سازمان صداوسیما در شرایط پیچیده و دشواری قرار دارد. انتقادات فراوان از عملکرد این سازمان در بخشهای مختلف، اختلافات داخلی و ناهماهنگی ها، فقدان مدیریت واحد در این سازمان، بحران مالی، عملکرد جناحی و حواشی ریز و درشت دیگری این نهاد حاکمیتی بسیار مهم را با وضعیت بغرنجی روبه رو کرده است. حالا زمزمههایی نیز مبنی بر تغییر مدیر سازمان مطرح شده است. روز شنبه روزنامه آفتاب یزد به نقل از یک منبع آگاه گفته است که “عمر ریاست عسگری هم در صداوسیما کوتاه است!”. براساس گزارش آفتاب یزد احتمالا به زودی علی عسگری از مدیریت صداوسیما کنار خواهد رفت و فرد دیگری جای او را خواهد گرفت. در همین راستا در فضای مجازی شایعاتی مبنی بر تغییر رئیس سازمان تا پایان شهریور ماه منتشر شده است. چندی پیش فرید مدرسی، روزنامه نگار اصلاح طلب در توئیتی نوشته بود: “پایانِ عبدالعلی علیعسکری؟ آنچنان ریاست را در صداوسیما بیتاثیر کردند تا خود در جلساتِ عالی به صراحت بگوید که به حرفم گوش نمیدهند؛ من گفتم، کاری دیگر کردند! حالا به بهانه نامدیریتی که خود آفریده بودند، میخواهند تغییرش دهند؛ آیا معاونت سیاسی میگذارد؟
زمزمههای تغییر رئیس سازمان صداوسیما در حالی مطرح میشود که در روزهای اخیر انتشار کتاب “روایت یک استعفا” که گفت و گویی است با محمد سرافراز رئیس پیشین سازمان صداوسیما سروصدای زیادی به پا کرده است. سرافراز نسخه پی دی اف این کتاب را در توئیتر خود منتشر کرده است. “روایت یک استعفا” مملو از ادعاهای جنجالی است. محمد سرافراز در آبان 1393 جایگزین عزتالله ضرغامی شد. او پیش از آن 20 سال تجربه مدیریت در سطح عالی سازمان صداوسیما را داشت. سرافراز 18 ماه پس از انتصابش در میانه موجی از حاشیه و شایعه استعفا کرد. سرافراز وقتی که رئیس سازمان صداوسیما شد، عبدالعلی علی عسگری که آن زمان معاون فنی صداوسیما بود را برکنار کرد. براساس روایت او از ماجرای این برکناری، پای یک فساد اقتصادی در میان بوده است. به این ترتیب ظاهرا در همان زمان اختلاف و یا حتی رقابتی میان او و علی عسگری شکل میگیرد. عبدالعلی علیعسگری، رئیس کنونی سازمان صداوسیما متولد 1337 در شهر دهق است. دارای کارشناسی مهندسی برق – الکترونیک از دانشگاه پلی تکنیک تهران، کارشناسی ارشد مدیریت از دانشگاه تهران است. علیعسگری در دوره ریاست عزت الله ضرغامی معاون فنی صدا و سیما بود. در بعضی از منابع خبری از او به عنوان “پدر تلویزیون دیجیتال در ایران” یاد میشود. بر این اساس تبدیل شبکههای تلویزیونی از آنالوگ به دیجیتال در دوره معاونت او انجام شده است. علی عسکری 22 اردیبهشت سال 95 با حکم رهبر انقلاب رئیس سازمان صداوسیما شد. در دوران ریاست او تاکنون اتفاقات جنجالی فراوانی در سازمان رخ داده است، اما جنجالها در یک سال اخیر اوج گرفته است. صداوسیما با مشکلات مالی فراوانی روبه رو است و دولت به دلیل بحران اقتصادی نمیتواند حمایت ویژه ای از آن انجام دهد. از طرف دیگر دولت معتقد است که دست سازمان برای کسب درآمد باز است و نیاز زیادی به بودجه دولتی ندارد. مسئله بودجه باعث ایجاد اختلاف بین دولت و صداوسیما شده است. در سوی دیگر صداوسیما در دوران مدیریت علی عسگری کاملا به پایگاه طیفی از اصولگرایان تبدیل شده که از هر تلاشی برای مقابله با اصلاح طلبان و اعتدالگرایان فروگذار نمیکنند. این مسئله اعتراضهای فراوانی را برانگیخته و منتقدان میگویند صداوسیما ملی نیست و مطلقا در اختیار یک طیف سیاسی است. در این مورد نیز دولت از منتقدان سازمان به حساب می آید. ساخت برنامههای حوزه سرگرمی و سریالها نیز از این اتهامات مبرا نیستند در سالهای اخیر بسیاری از منتقدان صداوسیما میگویند این رسانه ایدهها و افکار طیف خاصی را در برنامههای سرگرمی و سریالهای خود تبلیغ میکند. یکی از جنجالهای بزرگ در این زمینه ماجرای سریال گاندو بود که با اعتراضهای بیسابقه دولت همراه بود.
