به گزارش ایسنا،علی عدالتیان در خصوص تصمیم جدید دولت مبنی بر ارائه ارز توافقی، اظهار کرد: تصمیم دولت برای در نظر گرفتن ارز توافقی منطقی است و این امر یکی از اصلاحاتی بود که ضرورت آن پیشبینی میگردید.
وی با اشاره به اینکه این اتفاق باید زودتر از این رخ میداد، افزود: این وقفه که در این مدت شاهد بودیم یکسری نوسانات را به وجود آورد، این امر برای کسانی که از امکانات دولتی و ارز دولتی استفاده نمیکنند و کالایی را صادر میکنند تا بتوانند ارز خود را در یک بازار ثانویه به صورت توافقی معامله کنند اتفاق خوبی بوده است.
عدالتیان با بیان اینکه اجرایی کردن ارز توافقی در کنترل نوسانات بازار کمک شایانی خواهد کرد، خاطرنشان کرد: به هر صورت اگر این اتفاق رخ ندهد و این نرخ توافقی صورت نگیرد رانت به وجود خواهد آمد، یعنی یک عدهای به دنبال این هستند که کالاهای خود را صادر کنند اما ارز خود را به کشور وارد نکنند و اگر وارد میکنند به صورت قاچاق آن را انجام دهند.
این کارشناس مسائل اقتصادی با اشاره به اینکه به نظر من اجرایی کردن این طرح همان برنامهی درستی است که در اقتصاد وجود دارد، تصریح کرد: یعنی عرضه و تقاضا در بازار وجود دارد و قیمت را تعیین خواهد کرد، ارز هم به عنوان یک کالا در بازار ارائه خواهد شد و بر اساس نرخ واقعی به فروش خواهد رسید.
عدالتیان با بیان اینکه دولت با اجرای این طرح میتواند مانع بسیاری از آسیبهایی مانند رانت شود، بیان کرد: در حال حاضر برای این طرح درصدهایی لحاظ شده و به مرور زمان نیز این درصدها افزایش پیدا خواهد کرد.
