قطار شهری مشهد – گلبهار؛ بهره‌برداری مشروط در 1402

معاون وزیر راه و شهرسازی و مدیرعامل شرکت عمران شهرهای جدید گفت: طی توافقی که اخیرا با راه آهن جمهوری اسلامی ایران شد ریل پروژه قطار مشهد- گلبهار توسط راه آهن تامین و پیش بینی می شود در صورت تامین اعتبارات لازم این قطار در سال ۱۴۰۲ به بهره برداری برسد.

به گزارش  صبح امروز، حبیب الله طاهرخانی در حاشیه بهره‌برداری از پروژه‌های گلبهار با بیان این مطلب افزود: پروژه قطار سریع السیر مشهد- گلبهار- چناران به طول ۴۶ کیلومتر یک پروژه عظیم ملی و جزء بزرگترین پروژه های قطار شهری و فعال ترین پروژه در این بخش کشور است.

او تصریح کرد: طول مسیر راه‌آهن مشهد تا شهر جدید گلبهار ۴۰ کیلومتر و تا شهر چناران ۴۶ کیلومتر است. کل پروژه تاکنون ۳۴ درصد پیشرفت داشته و پارسال ۴۳۰ میلیارد ریال در اجرای آن هزینه شد.

وی درباره وصل شدن این شهر به راه‌آهن نیز عنوان کرد: درباره وصل شدن به راه‌آهن نیز موضوع سرویس دهی منظم آن مطرح می‌شود که باید ریل باس بگذارند اما این موضوع در برنامه مجمع هست و تملک مسیر و زیرسازی آن نیز انجام شده است که با هماهنگی راه‌آهن انجام می‌شود.

رئیس هیئت مدیره و مدیر عامل شرکت مادر تخصصی عمران شهرهای جدید گفت: اصل موضوع حمل و نقل عمومی است که انجام می‌شود. سیستم‌هایی مانند مترو و ریل یک سری حداقل‌های جمعیت را می‌طلبد و اصلا اقتصادی نیستند.

وی ابراز امیدواری کرد: در کوتاه مدت برنامه ما این است که با شهرداری مشهد هماهنگی ایجاد شود و سیستم حمل و نقل اتوبوس و مینی‌بوس منظم بین بینالود و مشهد برقرار کنند.

طاهرخانی تاکید کرد: سیستم‌های حمل و نقل ریلی نیازمند یک حداقل جمعیت است، یعنی کارایی ندارد و مسافر نداریم البته خود بینالود موانع توسعه غیر از این موارد هم دارد به خصوص این که بخش عمده از اراضی آن در مدیریت و مالکیت شرکت عمران نیستند و در اختیار سایر مجموعه‌ها و نهادها هستند.

طاهرخانی اظهار کرد: این بحث یکی از گرفتاری‌های خاص از لحاظ مدیریتی است اما اصل موضوع و مساله اینجاست که با توجه به این که ما شهر جدید گلبهار را هم در استان خراسان رضوی داریم و این شهر به عنوان شهر جدید در پیرامون مشهد به شمار می‌رود و به علت فاصله محدودتر آن بسیاری از اقدامات برای گلبهار پاسخ گرفته است؛ اما در بینالود کمی با سختی کار مواجه هستیم و یک مقدار هزینه‌های بیشتری باید در حوزه زیر ساخت‌ها و خدمات صورت گیرد.

طاهرخانی یادآور شد: هفت شهر جدید در کشور مکان یابی شده و مصوبات شورای عالی معماری و شهرسازی را نیز اخذ کرده است که در حال برنامه ریزی برای ایجاد این شهرها هستیم.

طاهرخانی افزود: در حالی که ۲۰ سال از تاسیس شرکتهای عمران شهرهای جدید در کشور می گذشت موفق شدیم ۲ شرکت عمران در ۲ شهر جدید تازه تاسیس شده تیس در فاصله بین شهرستانهای چابهار و کنارک در استان سیستان و بلوچستان و ایوانکی در استان سمنان و ۵۵ کیلومتری شهر تهران راه اندازی کنیم.

وی با بیان این که پروژه های متنوعی در شهرهای جدید کشور در حال اجراست ادامه داد: ساخت ۱۲۰ هزار طرح اقدام ملی مسکن در شهرهای جدید آغاز و هزاران پروژه خدمات روبنایی و زیربنایی نیز در این شهرها اجرا شده تا بتوان شرایط زندگی مناسب را برای ساکنان آنها فراهم کرد.

معاون وزیر راه و شهرسازی گفت: فقط در دولتهای یازدهم و دوازدهم ۳۰ باب مدرسه در شهرهای جدید ساخته و تحویل شده و اهتمام شرکت عمران این است که در کنار ساخت واحدهای مسکونی، خدمات لازم را نیز به ساکنان آنها ارایه کند تا زمینه زندگی شرافتمندانه و با افتخار برای همه ساکنان این شهرها فراهم شود.

طاهرخانی درباره پروژه های مسکن مهر در شهرهای جدید افزود: تاکنون هر آنچه در تعهد دولت درباره پروژه های مسکن مهر در شهرهای جدید بوده، محقق شده است اما واحدهای برخی از تعاونیهای مسکن مهر با مشکلات قضایی و حقوقی مواجه شده اند که در تلاش هستیم با همکاری سیستم قضایی آنها را تعیین تکلیف کنیم.

بهره برداری از 7 پروژه

آیین بهره‌برداری و آغاز عملیات اجرایی پروژه‌های عمرانی شهر جدید بینالود بعد از ظهر امروز با حضور معاون وزیر راه و شهرسازی، رئیس هیئت مدیره و مدیر عامل شرکت مادر تخصصی عمران شهرهای جدید برگزار شد؛ در این مراسم ۷ پروژه به ارزش ۳۱۰ میلیارد ریال افتتاح و همچنین ۱۰ پروژه به ارزش ۳۶۰ میلیارد ریال کلنگ‌زنی شد.

شهر جدید گلبهار که برای جمعیت ۲۰۰ هزار نفر و قابل توسعه تا ۴۰۰ هزار نفر ساخته شده با وسعت چهار هزار هکتار در ۳۵ کیلومتری شمال غربی مشهد در امتداد جاده مشهد – چناران واقع است.
