«رود پارک» پس از «کوه پارک»

شهردار مشهد با اشاره به اینکه مصمم به ادامه اجرای بوستان چهل بازه هستیم، گفت: طبق برنامه ریزی های انجام شده، عملیات اجرایی ادامه بوستان چهل بازه و رود پارک از اوایل مهرماه آغاز خواهد شد.

به گزارش صبح امروز، محمد رضا کلائی بامدادروز گذشته در نشست بررسی و تعیین تکلیف پروژه های بزرگ منطقه 11 که با حضور جمعی از اعضای شورای شهر، معاونان شهردار، شهردار منطقه و مدیران شهری برگزار شد، اظهار کرد: پروژه بوستان چهل بازه و رود پارک، مهر و ماه، بوستان مادر و کودک و 165 پارک کوچک و محلی حوزه جنوب غرب از مهمترین پروژه های منطقه 11 هستند.
وی با بیان اینکه ادامه اجرای بوستان چهل بازه و رود پارک در مجموع به مساحت 98 هکتار در سه فاز طراحی شده است، افزود: فاز اول این پروژه از پل نمایشگاه تا پل ستاری به مساحت 38 هکتار، فازدوم سید رضی تا دانشجو به مساحت 18 هکتار و فاز سوم از نمایشگاه تا پل پرتوی به مساحت 42 هکتار اجرا خواهد شد.
شهردار مشهد بیان کرد: با توجه به آماده بودن اسناد و نقشه های فاز اول بوستان چهل بازه و رودپارک، عملیات اجرایی این فاز از چهار مهرماه آغاز خواهد شد.
کلائی خاطرنشان کرد: همچنین برای اجرای فاز دوم نیز اداره کل طرح ها و برنامه ها باید تا 10 مهرماه نقشه و طرح مربوط به فاز دوم را آماده و برای اجرا تحویل معاونت عمران، حمل و نقل و ترافیک و خدمات شهری دهد.
وی با بیان اینکه اداره حقوقی باید موضوع معارضات واقع در مسیر بوستان چهل بازه را پیگیری کند، اضافه کرد: با رفع مشکل معارضات، فاز سوم را نیز در ادامه فاز یک و دو اجرایی خواهیم کرد.
شهردار مشهد در ادامه، به برنامه ریزی های انجام شده برای ایجاد دریاچه امید و زندگی در منطقه 11 اشاره و تصریح کرد: این دریاچه را که ابتدا به صورت دریاچه ای ساده خواهد بود، در دل رودپارک و بوستان چهل بازه اجرایی می کنیم.

کلائی با اشاره به اینکه در مجموع فضای سبز بوستان چهل بازه باید تا عید نوروز امسال آماده شود، گفت: در کنار فضای سبز و رودپارک پارکینگ مورد نیاز نیز باید در این محدوده در نظر گرفته شود.
وی ادامه داد: برای اطلاع رسانی و آگاهی شهروندان و همراه کردن آن ها ،در خصوص اجرای رودپارک و بوستان چل بازه روابط عمومی باید نسبت به نصب تابلو های اطلاع رسانی در محدوده منطقه 11 و اطراف پروژه اقدام کند.
شهردار مشهد اظهار کرد: در مجموع در نظر داریم دو پارک کشاورزی شهری را برای کاشت محصولات ارگانیک در دو نقطه شهر از جمله بوستان 70 هکتاری شهرک شهید رجایی و شهید باهنر و همچنین بوستان چهل بازه ایجاد کنیم، لذا برنامه ریزی های لازم برای این کار از سوی معاونت خدمات شهری در اسرع وقت انجام شود.
کلائی در ادامه به پروژه مهر و ماه واقع در منطقه 11 اشاره و بیان کرد: این پروژه که قرار بود در زمینی به مساحت 4.2 هکتار از باغ گل ها تا بولوار وکیل آباد و به صورت مشارکتی اجرا شود اما پس از گذشت 10 سال، هنوز اجرا نشده است.
وی افزود: لذا این پروژه باید در طرح تفصیلی به صورت الگویی قابل واگذاری و اجرا دیده شود تا بتوانیم آن را برای تصویب به کمیسیون ماده پنج ببریم و پس از تصویب نسبت به جذب سرمایه گذار از طریق معاونت اقتصادی اقدام شود.
شهردار مشهد در خصوص طرح احداث پارک های کوچک و محلی در حوزه جنوب غرب، خاطرنشان کرد: مشاور طرح تفصیلی در حوزه جنوب غرب ایجاد 165 پارک محلی و کوچک را در لکه های باقی مانده در این منطقه در نظر گرفته است لذا امکان سنجی و برنامه ریزی های لازم برای عملیاتی شدن این پارک ها باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد.

کلائی در ادامه به موضوع احداث پارک مادر و کودک در منطقه 11 اشاره کرد بیان کرد: در حال حاضر هشت پارک بانوان در نقاط مختلف شهر مشهد وجود دارد، اما با توجه به نیاز بانوان به فضای سبز بیشتر، برنامه ریزی برای تبدیل زمینی واقع در امامت 49 به پارک مادر و کودک انجام شده است که این کار نیز باید تا پایان سال به نتیجه برسد.
وی در خصوص نامگذاری پروژه های شهری نیز اضافه کرد: برای پروژه های عمرانی و شهری بزرگ مقیاس باید در همان آغاز نسبت به نامگذاری مناسب اقدام شود، تا مردم از ابتدا بدانند چه پروژه ای و با چه نامی در شهر اجرایی می شود
