ادب «کیهان» به ز دولت اوست
روز گذشته روزنامه کیهان در ستون گفت وشنود خود ضمن اشاره به سخنان حجت الاسلام حسن روحانی، در جشنواره خوارزمی و البته بدون نام بردن از وی، توهین کم سابقه ای را نثار رئیس جمهور کرده است .البته نقد سخنان هر فرد، مخصوصا مسئولین، حق طبیعی هر رسانه و شهروندان است؛ اما وقتی از چهارچوب اخلاق و ادب خارج میشود، باید نگران آسیب به حریم اخلاق اسلامی وانسانی بود و هم ایجاد شائبه برخورد دوگانه در جامعه .انتظار این میرفت که بسیاری از رسانهها این سخن رئیس جمهور را مورد نقد قرار دهند. همان گونه که چندی پیش در موضوع نرخ ارز، اظهارات روحانی بارها مورد انتقاد رسانهها و کارشناسان قرارگرفت ولی توهینی هم شنیده نشد؛ اما نمیتوان اینبار به سادگی از کنار چنین تعابیری گذشت .
آن چه نباید گفته میشد
این روزنامه در ستون گفت و شنودش ،که معمولا به قلم مدیرمسئولش حسین شریعتمداری نوشته میشود، نوشت :
گفت: این کدام آدم کجفهم و کمعقلی بوده که گفته است با گذاشتن یک جلد قرآن توی داشبورد ماشین، آن ماشین اسلامی میشود؟!
گفتم: به حق چیزهای نشنیده! تا حالا هیچ بنیبشری چنین ادعای بیپایه و اساسی نکرده است!
گفت: کدام دیوانهای گفته است علوم ریاضی و فیزیک به دو شاخه اصولگرایانه و اصلاحطلبانه تقسیم میشوند؟!
گفتم: جلالخالق!! تاکنون نه فقط هیچ آدم باشعوری بلکه هیچ دیوانهای هم چنین ادعایی نکرده است!
گفت: پس چرا در جشنواره خوارزمی گفته شده بعضیها چنین نظراتی دارند؟!
گفتم: شخصی قرار بود در مجلسی سخنرانی کند ولی مطلب تازهای نداشت. با صدای بلند به خودش گفت؛ امروز یک آدم مست در یکی از خیابانها با چاقو چند نفر را مجروح کرده است و… بعد وقتی پشت تریبون رفت گفت؛ شنیده شده که امروز… یکی از مستمعین گفت؛ در آن خیابان که هیچ خبری نبود! و طرف گفت؛ من با گوش خودم شنیدم! پرسید از کی؟ گفت؛ به کسی نگوییها، از خودم!»
اشاره کیهان به سخنان اخیر حسن روحانی رییس جمهور است که از برخی تقسیم بندیهای نادرست در علوم انتقاد کرده بود. رییس جمهور دو روز پیش در جشنواره خوارزمی با انتقاد از برخی تقسیم بندیهای نادرست و تاکید بر اینکه «قطعاً علم اسلامی و غیراسلامی شبیه همدیگر است و تفاوتی میان آنها وجود ندارد، بلکه اهداف فرق دارد» گفته بود: «اینکه شما یک قرآن در داشبورد خودرو بگذارید که خودروی اسلامی نمیشود.»
روحانی همچنین گفته بود: «علم به نوع تفکر و ایدوئولوژی وصل نمیشود. در کشور جناحبندی داریم اما نمیتوانیم بگوییم علم ریاضی اصوگرایان و علم ریاضی اصلاحطلبان. علم مرز نمیشناسد عدهای در کشور سالها فیزیک و شیمی اسلامی درست کردند، مقصود چیست؟»
آیا هیئت نظارت بر مطبوعات رسیدگی خواهد کرد ؟
حرکت نسنجیده، به دور از اخلاق و توهین بی سابقه به رئیس جمهور، باعث شده که بسیاری از ناظران سیاسی و رسانهای ورود احتمالی هیات نظارت بر مطبوعات را به این اقدام روزنامه کیهان، پیش بینی کنند. پیش بینیای که البته تا این لحظه از آن خبری نشده است.
