مدیرطرح اشتغال فارغالتحصیلان دانشگاهی در خراسانرضوی بااشاره به علت بیکاری دانشآموختگان دانشگاهی گفت: مطالعات نشان میدهد دلیل بیکاری دانشآموختگان ناکارآمدی نظام آموزشی است. به عبارت دیگر نظام آموزشی ما که متشکل از خانواده، مدرسه و دانشگاه و بازار و محیط کسب و کار است، فاقد هوشمندی لازم جهت یادگیری از محیط است. در حقیقت نظام آموزشی نتوانسته است همگام با تغییرات مستمر محیط کسب و کار حرکت کند.
دکتر جواد سخدری با اشاره به طرح اشتغال فارغالتحصیلان دانشگاهی اظهار کرد: یکی از مشکلات اشتغال، اشتغال دانشآموختگان بوده که در حال حاضر نرخ آن به 40 درصد رسیده و در آیندهای نزدیک به 50 درصد خواهد رسید. نکته دیگر این است که بسیاری از این افراد در حوزه تخصصی خود فعالیت ندارند. این امر نشان میدهد در این حوزه ما از هدررفت منابع رنج میبریم.
وی ادامه داد: تعداد دانشآموختگان بدون شغل در استان در سال 93 حدود 70 هزار نفر بوده و در سال 94 این تعداد به حدود 90 هزار نفر رسیده است. این رقم در سال 95 به 120 هزار نفر نیز رسیده است و پیشبینی میشود امسال نیز این رقم بیشتر از این باشد. بنابراین دو چالش جدی در حوزه اشتغال دانشآموختگان داریم؛ بیکاری فزاینده دانشآموختگان از یک سو و از سوی دیگر عدم ورود بخش عمدهای از دانشآموختگان به حوزههای تخصصی خود؛ یعنی علیرغم محدودیت منابع، ما همان منابع را در نظام آموزشی هدر میدهیم.
