نایب رئیس فراکسیون نمایندگان ولایی گفت: متاسفانه در حالی که هنوز الزاماتFATF به تصویب مجلس نرسیده اطلاعات کشور را در اختیار این گروه و در واقع در اختیار آمریکا می‌گذارند.
محمد دهقان در خصوص وضعیت اقتصادی کنونی و راهکارهایی که باید در این شرایط پیش گرفت، اظهار داشت: در این جنگ اقتصادی آمریکاییها برای از بین بُردن اقتدار جمهوری اسلامی ایران و سلطه پیدا کردن بر کشور با همه توان به جنگ اقتصادی با ایران آمده‌اند، آنها قرارگاه فرماندهی تشکیل داده و صدها مقاله و کتاب برای اعمال فشار بر ایران از طریق تحریم تهیه کرده‌اند و خود آنها نیز این وضعیت را جنگ اقتصادی علیه ایران نام نهاده‌اند.
نائب رئیس فراکسیون ولایی مجلس شورای اسلامی با بیان اینکه من در این جنگ اقتصادی، معقتد به حداکثر شفافیت در داخل و حداکثر پنهان کاری در خارج هستم، بیان کرد: اینکه درشرایط چالش اقتصادی مسئولین قرارداد‌هایی را امضا کنند وبه کنوانسیون‌هایی ملحق شوند که براساس آنها به صورت برخط تمام اطلاعات اقتصادی وتبادلات مالی ما در اختیار بیگانگان قرارگیرد عاقلانه نیست.
وی با بیان اینکه متاسفانه برخی آقایان، در حالی که هنوز الزاماتFATFبه تصویب مجلس نرسیده اطلاعات کشور رادر اختیار این گروه ودر واقع در اختیار آمریکا می گذارند، افزود: اخبار واصله نشان می‌دهد که الزامات FATF در کشور در حال اجرا است.
دهقان با بیان اینکه برخی مسئولان فکر می‌کنند که اگر ما به خارجی‌ها اطلاعات بدهیم مشکل آنها با ما حل خواهدشد،ادامه داد: این بدیهی است که تمام اطلاعاتی که دراختیار FATF قرار می گیردمیتواند در اختیار همه کشورها از جمله آمریکا قرارگیرد.
نماینده مردم چناران و طرقبه در مجلس شورای اسلامی با بیان اینکه در فضای جنگ اقتصادی و تحریم نباید اطلاعات خود را به رقیب بدهیم و لذا پیوستن به کنوانسیون‌هایی مثل مبارزه با تامین مالی تروریسم کاملا خدمت کردن به طرف مقابل است، گفت: عجیب است که برخی دوستان در داخل کشور در برابر انتشار اطلاعات مربوط به ثبت سفارش‌ها وواگذاری ارز به شرکتها مقاومت می‌کنند ولی سخاوتمندانه در پی ارائه اطلاعات مالی وتبادلات ارزی کشور به بیگانگان اصرار می ورزند.
عضو کمیسیون قضائی و حقوقی مجلس شورای اسلامی گفت: در راستای مبارزه با فساد مالی ما معقتد به تصویب قانون مبارزه با پولشویی برای شناسایی منشا پول وتشخیص پولهای ناشی از قاچاق کالا ومواد مخدروسایر پولهای کثیف درداخل کشور بوده و آن را خودمان تصویب کرده‌ایم اما در شرایط جنگ اقتصادی که آمریکابرماتحمیل کرده است به هیچ وجه انتقال اطلاعات مالی کشور را به ویژه در این شرایط به مصلحت مردم نمی دانیم وانتقال این اطلاعات را موجب هوشمند شدن تحریمها وتاثیر بیشتر برنامه دشمن علیه ملت تلقی می کنیم.
دهقان با بیان اینکه موضوعی که دوستان ما در دولت باید به آن توجه کنند این است که سیاستگذاران آمریکا تاکنون صدها کتاب و مقاله درخصوص تحریم ایران نوشته‌اند وبا برنامه درحال اجرای آن هستند، اظهار داشت: برخی آقایان باید کتاب هنر تحریم، آخرین کتابی که در آمریکا راجع به تحریم ایران نوشته شده را بخوانند، تا بدانند آمریکاییها چه اقداماتی را انجام می‌دهند.
عضو کمیسیون قضائی و حقوقی مجلس شورای اسلامی با بیان اینکه برنامه‌‍ریزان یا اقتصاددانان ما در این سال‌ها که تحریم بودیم حتی یک کتاب هم راجع به نحوه مقابله با تحریمها ننوشتند بیان کرد: آمریکاییها می‌گویند در وضعیت جنگ اقتصادی با ایران هستیم ولی عده‌ای هنوز باور نکرده‌اند که در جنگ اقتصادی هستیم.
وی با بیان اینکه در این مقطع نباید ساده اندیشی و ساده انگاری کنیم، گفت: دشمنان ما به دنبال این هستند تا با فشار وایجاد سختی و به قول خودشان با وارد کردن درد برپیکره جامعه ایران مردم را وادار به عقب نشینی وقبول خواسته خودشان کنند.
دهقان بیان کرد: به همان اندازه که در این شرایط نگران تحریم هستیم، نگران ساده‌اندیشی‌ها هم هستیم.
نماینده مردم چناران و طرقبه شاندیز در مجلس شورای اسلامی با بیان اینکه در کشور باید در برابر تحریمها انسجام و فرماندهی واحد ایجاد شود گفت: به نظر می رسد دولت باید با ایجاد ستادپشتیبانی جنگ اقتصادی خودش فرماندهی میدان جنگ اقتصادی را برعهده بگیردو ازهمه ظرفیتها برای مقابله با تحریم استفاده کند.
