پدیده، نوپا و نیازمند کمکهای دولتی است
درخواست برگزاری مجمع عمومی پدیده یکی از درخواستهای سهامداران در ماههای اخیر بوده است. خواستهای که حق طبیعی سهامدارن است اما به اعتقاد برخی از کارشناسان اقتصادی ممکن است این اتفاق در شرایط فعلی اولویت و به صلاح پدیده نباشد.
عضو هیئت مدیره گروه شرکتهای پدیده نیز برگزاری محمع عمومی را به نفع سهامداران نمیداند و معتقد است کمکهای دولتی بزرگترین نیاز پدیده در مقطع فعلی است.
حمیدرضا کریمویی روز گذشته ضمن اعلام این مطلب افزود: پدیده هنوزهم همانند یک نوزاد متولد شده است. درست است که این شرکت در یک سال گذشته موفق به حل مشکلات شد اما هنوز نیازمند کمکهای دولتی است.
وی با اشاره به اینکه شرکتهای خصوصی در سراسر دنیا وقتی دچار بحران میشوند با کمکهای دولتی دوباره سرپا میشوند، ادامه داد: در همه کشورها شرکتهای خصوصی که دچار بحران میشوند، با کمک دولت مشکلاتشان را مرتفع میکنند تا شرکت دوباره به قوام برسد و بعد از آن در اختیار سهامداران و مجامع عمومی قرار میگیرد.
معاون سرمایه گذاری و امور اقتصادی گروه شرکتهای پدیده تصریح کرد: معمولا اینگونه شرکتها بعد از مدتی با کمکهای دولتی و نمایندگان آن میتوانند دوباره سر پا شوند و بعد از آن در اختیار مجامع قرار میگیرند.
کریمویی خاطرنشان کرد: پدیده نیز از این موضوع استثنا نیست. چرا که پیگیری مشکلات پدیده و مجوزهای این شرکت از سوی شرکتهای دولتی باید اخذ میشد که اکنون با گرفتن این مجوزات باید صبر کرد تا این شرکت نوپا دوباره جان تازه ای بگیرد تا در اختیار نمایندگان قرار بگیرد تا از طریق مجامع مدیریت شرکت را انتخاب کنند.
وی با اشاره به مخالفت کارشناسان اقتصادی برای برگزاری مجمع عمومی در حال حاضر افزود: به همین دلیل است که بسیاری از کارشناسان اقتصادی در حال با برگزاری مجمع عمومی مخالف و معتقد هستند که اکنون شرکت پدیده بیشتر از برگزاری مجمع نیازمند مدیران با نفوذ در دولت است تا بتوانند مشکلات باقیمانده خود را حل و به ثبات و دوام برسد.
عضو هیئت مدیره گروه شرکتهای پدیده در پایان تاکید کرد: نباید اجازه بدهیم تا دستهای حمایتی دولتیها و دستگاههای دولتی برداشته شود. چرا که اگر در حال حاضر این شرکت به سهامداران واگذار شود شرکت کاملا خصوصی تلقی میشود و مطمئنا مسائل و مشکلات حل نشده، باقی میماند.
