خاک، ثروت بر باد رفته در خراسان شمالی
خراسان شمالی سرزمینی با اقلیم کوهستانی است که حدود ۷۴ درصد اراضی کشاورزی آن در سطح شیب دار شکل گرفته است و با هر باران رگباری خاک آن شسته شده و از دسترس کشاورزان خارج می شود که به گفته کارشناسان این وضعیت بسیار نگران کننده است.
خراسان شمالی استانی است که اقتصاد آن بر پایه کشاورزی و دامپروری می چرخد و خاک مهم ترین سرمایه استان است که باید برای حفظ ان تلاش شود.
خاک از بزرگ ترین منابع ثروت هر کشوری است که دانشمندان سعادت و بدبختی هر ملتی را در گرو نحوه مدیریت و بهره‌برداری از منابع خاک دانسته اند اما هم اینک با شخم و شیار در اراضی شیب دار استان به نوعی خاک ارزشمند را از دست می دهیم این در حالی است که کشت و کار غلات در اراضی شیب دار با وجود سود اقتصادی کم ادامه دارد و در حالی که بستر زندگی خاک است اما این سرمایه استان را باد و باران با خود می‌برد به طوری که بر اساس آخرین مطالعات انجام شده میانگین فرسایش خاک در این استان ۱۷.۵تن او ۲.۵ تن بیشتر از میانگین کشوری است.
به گفته مسوولان سازمان جهاد کشاورزی خراسان شمالی ۷۴ درصد از ۳۴۴ هزار هکتار عرصه کشاورزی استان در اراضی شیب‌دار و ارتفاعات و ۲۶ درصد هم در دشت‌ها است.
شخم و شیار در اراضی شیب دار استان یکی از علل فرسایش خاک استٰ، این اراضی با شیب های مختلفی هستند که با توجه به میزان شیب آن از ملایم تا شیب خیلی زیاد باید نسبت به کشت محصولات زراعی و باغی اقدام کرد اما متاسفانه بدون در نظر گرفتن میزان شیب در آن کشت و کار می شود.
هم اکنون در اراضی شیب‌دار استان، به خصوص در مسیر بجنورد – اسفراین کشاورزان، اراضی را در جهت شیب شخم می زنند و حال آنکه از آن محصولی هم برداشت نمی کنند و تنها انگیزه آنان تصرف زمین استٰ خاک ارزشمند این اراضی در طی سالیان با بارندگی های تند و وزیدن باد از بین می رود و یا با بارش باران شسته می شود.
با وجود اینکه مسائل اجتماعی پیچیده ای در این حوزه وجود دارد اما باید کارشناسان دستگاه های اجرایی استان پیشنهادهایی برای کشت در جهت خلاف شیب و همچنین کشت درختان دیم، گیاهان چندساله و دارویی بدهند تا بیش از این ثروت خدادادی از دست نرود.
میانگین بالای فرسایش خاک در استان
مدیرکل منابع طبیعی و آبخیزداری خراسان شمالی با بیان این که میزان فرسایش خاک در استان از متوسط کشوری بیشتر است گفت: این شاخص در کشور ۱۵ تن و این رقم در استان ۱۷.۵ تن در هکتار است.
حسن وحید بر مهار سیلاب و جلوگیری از فرسایش خاک در این استان تاکید کرد و افزود: طرح های آبخیزداری با نگاه حفاظت از محیطزیست و منابع طبیعی نه تنها باعث کنترل فرسایش خاک بلکه باعث مهار سیلاب ها نیز می شود.
کنترل فرسایش و طرح های آبخیز داری
به دلیل ضعف اعتباری و نبود برنامه ریزی برای اجرای طرح های آبخیزداری براثر سیلاب های مخرب ناشی از باران های بهاری نه تنها سالانه خسارت های چند صد میلیارد ریالی به محصولات کشاورزی و تاسیسات زیربنایی وارد می شد که میزان متوسط فرسایش خاک نیز در این استان بیش از متوسط کشور است.
وحید اظهار داشت: هر سال به طور میانگین در حدود ۳۰ پروژه در بخش های مختلف مانند آبخیزداری، بیابان زدایی، حفظ و احیای جنگل ها و مراتع اجرا می شود به طوری که از سال ۹۲ تا ۹۸ برای ۱۱۴ حوضه آبخیز با مساحت یک میلیون هکتار مطالعات تفصیلی تکمیل و عملیات اجرایی آن نیز خاتمه یافت.
وی خاطرنشان کرد: در همین مدت ۲۵ درصد از مساحت استان خراسان شمالی که شامل ۸۱ حوضه آبخیز را شامل می شود، طرح های آبخیزداری به طور کامل اجرا و به بهره برداری رسیده است.
به گفته وی در ۳۲ حوضه آبخیز که ۱۳ درصد مساحت استان را شامل می شود نیز مطالعات تفصیلی اجرایی انجام و در ۳۹ حوضه آبخیز با مجموع مساحت ۳۱۷ هزار هکتار، که ۱۱ درصد مساحت استان را شامل می شود، نیز عملیات آبخیزداری به طور کامل خاتمه یافت.
