ماجرای عدم عرضه بلیت 5میلیونی پروازهای اربعین!
ظاهرا در شرایطی که تنها یک هفته به اربعین مانده است، ایرلاین‌ها از عرضه بلیت به نرخ مصوب خودداری می‌کنند و همین موضوع نیز به سرگردانی زائران میان آژانس‌های مسافری انجامیده است!
به گزارش روزنامه «صبح امروز» و به نقل از مهر، بر اساس اعلام سازمان‌های هواپیمایی کشوری و حج و زیارت با توافق با شرکت‌های هواپیمایی، قرار بود بازه زمانی پروازهای اربعین از ۲۸ شهریور تا ۱۰ مهر ماه و زمان فروش بلیت پروازهای اربعین از ۲۶ شهریور ماه باشد. نرخ فروش نیز برای پروازهای رفت و برگشت از تهران به نجف ۵ و یک طرف ۳.۲ میلیون تومان تعیین شده است.
بلیت 20میلیونی از استطاعت برخی زائرین خارج است!
با این حال دو روز از آغاز این بازه زمانی گذشته و خبری از فروش بلیت پروازهای اربعین نه در آژانس‌های هواپیمایی، نه در وبسایت های رسمی ایرلاین‌ها و نه در وبسایت های فروش بلیت هواپیما نیست. حتی سه شرکت هواپیمایی که برای روزهای جاری اقدام به فروش یک طرفه تهران نجف با نرخ ۳.۲ میلیون تومان کرده بودند، در حال حاضر از فروش بلیت خودداری می‌کنند. تنها چند ایرلاین خارجی فروش بلیت پروازهای اربعین با قیمت‌های ۹ تا ۲۰ میلیون تومانی دارند که خرید آنها از استطاعت بسیاری از زائران اربعین خارج است.
همچنین شنیده شده مقامات عراقی گفته اند برای هر پرواز مازاد بر ۱۲۰ پرواز در هفته (موافقتنامه ای که قبلاً بین دو کشور ایران و عراق به امضا رسیده) باید مبلغی بعنوان عوارض پرداخت شود که مسئولان سازمان هواپیمایی کشورمان در حال رایزنی از طریق وزارت امور خارجه برای حل مساله هستند. احتمال دارد که همین مساله موضوع فروش بلیت‌های ۵ میلیون تومانی را دچار وقفه کرده باشد.

سیاوش امیرمکری، سرپرست سازمان هواپیمایی کشوری هم درباره مساله فروش بلیت‌های ۵میلیونی گفته: در یکی، دو روز گذشته گزارش‌هایی به ما رسیده است که بعضی از مراکز فروش بلیت هواپیما صرفاً بلیت یکطرفه برای سفر به عراق عرضه کردند که این خلاف توافق حاصل شده و مقررات است. سازمان هواپیمایی کشوری در حال حاضر پیگیر رفع این مشکل است که بلیت دو طرفه به متقاضیان ارائه شده و خرید بلیت یکطرفه اختیاری باشد.
این اظهار نظر سرپرست سازمان هواپیمایی کشوری تا حدودی می‌تواند به معنی پذیرش بی مسئولیتی ایرلاین‌ها و تلاش آنها برای افزایش درآمد از محل پروازهای اربعین از سوی دستگاه سیاست گذار در صنعت هوانوردی باشد.
آژانس‌های هواپیمایی منافعی در نرخ‌های فروش بلیت ندارند
در خصوص عدم عرضه بلیت با نرخ مصوب، رئیس انجمن دفاتر خدمات مسافرت هوایی نیز می‌گوید که شرکت های هواپیمایی از ارائه بلیت پروازهای رفت و برگشت اربعین به آژانس های هواپیمایی خودداری می کنند.
حرمت الله رفیعی درباره علت عدم فروش بلیت پروازهای اربعین با نرخ مصوب در آژانس‌های مسافرتی گفت: آژانس‌های هواپیمایی منافعی در نرخ‌های فروش بلیت ندارند و سود آن در جیب ایرلاین‌ها می‌رود.
وی افزود: براساس مصوبات، برای سفرهای اربعین نرخ پروازهای تهران-نجف-تهران ۵ میلیون تومان و مشهد-نجف-مشهد ۶ میلیون تومان از سوی سازمان هواپیمایی کشوری تعیین شده است و علی القاعده ایرلاین‌ها باید با این نرخ‌ها بلیت فروشی کنند اما متأسفانه برخی ایرلاین‌ها در برابر فروش بلیت با این نرخ‌ها، مقاومت می‌کنند و این ارتباطی به آژانس‌های هواپیمایی ندارد.

رئیس انجمن دفاتر خدمات مسافرتی اظهار کرد: کاری که ایرلاین‌ها کرده اند، این است که پروازهای دوطرفه را بسته‌اند و صرفاً به فروش پروازهای یک طرفه روی آورده اند که از سوی سازمان هواپیمایی، ۳.۲ میلیون تومان تعیین شده است؛ به عبارت دیگر ۱ میلیون و ۴۰۰ هزار تومان ایرلاین‌ها با این اقدام سود بیشتری روی فروش بلیت رفت و برگشت هر زائر کسب می‌کنند؛ بعد هم می‌گویند ما در حال رعایت مصوبه سازمان هواپیمایی در خصوص نرخ پروازهای اربعین هستیم.
وی خاطرنشان کرد: متأسفانه روی سیستم‌های آژانس‌های هواپیمایی هنوز پروازهای اربعین با نرخ مصوب بارگذاری نشده است مشکل این است که در ایام اربعین، تقاضا از عرضه بیشتر است و ایرلاین‌ها قصد دارند با قیمت بالا بلیت را بفروشند. تا وقتی هم که سازمان هواپیمایی بخواهد به این موضوع ورود کند، دیگر بازه زمانی پروازهای اربعین به اتمام رسیده و کاری از دست این سازمان برنمی آید واگر اقدامی هم انجام دهد، به درد زائران نمی‌خورد.
