از ساخت هیچ سدّی پشیمان نیستیم
معاون طرح و توسعه شرکت آب منطقه ای خراسان رضوی گفت: تمام سدهای این استان با مطالعه احداث شده و از ساخت هیچیک از آنها پشیمان نیستیم.
علیرضا طاهری افزود: تمام سدهای احداث شده در این استان به منظور تامین آب شرب، صنعت و کشاورزی بوده و طی 2 دهه گذشته هیچ سدی در این استان بدون مطالعات کارشناسی احداث نشده است.
وی اظهار کرد: ممکن است تعدادی از سدهای بزرگ در برخی نقاط کشور بدون دقت های لازم و با اهداف دیگر احداث شده باشد ولی این موضوع در استان خراسان رضوی منتفی است.
طاهری گفت: مطالعات احداث بیش از 10 طرح سد سازی در این استان طی دولت یازدهم انجام گرفت اما به دلایل کارشناسی اجرای آنها لغو شد.
طاهری افزود: سدهای روداب، نشیب و مشکان در شهرستان سبزوار و سد گلار در تربت جام از جمله این سدها به شمار می روند.
معاون طرح و توسعه شرکت آب منطقه ای خراسان رضوی اظهار کرد: در سالهای پیش نیز سدهای فریزی در چناران، ازغند تربت حیدریه، اسفجی در فاروج، کلات منار در فریمان، ماه نثار در مشهد، رادکان و بهمن جان در چناران، کاله سبز در بردسکن به دلایل کارشناسی از قبیل اثرات منفی زیست محیطی در بالا دست و پایین دست احداث نشد.
وی گفت: در استان خراسان رضوی مسائل سد سازی با هدف تامین آب مورد نیاز مردم دنبال شده و تحت تاثیر گرایش های سیاسی و مافیای سدسازی نبوده است.
طاهری افزود: برخی به خود اجازه می دهند در مسائل کارشناسی سد سازی هر نظر غیر کارشناسی را ارائه دهند و فضای مجازی نیز به این موارد دامن زده است.
وی اظهار کرد: این استان اکنون دارای 29 سد در حال بهره برداری است که سه سد قره تیکان، چهچهه و بار در شهرستان های کلات و نیشابور در دولت یازدهم به بهره برداری رسیده است.
این مقام مسئول گفت: سد ‘ابیورد' و سد ‘شوریجه' نیز به ترتیب در شهرستان های درگز و سرخس در حال ساخت است.
طاهری پیشرفت فیزیکی سد ابیورد را که احداث آن از سال 1390 آغاز شده 80 درصد ذکر کرد و افزود: سد بزرگ شوریچه بر روی رودخانه کشف رود در 100 کیلومتری مشهد نیز که از سال 1393 آغاز شده است، هفت درصد پیشرفت فیزیکی دارد.
وی با بیان اینکه با تخصیص 800 میلیارد ریال، سد ابیورد تابستان سال آینده به بهره برداری می رسد، اظهار کرد: تاکنون برای احداث این سد، تونل و بند انحرافی و کانال آن یک هزار و 200 میلیارد ریال هزینه شده است.
وی گفت: اعتبار مورد نیاز سد شوریجه نیز یک هزار و 500 میلیارد ریال برآورد شده که برای امسال 50 میلیارد ریال در نظر گرفته شده است.