وی گفت: در مجمو ع برای یک میلیون و ۳۳ هزار هکتار از مساحت استان مطالعات آبخیزداری انجام و بخش های مختلف مانند خاک، رسوب، سیل، مباحث اقتصادی و اجتماعی آن دیده شده است.
مدیرکل منابع طبیعی و آبخیزداری استان خراسان شمالی افزود: بالغ بر ۶۵ درصد وسعت استان فرسایش پذیر است به طوری که فرسایش متوسط استان ۱۷.۵ تن در هکتار درسال است.
کشت گیاهان دارویی در اراضی شیب دار استان
معاون آموزشی مرکز تحقیقات و آموزش کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی خراسان شمالی گفت: اراضی دیم شیب دار همچون دو طرف جاده بجنورد – اسفراین به صورت غیر اصولی و علمی زیر کشت محصولات کشاورزی به ویژه غلات می رود که حتی در سال های کم بارش محصولی نیز برداشت نمی کننداما باعث فرسایش خاک می شود.
مهدی باور افزود: برخی از بهره برداران نیز از گسترده منابع طبیعی استان به صورت غیر اصولی برداشت می کنند که با برداشت های بی رویه باعث تخریب و از بین رفتن گیاهان می شوند که کشت گیاهان دارویی در مزرعه و اراضی شیب دار بسیار مفید و اقتصادی است.
وی اظهار داشت: در کشت گیاهان دارویی نیاز به شخم اراضی هر ساله وجود ندارد که این امر نیز مانع فرسایش خواهد شد و حتی کشت در اراضی شیب دار در دوران تر سالی نیز باعث فرسایش خاک خواهد شد، شخم و برهم زدن خاک اراضی شیب دار باعث شسته شدن خاک می شود در حالیکه کاشت درختان و گیاهان دارویی مانع فرسایش است.
معاون آموزشی مرکز تحقیقات و آموزش کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی خراسان شمالی افزود: هفت گونه گیاه دارویی مقاوم به خشکی در یکهزار و ۵۰۰ مترمربع شامل آویشن باغی، خاکشیر، مرزه، کاسنی، اسطوخودوس، شیرین بیان و رزماری در اراضی دیم این استان کشت شد.
باور با بیان اینکه این میزان در ایستگاه تحقیقاتی گیاهان دیم استان با استفاده از سامانه های آبگیر و نوین کشت شده است که کمک به ذخیره رطوبتی و جلوگیری از فرسایش خواهد شد اظهار داشت: در این سامانه فضایی برای کشت گیاهان دارویی عمود در جهت شیب ایجاد خواهد شد که در دو طرف خاک ریخته می شود که به نوعی از آب سبز بارش باران و برف استفاده خواهد شد.
میزان ماده آلی خاک استان کمتر از نیم درصد است
رییس سازمان جهاد کشاورزی خراسان شمالی با اشاره به اینکه یکی از اساسی ترین شرایط تولید و زیست، خاک است، گفت: اگر لایه های حیاتی خاک دچار آسیب و نارسایی و خدشه شود، معضلات عظیمی به بخش های مختلف از جمله تولید وارد می شود و در شرایطی که تکنولوژی و فناوری توسعه یافته، این چالش ها نیز زیادتر شده اند.
عبدالله یوسفی افزود: در بروز خشکسالی های شدید طی یکی دو سال گذشته، جمع کردن کاه و کلش توسط کشاورزان برای تغذیه دام ها و همچنین تردد ماشین آلات بر روی زمین های کشاورزی و به تبع آن فشردگی خاک، عواملی هستند که باعث فقیر شدن خاک زمین های کشاورزی شده است.
رییس سازمان جهاد کشاورزی خراسان شمالی در ادامه با اشاره به اینکه ماده آلی ۶۰ درصد از اراضی کشاورزی کشور زیر یک درصد و ۴۰ درصد نیز زیر نیم درصد است، گفت: میزان ماده آلی خاک در این استان نیز کمتر از نیم درصد است این در حالی است که میزان مطلوب ماده آلی در خاک دو تا پنج درصد است.
یوسفی به تصویب و ابلاغ قانون حفاظت از خاک اشاره کرد و گفت: متاسفانه ساختار اجرایی کردن این قانون در وزارت جهاد کشاورزی و دستگاه های اجرایی هنوز تعریف نشده است و ایجاد ردیف اعتباری باید مد نظر باشد.
وی استفاده از سیستم های جدید خاک ورزی، استفاده از سیستم های مناسب جهت آبیاری و مدیریت آبیاری، استفاده از گیاهان پوششی مناسب در زمان آیش، انجام کشت فی مابین با گیاهان مناسب، استفاده از تراکم مناسب در هنگام کاشت، تناوب زراعی مناسب را دیگر عوامل موثر در حفاظت از خاک بیان کرد.
