قطع شدن برق مراکز مجاز استخراج رمز ارز؛

بحران برق دامن رمز‌ارزها را گرفت

علیرضا هادی مدیرکل دفتر سرمایه‌گذاری و امور طرح‌های وزارت صمت در فروردین ماه سال جاری گفته بود: وزارت نیرو، ناجا و دستگاه‌های نظارتی با مزارع غیر مجاز تولید رمز‌ارز برخورد می‌کنند و از وزارت صمت نیز اسامی افرادی را که درخواست مجوز داده‌اند را می‌گیرند تا به استثنای آنها با بقیه برخورد شود. البته فقط کسانی که دارای پروانه بهره‌برداری هستند می‌توانند استخراج رمزارز داشته باشند.

اکنون اما خبرها حاکی از آن است که، به استناد اطلاعات بدست آمده از شرکت توانیر، برق مشترکان مراکز استخراج رمز ارز مجاز با هماهنگی‌های انجام شده از اول خردادماه قطع می‌شود.

افزا یش ۲۰ درصدی اوج بار

این اقدام پس از افزایش 20 درصدی  اوج بار در سال جاری نسبت به سال گذشته و به منظور جلوگیری قطع برق مشترکان خانگی انجام می‌شود.

میزان مصرف برق مراکز استخراج رمزارز مجاز 300 مگاوات برآورد می‌شود، در حالی که بر اساس آمار استخراج رمز ارز بیش از دو هزار مگاوات از میزان مصرف برق کشور را به خود اختصاص می‌دهد.

غیر‌مجاز بودن ۶۰ درصد مراکز

بر همین اساس، نزدیک به 60 درصد از مراکز فعال در حوزه استخراج رمز ارز کشور به صورت غیرمجاز به فعالیت خود ادامه داده و شبکه برق کشور را تهدید می‌کنند.

مصرف ۳ درصدی کل دستگاه‌های ماینر

میزان مصرف کلیه مراکز استخراج رمز ارز مجاز و غیر مجاز تنها 3 درصد از اوج بار کشور را شامل شده و 97 درصد برق باقی‌مانده مرتبط با مصرف مشترکان بخش خانگی، صنعتی و کشاورزی است. این شامل انرژی تقاضای ماینر، مصرف برق ماینر، مصرف انرژی پاور و مصرف برق نود است. این مقدار حداقل دو برابر کمتر از کل انرژی مصرف شده توسط سیستم بانکی است که تخمین زده می شود به ۲۶۳.۷۲ تراوات ساعت در سال در سطح جهانی برسد.

مقایسه مصرف برق ماینر با صنعت طلا و سیستم مالی سنتی

شرکت Galaxy Digital Mining گفته است که مصرف انرژی بیت‌کوین با استفاده از ابزار‌هایی مانند شاخص مصرف برق بیت‌کوین کمبریج، شفاف و قابل ردیابی در زمان است، در حالی که ارزیابی میزان مصرف انرژی سیستم مالی سنتی و صنعت طلا چندان ساده نیست.

این شرکت با تهیه آمار از مراکز داده بانکی، شعب بانک ها، خودپردازها و مراکز داده شبکه های کارتی، میزان مصرف بخش بانکی را تخمین زده و گفته: صنعت بانکداری به طور مستقیم داده‌های مصرف برق را گزارش نمی‌کند و سیستم بانکداری خرد و تجاری به چندین مرحله تسویه حساب نیاز دارد، در حالی که بیت‌کوین تسویه حساب نهایی را ارائه می‌دهد.

این شرکت با استفاده از برآورد‌های انتشار گاز‌های گلخانه‌ای کل صنعت طلا در گزارش شورای جهانی طلا، مصرف انرژی این صنعت را محاسبه کرده است. طبق این تحقیق، صنعت طلا سالانه تقریباً ۲۴۰.۶۱ تراوات ساعت برق استفاده می‌کند. ممکن است این برآوردها منابع اصلی مصرف انرژی و آلایندگی را که اثرات درجه دوم صنعت طلا هستند مانند انرژی و شدت کربن لاستیک‌های مورد استفاده در معادن طلا، حذف کند.

وضعیت صنعت ماینینگ در ایران

وضعیت صنعت ماینینگ یا استخراج ارز‌‌های دیجیتال در ایران بسیار پیچیده‌ است. تا اوایل سال ۹۸ شرایط مناسبی حاکم بود و ماینر‌ها در ایران به راحتی فعالیت داشتند. اما در خرداد ۹۸ از طرف دولت و مقامات قضایی هجمه‌ای علیه این صنعت آغاز شد. در پی آن، دستگاه‌های ماینینگ زیادی توقیف شدند و جریمه‌های سنگینی را بر ماینرها تحمیل کرد.

