یک بام و دوهوای افزایش قیمت بنزین؛
تا پایان سال بنزین هیچ تغییر قیمتی نخواهد داشت
در ماههای اخیر و علی الخصوص از زمان افزایش یارانه نقدی و بالتبع افزایش قیمت بیشتر کالاها، بارها موضوع افزایش قیمت بنزین و یا سهمیه سوخت مطرح شد که هربار تکذیبیهای را به همراه داشت. اکنون نیز باتوجه به حواشی اخیر، یک عضو کمیسیون انرژی تاکید میکند که با توجه به افزایش قیمت برخی کالاها، مردم حق دارند تحت تأثیر شایعات افزایش نرخ بنزین قرار گیرند اما به پشتوانه اسناد رسمی، قاطعانه میگویم که افزایشی در کار نیست.
به گزارش روزنامه «صبح امروز» و به نقل از مهر، سیدابراهیم رئیسی در آخرین گفتوگوی زنده با مردم که چهارم تیرماه از رسانه ملی پخش شد، در خصوص قیمت بنزین گفت: نان، دارو و بنزین هیچ تغییر قیمتی نخواهد داشت؛ مردم بدانند که اگر قرار باشد کاری انجام بگیرد، مسئله را با مردم عزیزمان در میان میگذاریم.
اما با این حال شایعاتی پیرامون افزایش ناگهانی بنزین در فضای مجازی به طور متناوب در ماهها و روزهای اخیر دست به دست شده است که هیچگونه مبنای رسمی نداشته و دولت و مجلس شورای اسلامی مکرراً اینگونه گمانهزنیها را مردود اعلام کردهاند.
بر فرض هم اگر برنامهای برای افزایش قیمت بنزین در میان باشد این موضوع ابتدا به ساکن در بودجه ۱۴۰۲ مطرح خواهد شد. بنابراین قطع به یقین تا مرحله تصویب بودجه یعنی اسفندماه امسال هیچ خبری از افزایش قیمت بنزین نخواهد بود
مردم حق دارند تحت تأثیر شایعات بنزین قرار بگیرند
هادی بیگینژاد، عضو کمیسیون انرژی مجلس با بیان اینکه کذب بودن افزایش قیمت بنزین را به پشتوانه اسناد رسمی و دولتی به مردم اعلام کردهایم، گفت: بارها دولت، وزارت نفت و کمیسیون انرژی این موضوع را تکذیب کرده است، بنابراین هیچ شک و شبههای راجع به این موضوع باقی نخواهد ماند.
وی با بیان اینکه صحبت از افزایش قیمت بنزین دقیقاً مساوی با بازی کردن با روان مردم است، گفت: باتوجه به افزایش قیمتهای برخی کالا و اجناس، مردم حق دارند تحت تأثیر این مدل شایعات درباره نرخ بنزین قرار بگیرند.
بیگینژاد با بیان اینکه هدف مستقیم این شایعات، سرگردان کردن مردم و اذیت روان آنها است، گفت: موج شایعات چنان سنگین بوده است که باوجود آنکه نمایندگان مجلس و کمیسیون انرژی و همچنین مقامات دولت به دفعات این موضوع را تکذیب کردهاند اما فایدهای نداشته است.
فقط بودجه ۱۴۰۲ میتواند قیمت را تغییر دهد
وی با اشاره به اینکه بر فرض هم اگر برنامهای برای افزایش قیمت بنزین در میان باشد این موضوع ابتدا به ساکن در بودجه ۱۴۰۲ مطرح خواهد شد، عنوان کرد: بنابراین قطع به یقین تا مرحله تصویب بودجه یعنی اسفندماه امسال هیچ خبری از افزایش قیمت بنزین نخواهد بود.
عضو کمیسیون انرژی مجلس با بیان اینکه وزیر نفت در جلوی درب کمیسیون انرژی به تمامی رسانهها علناً اعلام کرد که هیچ خبری از افزایش قیمت بنزین نبوده و نیست، خاطرنشان کرد: قیمت بنزین در سال بعد را صرفاً بودجه آن سال تعیین خواهد کرد و هیچ منبعی به غیر از بودجه ۱۴۰۲ از قیمت بنزین خبر نخواهد داد.
با توجه به افزایش قیمت برخی کالاها، مردم حق دارند تحت تأثیر شایعات افزایش نرخ بنزین قرار گیرند اما به پشتوانه اسناد رسمی، قاطعانه میگویم که افزایشی در کار نیست
موج سواری رسانهای بر تجربه تلخ مردم در سال ۹۸
شایعات بدون توقف درباره یک موضوع پرمخاطب همچون بنزین، خوراک مطلوبی برای برخی از رسانههای زرد مجازی بوده است تا با سوءاستفاده از نگرانیهای جامعه درباره افزایش قیمت حاملهای انرژی و حساسیت درباره تجربه تلخ افزایش ناگهانی نرخ بنزین در سال ۹۸، بتوانند در مقاطع حساس بر امواج رسانهای خودساخته سوار شوند و مخاطبان گستردهای را عمدتاً در فضای مجازی به سمت خود جلب کنند و بازدید بیشتری را برای بنگاه خبری خود به همراه داشته باشند.
اما طبق صحبت صریح رئیس جمهور، اولاً امسال دولت هیچ برنامهای برای تغییر در قیمت بنزین ندارد؛ ثانیاً، هر زمان برنامهای در این خصوص در دستور کار دولت قرار بگیرد، مسئله با مردم در میان گذاشته خواهد شد و از زبان مسئولان، به صورت رسمی، اخبار دقیق اعلام خواهد شد.
افزایش قیمت بنزین از نگاه فعالان حوزه نفت و گاز
همچنین بارها کارشناسان و برخی فعالان صنفی حوزه نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی در اظهارات خود، افزایش ناگهانی قیمت بنزین توسط دولت در سال جاری را امری بعید و دور از انتظار توصیف کردهاند.
حمید حسینی دبیر کل اتحادیه صادرکنندگان فراوردههای نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی در هفتههای گذشته درباره احتمال افزایش قیمت بنزین اظهار داشت: دولت اگر علاقه هم داشته باشد قیمتها را تغییر دهد باتوجه به وضعیت اقتصادی جامعه و فشار تورمی که وجود دارد، هیچ اقدامی جهت افزایش قیمت گازوئیل و بنزین انجام نخواهد داد.
به گفته وی، امسال ارز ترجیحی را حذف کرده و پایه گمرکی را از دلار ۴۲۰۰ تومانی به دلار ۲۳ هزار تومان افزایش داده، این دو عامل خود بیشترین تورم را بر کشور تحمیل کرده به طوری که یک سال گذشته تورم بیش از ۱۲ درصد بوده است. بنابراین اگر دولت هم بخواهد افزایش قیمت اعمال کند نظام اجازه نمیدهد در این جهت حرکت کند و مجدداً شوکی به اقتصاد کشور وارد شود.
به گزارش مهر، بررسیها حاکی از آن است که در ۱۰ ماه گذشته بیش از ۱۵ شایعه درباره افزایش قیمت بنزین و میزان سهمیه سوخت مطرح شده است که همه آنها با تکذیبیه رسمی دولت همراه بوده است.