حذف چهرههای سرشناس و باسابقه همچون عادل فردوسی پور و رضا رشیدپور و خروج مزدک میرزایی از کشور نیز برای مدیریت این سازمان پرهزینه بوده است. سلبریتیسازیها در تلویزیون نیز از جمله اقدامات بحث برانگیزی بود که در دوران علی عسگری اوج گرفت. آنتن صداوسیما به افرادی تعلق میگیرد که بیش از آنکه از تواناییهای خاصی برخوردار باشند، احتمالا از رانت قدرتمندی بهره میبرند.
در حوزه انتصابات نیز بحثهای فراوانی وجود دارد. انتصاب چهره جوان و کم تجربهای همچون علی فروغی در مدیریت شبکه سوم سیما بحث برانگیز شد. گفته میشود علی فروغی از اقوام غلامعلی حداد عادل است. فشارها و انتقادهای فراوان از عملکرد او در یک سال گذشته به ویژه پس از حذف برنامه نود، هیچ تاثیری نداشت و حتی عدهای معتقدند باعث محکم شدن جای پای فروغی در صداوسیما شد، به گونهای که در مقطعی شایعه شده بود فروغی ممکن است رئیس سازمان شود. در کنار این موارد و موارد دیگر، نکات مثبت اندکی میتوان درباره عملکرد عبدالعلی علی عسکری در رسانه ملی ذکر کرد. از جمله آنها میتوان با بازسازی و نیروافزایی دوباره شبکههای استانی اشاره کرد.
حالاکه زمزمههای تغییر رئیس سازمان صداوسیما شنیده می شود، گزینههایی برای جایگزینی او نیز در رسانهها و شبکههای اجتماعی مطرح شده است. سال 96 در مقطعی گفته میشد علی عسکری از صداوسیما میرود، در آن زمان نام سید محمد حسینی به عنوان جانشین او مطرح بود. حسینی وزیر فرهنگ و ارشاد در دوران ریاست جمهوری محمود احمدی نژاد بود. ظاهرا دوباره نام این سیاستمدار اصولگرا مطرح است. روز شنبه روزنامه آفتاب یزد از مهرداد بذرپاش به عنوان یکی دیگر از گزینههای جایگزینی علی عسگری نام برد. بذرپاش مدیر عامل پیشین شرکت خودروسازی سایپا بوده است. او سابقه فرهنگی زیادی در کارنامه خود ندارد. او مدیرمسئول روزنامه تندرو وطن امروز بود که چندی پیش بنا به گفته مسئولان آن به دلیل مشکلات مالی تعطیل شد. از دیگر گزینههای احتمالی میتوان به غلامعلی حداد عادل هم اشاره کرد. چهره کهنه کار اصولگرایان که همیشه یکی از گزینههای ریاست صداوسیما بوده است. در کنار او شاید شایعات چند ماه پیش درباره احتمال ریاست علی فروغی به این سازمان عریض و طویل را باید جدی گرفت. از اینها گذشته در سازمان حلقه ای از مدیران پرنفوذ و باسابقه وجود دارند که اعمال نفوذ آنها موثر است. به این ترتیب ممکن است از میان مدیران سازمان افرادی چون میرباقری، علی دارابی، پورمحمدی و دیگران، یکی به عنوان رئیس بعدی انتخاب شود.
