مسایل کشته یا زخمی شدن افراد روشن شود
رئیس قوه قضائیه گفت: انصاف نیست بازار و گرانفروشیهایی که وجود دارد را رها کنیم و اجازه دهیم افراد فرصتطلب هم با فشار مضاعف به مردم سودجویی کنند، دادستان کل به کمک تعزیرات در این امر برود.
فارس نوشت: حجتالاسلام والمسلمین محسنی اژهای در جلسه روز (دوشنبه ۲۸ تیرماه) شورای عالی قوه قضائیه با تبریک عید قربان و گرامیداشت روزه عرفه ابراز امیدواری کرد به واسطه این ایام نورانی تألمات ملتهای مسلمان بویژه مردم افغانستان که این روزها در سختی بسر میبرند، هر چه زودتر برطرف شود.
رئیس قوه قضائیه با اشاره به دستورات دهگانه خود برای معاونتهای مختلف قضائی که در اولین جلسه شورای عالی قوه قضائیه در هفته گذشته صادر کرد از مسئولان ذیربط خواست که اهتمام داشته باشند این موضوعات در موعد مقرر پیگیری و گزارش آن ارائه شود.
محسنی اژهای در ادامه به تلاشهای دشمنان برای بهرهگیری از مقطع انتخابات و انتقال دولت به منظور آشوب آفرینی در کشور اشاره کرد و گفت: دشمن در این مقاطع زمانی تلاش مضاعف و فوقالعادهای انجام داد تا بتواند در کشور فضاسازی کند و خیلی هم امید داشت که بتواند به هدف خود برسد.
رئیس قوه قضائیه گفت: به فضل پروردگار در ایام انتخابات مطلقاً آنچه مورد نظر دشمنان و بدخواهان در خارج و داخل بود رخ نداد و تلاش کردند از شرایط فعلی و انتقال دولت استفاده کرده و فشار بر مردم را بیشتر کنند تا کاسه صبر و حوصله مردم لب ریز شود اما انشاءالله این بار هم تیر آنها به سنگ میخورد.
ناخواسته در زمین دشمن بازی نکنید
محسنی اژهای در عین حال خطاب به مردم و مسئولان متذکر شد که همه باید مراقب و مواظب باشند تا ناخواسته در زمین دشمن بازی نکرده و در فضایی که دشمن ایجاد میکند قرار نگیرند.
رئیس قوه قضائیه گفت: در رأس تلاشهای مذبوحانهای که صورت میگیرد آمریکا و اسرائیل قرار دارند؛ آمریکا برای تحریک مردم عملیات روانی سنگینی طراحی کرده و از سناریوهای نخنما هم استفاده میکنند.
محسنی اژهای افزود: آمریکای آدم کش و اسرائیل غاصب که رسماً ترور میکنند و اعلام هم میکند و آشکارا به حقوق ملتها و کشورها و افراد تعدی و تجاوز میکنند، امروز داعیه دار حمایت از مردم شدهاند.
وی با بیان اینکه مردم ما هوشیارند و مطالبات به حق خود را از مسیر درست پیگیری میکنند و قطعاً اجازه نمیدهند بدخواهان در صفوف آنها رخنه کنند، به نیروهای امنیتی نیز متذکر شد که مراقبت کنند تا برخی افراد ناخواسته فریب عوامل دشمن را نخورده و در دام آنها نیافتند.
مأموریت به دادستان کل برای ورود به گرانفروشی
رئیس قوه قضائیه در بخش دیگری از سخنانش بر ضرورت کنترل بازار در این شرایط تأکید کرد و گفت: در برخی بخشهای بازار نابسامانیهایی وجود دارد و در این شرایط که مردم زیر فشار دشمن هستند، برخی بیتدبیریها و کم تدبیریها هم اضافه شده است.
محسنی اژهای افزود: انصاف نیست بازار و گرانفروشیهایی که وجود دارد رها کنیم و اجازه دهیم افراد فرصت طلب هم با فشار مضاعف به مردم سودجویی کنند.
رئیس قوه قضائیه با بیان اینکه وظیفه اصلی سازمان تعزیرات کنترل بازار و جلوگیری از گرانفروشیهاست به دادستان کل کشور تأکید کرد که با همکاری دادستانها و مجموعه تعزیرات اجازه ندهند در این شرایط فشار دیگری به مردم وارد شود.
محسنی اژهای با اشاره به افزایش قابل توجه قیمت برخی کالاهای مورد نیاز کشور و مردم و اقلام خوراکی در روزهای اخیر اظهار داشت: وقتی کالایی مانند سیمان و فولاد گران میشود بر خیلی بخشها اثر میگذارد و فقط قیمت یک کالا در واقع گران نشده است.
