قیمت داشته و تورمی منفی را به ثبت رسانده اند.
به طور کلی اما مقایسه تورم ماهانه مرداد با تیر در تمام شاخه ها نشان می دهد در همه بخش ها سرعت افزایش قمیت ها کم تر شده به جز سه بخش. ماهی ها و صدف داران، سبزیجات و ارتباطات.
کاهش رشد نقطه ای قیمت در مرداد ماه
در نتیجه کاهش سرعت رشد قیمت ها در مرداد ،تورم نقطه ای در این مقطع نیز کم شد. این شاخص دلالت بر رشد شاخص قیمت مصرف کننده نسبت به موقعیت مشابه در سال گذشته دارد. تورم نقطه ای تیرماه برابر با ۵۴ درصد بوده که با افت ۱.۸ واحد درصدی دراین ماه به ۵۲.۲ درصد تقلیل پیدا کرده است.
تفکیک بخش های تورمی به خوراکی و غیرخوراکی اما یک نکته مهم تر دارد. تورم خوراکی ها در مردادماه با ۵.۶ واحد درصد کاهش به ۸۰.۴ درصد رسیده که هنوز هم سطح بالایی به شمار می آید.
این در حالی است که تورم غیرخوراکی های مردادماه در سطح ثابت ۳۶.۹ درصد باقی مانده است. که البته باز هم می تواند دلالت بر کنترل بیشتر تورم برکالاهای خوراکی باشد تا غیر خوراکی.
بررسی ها نشان می دهد تورم نقطه ای در کالاهایی مانند شیر پنیر و تخم مرغ و روغن ها و چربی ها در سطح بالایی قرار داشته است.
تورم نقطه ای در این دو گروه بالاترین سطح را در این ماه ثبت کرده و به ترتیب برابر با ۱۱۱.۸ درصد و ۲۸۸.۸ درصد رقم خورده است.
در مقابل هم کمترین تورم نقطه ای در ارتباطات ثبت شده که برابر با ۱۱ درصد درج شده است.
در نهایت همان طور که مشاهده می شود تورم ماهانه و نقطه ای کل و خوراکی ها در کشور روندی نزولی را طی کرده و نشان از کاهش شوک تورمی در این کالاها بوده است
