با افزایش تقاضای چشم‌‌گیر انرژی، رو به اتمام بودن منابع سوخت‌های فسیلی و بحران‌های زیست محیطی دست به دست هم دادند تا در سال‌های اخیر زمزمه‌‌ انرژی تجدیدپذیر و پاک به عنوان یکی از منابع اصلی انرژی پاک، در کنار انرژی خورشیدی بیش از دیگر منابع انرژی مورد توجه قرار گیرد. با توجه به مکانیزم و ظرفیت باد در شهرستان خواف، شرکت پدیده مروزیست تصمیم به احداث توربین‌های بادی در آن منظقه گرفتند. که در تاریخ20 آبان1400 با حضور استاندارتوربین 660 کیلو وات افتتاح گردید.

کشور ما نه سرمایه کم دارد نه نیروی با تجربه و توانمند

به گزارش «صبح امروز» یسرا خرسند مدیر عامل شرکت پدیده مروزیست پس از خیر مقدم به استاندار در مراسم افتتاحیه گفت: آب، برق، باد نعمت‌های الهی هستند که حیاط آدمی به آنها وابسته است، خوشبختانه کشور ما نه سرمایه کم دارد نه نیروی با تجربه و توانمند، آنچه نیاز است مدیریت جهادیست که مقام معظم رهبری بارها تاکید کرده‌اند.

وی ادامه داد: از آنجایی که زمینه دانش و مدیریت و برنامه‌ریزی، تعهد، ایثار و فداکاری است، کارها سرعت بیشتری می‌گیرد، نمونه بارز آن فعالیت‌های همکاران ما در سال‌های متمادی با مشارکت و همکاری سرمایه‌گذاران مردمی به دنبال افزایش تامین سبد برق از محل انرژی‌های پاک و تجدید پذیر است.

خرسند ادامه داد: ارزش پروژه توربین‌های 660کیلو واتی 25 میلیارد تومان بوده، که در مدت 6 ماه احداث گردید، و پروژه 5/2 مگاوات که امروز توسط استاندار خراسان رضوی کلنگ خورد، با اعتبار 100میلیون تومان در مدت کمتر از 6 ماه احداث خواهد شد.

وی ادامه داد: منطقه خواف یکی از بهترین کلیدرهای بادی جهان است که استعداد تولید 5 هزار مگاوات برق را دارا می باشد. لذا نصب هر توربین در منطقه خواف معادل توربین‌های نصب شده در بینالود نیشابور تولید انرژی خواهد کرد، اما توربین 5/2 مگاواتی بسیار بزرگ، و مشابه آن در آخکند و کهک قزوین نصب و در حال فعالیت می‌باشد که این توربین‌ها توسط گروه صنعتی مپنا و با عنوان و دانش کاملا داخلی و بدون وابستگی به خارج تولید شده است.

تکیه بر سیاست‌های دولت و دولتمردان

وی با بیان تکیه بر سیاست‌های دولت و دولتمردان و افق‌های جهانی افزود: شرکت پدیده مروزیست اقدام به بهره‌برداری از انرژی‌های نو در افزایش درجه امنیت سیستم انرژی کشور ایفای نقش نموده است و تاثیرات آن در ابعاد اقتصادی و اجتماعی بر کسی پوشیده نیست. گواه ما احداث نیروگاه تجدید‌پذیر در یکی از مستعدترین مناطق بادی ایران یعنی شهرستان خواف و میزان مشارکت بالای مردم است.

وی ادامه داد: تا آن زمان که نبض حیات ما بسته به مشارکت و حضور مردم باشد هیچ راهکاری بر زمین نمی‌ماند، که تاریخ خو گواه ادعای ما است، که با توکل برحق و تکیه برهمت دلیرمردان و شیرزنان این مرز و بوم می‌توان وضعیت معیشت منطقه را بهبود بخشید، امید است شادابی و سرزندگی را در میان مردم و جوانان شاهد باشیم.

کلیدرهای بزرگ در خراسان رضوی

علی‌رضا جامی عضو هیات مدیره شرکت مروزیست و راه نو گفت: اولویت اول خراسان رضوی در جهت توسعه انرژی تجدید پذیر است و ما شاهد کلیدرهای بزرگی در خراسان رضوی هستیم که در جهان سوم و یکی از آنها در خواف است، که دو برابر راندمان جهانی می‌توانیم تولید برق داشته و با ظرفیت 20 هزارمگاوات برق در خواف یک سوم برق ایران را تامین کنیم.

وی در ادامه افزود: خریداران عمده در کشورهای همسایه از جمله افغانستان با نیاز 3 هزار مگاوات برق از متقاضیان هستند که متاسفانه در حال حاضر ما فقط 1000 مگاوات را تامین می‌کنیم، که این رقم بسیار کمتر از ظرفیت منطقه است.

جامی با بیان اینکه ما اولین سفر مردمی استاندار را به این مجموعه به فال نیک می‌گیریم، گفت: شرکت مروزیست دو الویت را دنبال می‌کند، اول توسعه این صنعت در منطقه و دوم، توسعه صنعت ساخت توربین‌های بادی در خراسان رضوی.

استراتژی برق جهانی

وی در ادامه گفت: موضوع جدی که مد نظر استاندار هم می باشد استراتژی برق جهانی است، و آن معاهده پاریس یا قرداد کیوتو می‌باشد، که با گذشت چهار سال از این قرارداد سالیانه کاهش 3 در‌صدی در سوخت‌های فسیلی و تبدیل آن به انرژی‌هایی است که در حال حاضر 12 هزار مگاوات بدهکار هستیم، و باید این عقب ماندگی جبران شود.

او بیان کرد: با توجه به منابع مالی محدود دولت و تحریم‌ها ما هیچ چاره‌ای جز اینکه سرمایه‌های مردمی را درگیر کنیم، نداریم و بنده به کلیه سرمایه‌داران کشور مخصوصا کسانی که سرمایه بلوکه دارند، پیشنهاد می‌کنم شیفت سرمایه‌ها باید به سمت اقتصاد نوین و صنعت تولید هدایت شود. لذا با شرایط موجود کشور تنها اقتصاد مولد و تولیدی جوابگوی سرمایه‌های مردم می‌باشد و ایران باید در 8 سال آینده گذار جدی از اقتصاد کهنه به اقتصاد نوین داشته باشد.

وی همچنین گفت: برای گذر از این چالش ما نیاز به طرح‌ها و افراد نقطه زن داریم که باید دولت و استاندارها این افراد را همانند زمان جنگ پیدا کنند، همانگونه در زمان جنگ هم یک سرباز نقطه زن یک لشکر را تکان می‌داد.
