اعتراض به ارزانی تاکسیهای اینترنتی در مشهد
جمعی از تاکسیرانان مشهدی در اعتراض به نحوه فعالیت تاکسیهای اینترنتی در مقابل استانداری تجمع کردند.
سیدمهدی علویمقدم در خصوص تجمع تاکسیرانها در مقابل استانداری اظهار کرد: دلیل تجمع امروز تاکسیرانها اعتراض به فعالیت شرکتهای حمل و نقل اینترنتی بودهاست. فعالیت این شرکتها وضعیت معیشتی تاکسیرانان را که سالها مخارج زندگی خود را از این راه تامین میکردهاند تحت تاثیر قرارداده است.
وی ادامهداد: با توجه به قیمتهای شرکتهای حمل و نقل اینترنتی، رقابت با آنها برای تاکسیرانان دشوار شده و وضعیت اقتصادی آنها را تحتتاثیر قرار داده است. فعالیت شرکتهای حمل و نقل اینترنتی باید براساس ضوابط قانونی و مجوزهای لازم باشد.
مدیرعامل سازمان تاکسیرانی شهرداری مشهد خاطرنشان کرد : شرکتهای حمل و نقل اینترنتی در تمام دنیا وجود دارند و مواجه شدن با این مسئله اجتنابناپذیر است، اما تبعات این موضوع باید کاهشیابد. باید راهکارهایی وجود داشتهباشد که تاکسیرانان بتوانند مثل سابق به فعالیت خود ادامه بدهند.
علوی مقدم درباره درخواستهای تاکسیرانان عنوان کرد: شرکتهای حمل و نقل اینترنتی ابزاری است برای کمک به راحتی زندگی مردم اما باید در چارچوب قوانین فعالیت کنند. فعالیت تاکسیرانان در حوزه حمل و نقل مشمول قوانینی است که متاسفانه تاکسیهای شرکتهای اینترنتی زیر مجموعه این قوانین قرار نمیگیرند.
مدیرعامل سازمان تاکسیرانی شهرداری مشهد درخصوص قوانین مربوط به تاکسیرانی مطرح کرد: از جمله ضوابطی که تاکسیرانان باید رعایتکنند این است که آنها با هر نوع خودرویی به ویژه خودروهای فرسوده نمیتوانند مسافربری کنند اما در موارد زیادی دیده شده که تاکسیهای اینترنتی این قانون را رعایت نمیکنند.
علویمقدم ادامه داد: اگر این ابزار خدماترسانی در چارچوب قوانینی که شورای عالی ترافیک تصویب کرده قراربگیرد، بخشی از مشکلات تاکسیرانان رفع میشود. در هفتههای آینده قرار است گفتوگوهایی با مسئولین داشتهباشیم تا بر اساس راهکارهایی منطقی وضعیت اقتصادی تاکسیرانان بهبود یابد، فعالیت تاکسیهای اینترنتی مختل نشود و شرایط آسایش و راحتی مردم نیز حفظ شود.
وی یادآور شد: در گذشته مشکلات ناشی از فعالیت تاکسیهای اینترنتی را در جلسات متعدد با مسئولین مطرح کردیم. این مشکلات تنها مربوط به شهر مشهد نیست و دیگر تاکسیرانان هم در سایر شهرها با این معضل مواجهاند.
