چرا هنرپیشهها از فضای کار فاصله می‌گیرند؟

چندین سال است که تعداد قابل توجهی از هنرپیشگان سینما و تلویزیون از کار خود فاصله گرفته‌اند که دلایل مختلفی را برای آن بر‌می‌شمرند، از وجود مافیا تا انتخاب بازیگر در مهمانی‌ها و فساد اخلاقی تهیه‌کنندگان و کارگردان‌ها و هزاران دلایل مختلف دیگر که در این رابطه وجود دارد.
به گزارش روزنامه «صبح امروز»، اکنون حدود دوسال است که شیوع ویروس کرونا نیز مزید بر علت شده و بسیاری از دست‌اندر‌کاران سینما و تلوزیون از کار دوری می‌کنند، کما اینکه تعدادی از هنرمندان عزیز کشورمان نیز در اثر ابتلا به این بیماری جان خود را از دست دادند.
انقلابی به نام سینمای خانگی
یک دکترای مدیریت رسانه‌ای و کارشناس مسائل رسانه و فرهنگی می‌گوید: فضای رسانه در یک دهه اخیر تغییرات بسیار زیادی داشته است. مهم‌ترین انقلابی که در پنج سال گذشته در نوع سینما و رسانه سینمایی رخ داد، فضای نمایش‌های خانگی بود.
محمد امامی کورنده در گفتگو با «صبح امروز» بیان می‌کند: با ورود نمایش‌های خانگی به عنوان یک رسانه جدید، عرصه سینمایی تحت‌تاثیر قرار گرفت، زیرا بسیاری از مردم ترجیح می‌دهند که در خانه به تماشای فیلم یا سریال مورد علاقه خود بپردازند.
کرونا و دوری از فضای کار
وی تصریح می‌کند: دو سال است که فضای سینما به دلیل شیوع ویروس کرونا تحت فشار قرار دارد و حضور در سینماها بسیار کاهش یافته است، یعنی مردم ترجیح می‌دهند که از خود بیشترمراقبت کنند.
امامی کورنده در ادامه می‌گوید: فضای تولید و تنظیم فیلم‌ها نیز به همین دلیل با مشکل مواجه شده و بخشی از تهیه‌کنندگان و هنرپیشهها از حضور در این فضا دوری کرده‌اند.
فساد عنصری انکار‌ناپذیر در سیستم سینمای ایران بوده و هست، چه بسا که می‌تواند در بسیاری از فضاها نیز باشد، که دلیل آن دور شدن اخلاق، صداقت، شفافیت و انسانیت از جو حاکم بر اخلاق هنری ما در سینما است
فساد، عنصر انکار‌ناپذیر سیستم سینما
وی دلیل دیگر فاصله گرفتن برخی هنرمندان از فضای کار را فساد موجود در این حوزه برمی‌شمرد و عنوان می‌کند: فساد عنصری انکار‌ناپذیر در سیستم سینمای ایران بوده و هست، چه بسا که می‌تواند در بسیاری از فضاها نیز باشد، که دلیل آن دور شدن اخلاق، صداقت، شفافیت و انسانیت از جو حاکم بر اخلاق هنری ما در سینما است.
زیرپا گذاشتن رسالت سینما
این کارشناس رسانه تبیین می‌کند: رسالت سینما تهیه و تولید فیلم، سرگرمی و آموزش است، اما اینکه فردی به راحتی به خود اجازه می‌دهد تا برای پیشبرد اهداف و امیال خود از هنر‌پیشه‌ای خاص دعوت به عمل آورد، جدای از فضای کار حرفه‌ای مصداق بارز فساد است.
رانده شدن افراد اصیل
وی خاطر‌نشان می‌کند: هنرمندانی که برای خود، شخصیت، هویت، خانواده و همسرانشان ارزش قائل هستند و در حقیقت یک چهارچوب و دسته‌بندی خاص برای ارتباطات شخصی و خصوصی خود دارند، از این گردونه دور مانده و عقب می‌مانند و توسط گروهی از تهیه‌کنندگان و عوامل رانده می‌شوند.