روزنامه کیهان آخرین بار در آبان ماه امسال به مدت دو روز توقیف شده بود. علت این توقیف، شکایت دبیرخانه شورای عالی امنیت ملی به دلیل اقدام «خلاف سیاستهای اصولی و بیّن جمهوری اسلامی ایران در مسائل و امنیت منطقه ای» اعلام شد. این روزنامه در مورد شلیک موشک از یمن به عربستان در صفحه اول خود تیتر زده بود: «شلیک موشک انصارالله به ریاض؛ هدف بعدی، دوبی». کیهان البته روز بعد و به دنبال اعتراضها به تیترش تلاش کرد تا فضا را تلطیف کند و این بار تیتر «مصالح ملی در حمایت از مظلومان یمن است نه نگرانی برای برجهای دوبی» را انتخاب کرد.
با این وجود، بلافاصله پس از انتشار خبر کم سابقه توقیف دوروزه کیهان، حسین شریعتمداری مدیرمسئول روزنامه دست پیش را گرفت و تلاش کرد تا موضوعع را به گونه دیگری جلوه دهد. او گفت: «بسیار بعید میدانم که دبیرخانه شورایعالیامنیت ملی حمایت از جنایتکاران کودککش آلسعود و اماراتیها را بر حمایت از مردم مظلوم یمن ترجیح بدهد، و از دادستانی هم انتظار نمیرود که «روزنامه کیهان» را به خاطر دفاع از مسلمانان مظلوم یمن توقیف کند.»
پیش از آن، کمتر کسی سابقه توقیف این روزنامه را حتی برای یک روز به یاد دارد. توقیف روزنامه کیهان البته در سال 82نیز به دلیل انتشار مطلبی در بخش گفتوشنود آن روزنامه اتفاق افتاده بود.
این مطلب مربوط به مجلس ششم میشد و مقارن با تحصن نمایندگان در مجلس ششم بود. این مطلب به گونهای نادرست القاء میشد که این موضوع مورد اعتراض بسیاری از نمایندگان، دولتیها و افراد دیگر قرار گرفت که روزنامه هم به همین دلیل توقیف شد.
سال 88هم خبری مبنی بر توقیف روزنامه کیهان منتشر شد که این خبر سریعا توسط مشاور حقوقی مدیر مسوول روزنامه کیهان رد و اعلام شد: توقیف روزنامه کیهان صرفا یک شایعه است.
از سوی دیگر، بر اساس ماده 609 کتاب پنجم قانون مجازات اسلامی «هر کس با توجه به سمت، به یکی از رؤسای سه قوه در حال انجام وظیفه یا به سبب آن توهین کند، به سه تا شش ماه حبس و یا تا 74ضربه شلاق و یا پنجاه هزار تا یک میلیون ریال جزای نقدی محکوم میشود» و در ماده 104 قانون مجازات اسلامی، بزه موضوع ماده 609 را در زمره جرایم قابل گذشت محسوب نکرده است.
سابقه مجازات رسانهها به خاطر توهین به رییس جمهور نیز قابل بررسی است. به طور مثال، در سال 88، انتشار مقالهای از رسول منتجبنیا قائم مقام حزب اعتماد ملی در انتقاد از محمود احمدی نژاد برای روزنامه «اعتماد ملی» گران تمام شد.
وی در این مقاله نقل قولهایی به احمدی نژاد نسبت داده و از وی خواسته بود پیرامون صحت و سقم آن نقل قولها پاسخ دهد. در نهایت حکم جلب مدیر مسئول روزنامه صادر شد.
به عنوان مثالی دیگر، مدیرمسوول و دبیر سیاسی روزنامه مغرب عصر در سال 91 بازداشت شدند. مسئولان این روزنامه دربارهٔ دلیل این بازداشت اعلام کردند که «علتی که عنوان شد نوشتن مطلبی با تیتر «ادب مرد به ز دولت اوست» توسط علیرضا آقایی راد دبیر سیاسی این روزنامه بود که در شماره دهم روزنامه به چاپ رسید. البته در این مطلب به هیچ جغرافیای سیاسی اشاره نشده و فقط براساس تفکر فلاسفه دربارهٔ یک آرمان شهر نوشته شده است.»
اکنون با توجه به این مطلب توهین آمیز از سوی کیهان، ورود هیات نظارت بر مطبوعات به موضوع ساده ترین انتظاری است که میتوان داشت. حال باید دید این هیات پس از بررسی موضوع، چه حکمی برای کیهان در نظر خواهد گرفت. به امید روزی که اخلاق اسلامی و انسانی در تمام سطوح جامعه نهادینه شود.