تبدیل سه هزار و ۶۲۶ هکتار اراضی شیب‌دار به باغ
مدیر امور باغبانی سازمان جهادکشاورزی خراسان شمالی گفت: تاکنون سه هزار و ۶۲۴ هکتار از اراضی شیب‌دار ملی و مستثنیات استان به باغ و کشت گیاهان دارویی تبدیل شده است.
محمدعلی شریکیان بر توسعه باغ ها در اراضی شیب‌دار تاکید کرد و اظهار داشت: از مجموع اراضی شیب دار ۸۳۷ هکتار باغ و ۲ هزار و ۷۸۹ هکتار در راستای توسعه گیاهان دارویی است.
وی با بیان اینکه در اراضی شیب دار استان درختان انگور، بادام و گل محمدی کشت شده است گفت: هدف از توسعه باغ ها و کشت گیاهان دارویی در اراضی شیب دار افزایش تولید، ایجاد اشتغال، بهره وری بالا، حفظ خاک و جلوگیری از فرسایش خاک، مقابله با پدیده گرد و غبار، جلوگیری از مهاجرت در جوامع محلی، تامین معیشت قشر روستایی و امنیت غذایی است.
وی گفت: ۷۴ درصد از ۳۴۴ هزار هکتار عرصه کشاورزی استان در اراضی شیب‌دار و ارتفاعات و ۲۶ درصد هم در دشت‌ها است.
شریکیان شخم و شیار در اراضی شیب دار را یکی از علل فرسایش خاک دانست و اظهار داشت: این اراضی با شیب های مختلفی هستند که با توجه به میزان شیب آن از ملایم تا شیب خیلی زیاد باید نسبت به کشت محصولات زراعی و باغی اقدام کردٰ متاسفانه در برخی از اراضی شیب دار در جهت شیب شخم می شود که به فرسایش کمک خواهد کرد.
وی بر حفظ کاربری و جلوگیری از تغییر آن در زمین های کشاورزی تاکید کرد و گفت: حتی خاک از آب نیز مهم تر است زیرا هزاران سال برای ایجاد یک سانتیمتر خاک زمان نیاز است.
مدیر امور باغبانی سازمان جهادکشاورزی خراسان شمالی بر ایجاد سامانه های آبگیر نیز در این اراضی برای نفوذ بارندگی در خاک تاکید کرد و اظهار داشت: با روش های مختلف می توان از آب باران استفاده کرد.
وی بر ترانس بندی و تراز بندی در اراضی شیب داری که با باع تبدیل می شود افزود: در این اراضی سامانه های آبگیر ایجاد می شود که به عنوان مثال پای درخت بادام کشت شده را زیر و رو می کنیم تا نفوذ پذیری آب بیشتر شود، چاله ای نیز در این رابطه کنده خواهد شد و دور ان نیز سنگ چین خواهد شد، در این روش از آب سبز استفاده می شود.
شریکیان اظهار داشت: در استفاده از آب سبزٰ، آب به پای درخت هدایت می شود و سایر نقاط را با مالچ می پوشانیم تا نفوذ پذیری نداشته باشد.
شریکیان با بیان اینکه امکان کشت باغ های دیم در اراضی شیب دار این شهرستان وجود دارد گفت: ستاد ویژه بدرانلو به صورت کشوری به همین جهت تشکیل شد، در این ستاد تنوع رقم، به باغی، تغذیه باغ، اجرای طرح فراز، توسعه باغات فنی مورد تاکید است.
برای توسعه باغ در اراضی شیب دار در بیش از ۱۰ هزار هکتار از منطقه اسدلی، بدرانلو و مناطقی از راز و جرگلان این استان مطالعه شده است که پس از آماده شدن زیر ساخت های لازم اراضی برای تبدیل به باغ به متقاضیان واگذار خواهد شد.
سطح اراضی کشاورزی و بایر خراسان شمالی ۴۰۰ هزار هکتار است، کل اراضی استان ۲ میلیون و ۸۰۰ هزار هکتار است که اکنون ۱۳ درصد از این سطح به بخش کشاورزی اختصاص دارد و ۸۷ درصد نیز اراضی غیرکشاورزی است.
۴۴ درصد جمعیت ۸۶۳ هزار نفری این استان در نواحی روستایی سکونت دارند.
استان خراسان شمالی ۲ میلیون و ۸۰۰ هزار هکتار مساحت دارد که دو میلیون و ۳۳ هزار هکتار از این وسعت استانی را عرصه های منابع طبیعی اعم از مراتع، جنگل ها و اراضی زیست محیطی تشکیل می دهد به طوری که از این وسعت یک میلیون و ۴۰۰ هزار هکتار مرتع، بیش از ۱۸۳ هزار هکتار بیابان و ۴۳۴ هزار و ۵۵۰ هکتار جنگل است.