در ۱۳ مرداد ۹۸، دولت مصوبه استخراج آن را تصویب کرد. در این مصوبه، ماینینگ به ‌عنوان یک فعالیت قانونی مطرح شد ولی چند قید داشت. استخراج ارز دیجیتال با برق کشاورزی، صنعتی، خانگی و تجاری ممنوع اعلام شد و ماینرها ملزم شدند که از وزارت صنعت، معدن و تجارت مجوز بگیرند.

بر اساس این مصوبه، ماینر‌ها باید برقی را با تعرفه صادراتی با قیمت متوسط ۹۶۵ تومان برای هر کیلووات، از وزارت نیرو دریافت کنند. این تعرفه تقریباً ۹ برابر بیشتر از برقی بود که ماینرها قبلاً از آن استفاده می‌کردند.بخش زیادی از این مشکلات، هنوز هم وجود دارد و فعالان حوزه استخراج رمزارز همچنان به دنبال رفع آنها هستند.

قوانین واردات دستگاه ماینر

متأسفانه پس از چندین سال تلاش فعالان صنعت ماینینگ، هنوز درباره واردات و استفاده از دستگاه‌های ماینر قوانین خاصی در ایران وضع نشده است. این امر سبب شده که دستگاه‌های ماینینگ غالباً به صورت غیرقانونی و قاچاقی وارد کشور ‌شوند که منجر به ایجاد اختلاف قیمت زیاد، عدم پشتیبانی و کلاهبرداری‌ شده است.

مصرف برق ماینرها

یک ماینر متداول معمولا به صورت میانگین نیاز به حدود 6 الی 10 آمپر برق دارد که برای این کار بین 1320 تا 2200 وات برق لازم است. اغلب این دستگاه‌ها از طریق یک پاور 1800 واتی تغذیه می‌شوند که البته باید مصرف برق همین پاور را نیز در نظر گرفت.

از‌سوی دیگر برق خانگی اغلب ۱۵ یا ۲۵ آمپر است. پس اگر در خانه هیچ دستگاه دیگری نظیر یخچال، تلویزیون و… را به برق متصل نکنید، می‌توان حدود 2 تا 3 ماینر را در منزل راه اندازی کرد. البته باید توجه داشت که در صورت متوجه شدن اداره برق از این موضوع، تعرفه برق خانگی شما به تعرفه‌ای تحت عنوان سایر مصارف یا تعرفه صادراتی تغییر خواهد یافت. آن هم در صورتی که این مقدار از مصرف شما به شبکه برق رسانی آسیبی وارد نکند. تعرفه‌های مذکور نیز بسیار گران‌تر از تعرفه خانگی هستند.

یک دستگاه ماینر برای اینکه بتواند بیت کوین استخراج کند باید تمام روز به برق باشد این درحالی است که با شروع فصل تابستان و بحران مصرف برق استفاده از این دستگاه ها نیز در ایران رو به افزایش است.

توقف واردات ماینر‌ها

با افزایش فشار ماینرها بر روی نیروگاه‌های برق ایران دولتمردان به فکر افتادند تا واردات ماینرها حتی با نام سرور را به ایران متوقف کنند و از سوی دیگر  قاچاق این محصولات نیز با برخورد شدیدتری مواجه شده است.

همایون حائری معاون وزیر نیرو در این خصوص گفت بود: ماینر‌ها در ایران از برق بیت‌المال استفاده می‌کنند و صاحبان آنها معمولا این ماینرها را در مدرسه‌ها و مساجد و مکان‌هایی که پول برق آنها را دولت پرداخت می‌کند نصب می‌کنند.

قطع برق ماینرهای مجاز در ساعات پیک

سخنگوی صنعت برق خراسان می‌گوید: تا جایی که بنده اطلاع دارم، هیچ دستگاه ماینر مجازی در مشهد وجود ندارد. چند نفر مراجعه کرده و مراحل اولیه کار را انجام داده‌اند، اما هنوز به‌طور رسمی برق‌دار نشده‌اند.

مهندس آذری در گفتگو با «صبح امروز» بیان می‌کند: با کسانی که به‌طور غیر‌مجاز از برق استفاده می‌کنند برخورد خواهد شد اما در حال حاضر آن دسته از افرادی که مجوز دارند نیز در پیک مصرف برق آنها قطع خواهد شد. زیرا به دلیل مشکل در تامین برق مجبور یه انجام این کار هستیم.

ازبین رفتن شبکه برق

وی با بیان اینکه در حال حاضر تنها برق بیمارستان‌ها را قطع نکرده‌ایم عنوان می‌کند: اکنون شرایط اضطراری در کشور اعلام شده و در برخی از استان‌ها، شبکه به طور کامل از بین رفته و برق آنها قطع شده است.

آذری در پاسخ به این سوال که این شرایط تا چه زمانی ادامه خواهد داشت؟ تصریح می‌کند: این برنامه برای یک هفته است، اما در مراحل بعدی یعنی تا پایان تابستان اصلاحاتی در مورد آن صورت خواهد گرفت.