محمد امامی کورنده ادامه می‌دهد: این افراد نمی‌توانند به راحتی بپذیرند که صرفا به‌خاطر انجام یک کار سینمایی در هر فضا و شرایطی وارد شوند.
اهمیت توسعه و بهبود شرایط
وی با بیان اینکه اگر شرایط و نگاه مدیران فرهنگی به ساختن و بسط و توسعه و بهبود شرایط باشد، اینگونه اتفاقات رخ نمی‌دهد، تشریح می‌کند: متاسفانه بد‌ترین ضربه‌ها به فضای هنری کشور در دولتی رخ داد که ادعای حمایت از هنرمندان را داشت.
روابط سوار بر ضوابط
این کارشناس فرهنگی و رسانه ابراز می‌کند: بسیاری از روابط که سوار بر ضوابط شدند، از طریق افرادی که به لایه‌های بالایی صاحب نقش و منصب در دولت نزدیک بودند صورت گرفت و به فضاهای نا‌مناسبی رسید.
بودن یا نبودن؟
وی اذعان می‌کند: عدم حضور بسیاری از هنرمندان بسیار بهتر از بودن آنها است، زیرا اکنون فضای نمایش خانگی مملو از خشونت، فرد‌گرایی، ترویج عشق‌های مثلثی، روابط چند‌گانه ، سبک پوشش و زندگی‌های لوکسی که مشخص نیست درآمد آن‌از چه طریقی کسب شده، گردیده است و مسائلی که امکان بیان آن در حالت عادی می‌تواند برای جامعه ایران اسلامی مضر باشد، به راحتی پروانه نمایش می‌گیرند.
محمد امامی کورنده ادامه می‌دهد: تمام این موارد راه‌های منفی و رسیدن آسان به ثروت از هر طریقی را به جوانان می‌آموزد و طبیعی است که هر هنر‌پیشه‌ای مایل نیست پای خود را به این فضا بگذارد.
عبور از خط قرمز‌های صدا وسیما
وی بیان می‌کند: ما یک سری فضاهای دیگر نیز داریم که برنامه‌های آن می‌تواند زنده پخش شود و یا تولیدی باشد، که خط قرمز‌های صداوسیما در آن رعایت نمی‌شود، اینگونه برنامه‌ها نیز در چند سال اخیر به شدت تازیده‌اند و بر این فضای جامعه بی‌تاثیر نبوده‌اند اما ما آنها را کمرنگ می‌بینیم.
ترویج زندگی غیر‌واقعی
این کارشناس اظهار می‌کند: یک فیلم سینمایی می‌تواند آینده یک مملکت را مشخص و طرح‌ریزی کند، حال آنکه در طول سال چندین فیلم بدون کیفیت و نظارت ساخته می‌شود و به راحتی برای مردم قابل نمایش است و یک فرهنگ و سبک زندگی را ترویج می‌کنند که درصد بسیار کمی از افراد در آن فضا زندگی می‌کنند.
دانشگاهی به‌نام رسانه ملی
وی با اشاره به سخن امام خمینی مبنی بر اینکه (( رسانه ملی یا صداوسیما یک دانشگاه ملی است )) می‌گوید: قرار بود که ما در این دانشگاه به مردم سواد، دانش، همدلی اجتماعی، همیاری مردم، آگاهی، سبک زندگی، نگاه به کشور، نگاه به حکومت و… را بیاموزیم، اما اکنون چه چیزی نمایش داده می‌شود؟
حلقه مفقوده کجاست؟
محمد امامی کورنده اظهار می‌کند: حلقه مفقوده تمام این موارد فراموشی سه عنصر اخلاق، صداقت و وجدان است که از زندگی مسولان محو و در زندگی مردم کمرنگ شده است. کسی که از این سه عامل برخوردار باشد، هرگز حاضر نخواهد شد به‌خاطر کسب سودی کوتاه مدت، فرهنگ زندگی جمعیت کشور را تغییر دهد.
