دست اندرکاران حوزه تامین گوشت قرمز بر این باور هستند که بر اساس پیش بینی‌ها در 6 ماهه دوم سال، کشور با کمبود دام مواجه می‌شود که این اتفاق بالتبع افزایش قیمت گوشت قرمز و علی الخصوص گوشت دام سبک را در پی خواهد داشت.
در این خصوص رئیس اتحادیه دام سبک با بیان اینکه سوءمدیریت در تامین نهاده‌های دامی از سال ٩٨ شروع شد و مسئولان به هشدارها بی توجهی کردند، درباره کمبود دام در نیمه دوم سال هشدار داد.
به گزارش روزنامه «صبح امروز»، افشین صدردادرس، رئیس اتحادیه دام سبک کشور در گفتگو با مهر اظهار داشت: بحث کشتار دام‌های سبک و بره‌ها خیلی جدی است و به زودی ما با کمبود شدیدی در این حوزه مواجه خواهیم شد،
وی ادامه داد: بخشی از بره‌هایی که در شش ماه اول سال متولد می‌شوند، در مدت ١٠٠ تا ١۵٠ روز پروار شده و به عنوان گوشت مصرفی مردم وارد بازار می‌شوند. بخشی دیگر نیز وارد گله دامدار شده و به جای گله‌هایی که حذف می‌شوند، جایگزین می‌شوند.
این فعال بخش خصوصی اضافه کرد: سوءمدیریت جدی در تأمین و توزیع نهاده‌های دامی به خصوص نهاده‌های دام سبک از سال ٩٨ شروع شد ضمن اینکه توزیع نهاده‌های دامی از طریق سامانه بازارگاه نابسامانی‌های گسترده‌ای را در این حوزه ایجاد کرد.
دادرس تصریح کرد: مسئولان به تمام هشدارها و تذکرات تولیدکنندگان، فعالان بخش خصوصی و کارشناسان بی توجهی کردند تا اینکه به شرایط فعلی رسیدیم.

وی با اشاره به اینکه درصد تخصیص نهاده‌های دامی به دام‌های سبک کم بود، گفت: به همین دلیل دامداران ناچار بودند بخش عمده‌ای از نهاده‌های مورد نیازشان را از بازار آزاد تأمین کنند، به عنوان مثال دامداران هر کیلوگرم جو را که نرخ مصوب آن ١٩٠٠ تومان بود کیلویی ۵ تا ۶ هزار تومان خریداری می‌کردند و به جایی رسیدند که ناچار شدند دام‌های خود را بفروشند چرا که قادر به تأمین خوراک برای آنها نبودند.
دادرس با تاکید بر اینکه دامداران ما عملاً ورشکست شدند، افزود: قیمت تمام شده تولید هر کیلوگرم گوشت گوسفند زنده با توجه به قیمت یونجه، علوفه و نهاده‌های دامی، بین ٩٠ تا ١٠٠ هزار تومان است.
وی ادامه داد: قیمت خرید هر کیلوگرم گوسفند زنده از دامداران بین ٣۵ تا ۴٣ هزار تومان است.
دادرس در واکنش به مباحث مطرح شده مبنی بر اینکه کشتار دام‌ها بیشتر نمایش و جوسازی برای افزایش قیمت شیرخام است، گفت: بحث کشتار گوسفند و بره‌ها چه ربطی به قیمت شیرخام دارد؟ شیر گوسفند تنها در برخی از استان‌ها تبدیل به پنیر می‌شود و مقدار آن نیز زیاد نیست ضمن اینکه شیر گوسفند به میزانی نیست که مشمول قیمت گذاری باشد.

وی با انتقاد از عملکرد مسئولان در این حوزه اضافه کرد: افرادی که از بیرون و درون بخش کشاورزی بدون توجه به اتفاقات، واقعیات و الزامات بخش کشاورزی و به خصوص دامپروری تصمیم گیری کرده و همه چیز را بر هم زده‌اند مسلماً باید امروز پاسخگو باشند.
دادرس با بیان اینکه هر سال ٣٠ درصد از کل جمعیت دام سبک کشور وارد بازار مصرف می‌شد، گفت: امسال به دلیل نبود علوفه، دامداران دام‌ها را برای پروار شدن نگه نداشتند و بره‌های لاغر را که به وزن مناسب نرسیده بودند، کشتار و وارد بازار مصرف کردند بنابراین در شش ماهه دوم سال هم با کمبود شدید دام و گوشت مواجه خواهیم بود و هم قیمت گوشت بسیار بالا می‌رود

همچنین مدیرعامل اتحادیه سراسری دامداران نیز با اشاره به کشتار گسترده بره‌ها، گفت: بین سه تا 6 ماه آینده با کمبود شدید در حوزه عرضه دام و گوشت مواجه می‌شویم.
مجتبی عالی، مدیرعامل اتحادیه سراسری دامداران کشور با اشاره به کشتار گسترده بره‌ها و دام‌های مولد در کشور، گفت: خشکسالی منجر به فقر شدید مراتع و کمبود علوفه شده و این مسأله در کنار گرانی نهاده‌های دامی، تأمین خوراک برای دام‌ها را بسیار دشوار کرده است.
وی قیمت تمام شده تولید هر کیلوگرم گوشت گوسفند زنده را برای دامداران ٨٠ هزار تومان عنوان کرد و افزود: در حال حاضر حداکثر قیمتی که گوسفند را از دامداران می خرند، کیلویی ۵٠ هزار تومان است.
عالی با اشاره به اینکه کشتار گسترده بره‌ها منجر به این شده که عرضه دام در حال حاضر مناسب باشد، گفت: در سه تا شش ماه آینده ما در این زمینه به مشکل برمی‌خوریم و با کمبود شدید مواجه خواهیم شد.
این فعال بخش خصوصی درباره اینکه چه راهکاری برای برون رفت از شرایط فعلی وجود دارد؟، تصریح کرد: دولتمردان باید از خواب بیدار شوند، هم اکنون دولت روزهای آخر خود را سپری می‌کند و کسی کاری انجام نمی‌دهد و همه چیز را به دولت بعد حواله می‌کنند.