رئیس قوه قضائیه بر همین اساس به دادستان کل کشور و سازمان بازرسی کل کشور مأموریت داد که موضوع را پیگیری کنند و اگر اشکال و ایرادی در کار مسئولان ذیربط بوده که مرتکب تعلل یا ترک وظیفه قانونی خود شدهاند با آنها برخورد شود.
برخورد جدی با مسئولی که آگاهانه به وظایف خود عمل نکرده است
محسنی اژهای گفت: اگر مسئولی آگاهانه و به عمد به وظیفه خود عمل نکرده و تعلل داشته حتماً با او برخورد قضائی شود و اگر اقدام عمدی نبوده تذکر داده شود و در صورت بیتوجهی به تذکر برخورد مناسب صورت گیرد و اگر اقدام مجرمانهای نیز انجام شده برخوردی سریع و قاطع شود تا هر چه سریعتر از نابسامانیها و گرانی افسار گسیخته جلوگیری شود.
رئیس قوه قضائیه در بخش دیگری از سخنانش با تقدیر از سفر هیئت ویژه بررسی مشکلات آب مردم خوزستان به این استان اظهار داشت: بررسی مسئله مشکلات آبی خوزستان و ارائه گزارش آن به دولت کار لازمی بود اگر چه دیر انجام شد اما پیگیریها نباید محدود به یک سفر و یک گزارش شود.
تا حصول نتیجه پیگیر مطالبات مردم خوزستان هستیم
محسنی اژهای به دادستان کل کشور و سازمان بازرسی مأموریت داد موضوع را تا حصول نتیجه روشن و قطعی و حل مشکل و جلوگیری از تکرار مشکلات مشابه پیگیری کنند و گزارش آن را نیز به اطلاع مردم برسانند.
رئیس قوه قضائیه از مردم خوزستان نیز خواست تا اجازه ندهند دشمنان از مطالبات به حق آنها سوءاستفاده کنند و در عین حال به دادستان حوزه قضائی مربوطه مأموریت داد مواردی که منجر به آسیب دیدن یا کشته شدن افراد شده با جدیت و فوریت پیگیری و با عوامل این اقدامات برخورد کند تا موضوع برای همگان روشن شود.
محسنی اژهای به موضوع معطل ماندن مردم در دستگاههای اجرایی و قوه قضائیه نیز اشاره کرد و گفت: واقعاً گاهی مردم بی وجه در ادارات معطل میشوند و کارشان به تأخیر میافتد.
رئیس قوه قضائیه گفت: گاهی اوقات مقررات و قوانین پیچیدگیهایی دارد که باید روند آن طی شود اما مواردی هست که بدون هیچ ضرورتی موجب تعلل مردم و سرگردانی آنها در ادارات میشود که باید با این مسئله برخورد شود.
نباید اجازه دهیم مردم در پیچ و خم ادارات معطل شوند
محسنی اژهای تصریح کرد: یکی از وظایف اصلی حراستها برخورد با عوامل معطل ماندن مردم در ادارات و کسانی است که چوب لای چرخ میگذارند و یا خدماتشان با فساد همراه است که سازمان بازرسی باید از آنها گزارش بخواهد.
وی با بیان اینکه نباید اجازه دهیم مردم حالا که با مشکلات دیگر روبرو هستند، در پیچ و خم اداری دستگاهها، نهادها و مؤسسات عمومی هم معطل شوند، از سازمان بازرسی کل کشور خواست که با همکاری نیروهای خود و همچنین مجموعههای نظارتی دستگاهها عناصر خاطی را شناسایی و با آنها برخورد کند.
رئیس قوه قضائیه در بخش دیگری از سخنانش از عملکرد مرکز حفاظت و اطلاعات قوه قضائیه در شناسایی و بازداشت ۱۹ نفر از عناصر فاسد و کارچاقکن در تهران اعم از ۱۵ وکیل و چند کارمند دادگستری در روزهای اخیر تقدیر کرد.
محسنی اژهای تصریح کرد که اقدامات چند فرد خاطی آثار سویی از جمله ذهنیت سازی منفی در مردم نسبت به کارکنان خدوم دستگاه قضائی داشته و نسبت به آنها سوءظن بوجود میآورد به نحوی که ۸۰ هزار وکیل را بدنام کرده و موجب بیاعتمادی مردم به نظام قضائی میشود، و بر همین اساس رسیدگی سریع به این پرونده و اطلاع رسانی درباره آن باید مورد توجه ویژه قرار گیرد.
