مدیرکل امور استانها و حقوقی ستاد هماهنگی کانونهای فرهنگی هنری مساجد کشور با بیان اینکه گفت: ۱۴ هزار باب کتابخانه در سطح کانونهای مساجد فعال است که نقش اساسی در ارتقای فرهنگ مطالعه و ترویج کتابخوانی دارد.
به گزارش روزنامه «صبح امروز» و به نقل از ایرنا، حسین براتی روز گذشته در جلسه استانی شورای هماهنگی کانونهای مساجد خراسان شمالی اظهار داشت: ۲۵ هزار و ۹۹۳ کانون در مساجد دایر است که نیمی از آنها در روستاها تشکیل شدهاند.
وی بر تقویت فعالیت های فرهنگی و هنری در سطح روستاها تاکید کرد و اظهار داشت: گسترش فعالیت های فرهنگی و هنری و همچنین توجه به حوزه های مختلف در روستاها موجب مهاجرت معکوس جوانان از شهرها به مناطق روستایی می شود.
براتی در بخش دیگری از سخنانش به فعالیتهای کانون های مساجد در حوزه مرتبط با کتاب و طرح دوستدار کتاب نیز گفت: فعالیت های مرتبط با تربیت نوجوانان را باید بیشتر تقویت کنیم که این امر می طلبد توجه ویژه ای به کانون های مساجد داشته باشیم.
وی افزود: استان خراسان شمالی در طرح دوستدار کتاب رتبه های خوبی کسب کرده است که نشان از فعالیت های گسترده کانون های مساجد در روستاها است.
مدیرکل امور استانها و حقوقی ستاد هماهنگی کانونهای فرهنگی هنری مساجد کشور با بیان اینکه کانون های مساجد روستایی این استان حتی صاحب ایده و طرح های نو هستند افزود: این کانون ها را باید بیشتر تقویت کنیم تا الگویی برای سایر کانون ها نیز باشند.
براتی با بیان اینکه ظرفیت کارهای خلاقانه در سطح روستاها زیاد است گفت: اما روستاها از نظر منابع مالی نسبت به شهرها ضعیف تر هستند و بعضا مناطق دور دست هیچ منابعی ندارند.
وی بر تقویت کانون های مساجد روستایی تاکید و تصریح کرد: باید از ظرفیت و پتانسیل سایر دستگاه ها و سازمان های فرهنگی نیز بهره برداری کنیم.
نماینده ولی فقیه در خراسان شمالی و امام جمعه بجنورد نیز در این نشست با بیان اینکه مسجد متعلق به مردم است گفت: اقدامات فرهنگی باید در مساجد بیشتر شود، سازمان ها و دستگاه های فرهنگی باید با محوریت امام جماعت مسجد و هیات امنا فعالیت داشته باشند.
حجت الاسلام رضا نوری بر انتخاب افراد جوان در اعضای هیات امنا نیز تاکید کرد و افزود: در کنار اعضای قدیمی مساجد باید از جوانان خلاق و نوآور نیز برای اجرای طرح های فرهنگی استفاده شود.
وی اظهار داشت: هم اینک اقدامات بسیار شایسته ای در مساجد توسط تشکل های و گروه های مردمی از جمله کمک به نیازمندان، شناسایی آسیب های اجتماعی محلات و امنیت محله انجام می شود.
معاون توسعه مدیریت و منابع انسانی استاندار خراسان شمالی هم با بیان اینکه در طول تاریخ مساجد همیشه نقش آفرین بوده اند گفت: در شرایط کنونی دشمن با هجمههای فرهنگی تلاش زیادی دارد ، باید کانون های فرهنگی و هنری مساجد برای اجرای طرح ها بیشتر تقویت شوند تا نقشه های آنان خنثی شود.
علی بیگ زاده افزود: کانون های فرهنگی و هنری در حوزه مسائل دینی و فرهنگی برنامه های خوبی دارند باید برای تقویت برنامه های از اعتبارات استانی مورد حمایت بیشتر قرار گیرند.
مدیرکل فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی استان خراسان شمالی بر تقویت تشکل های غیر دولتی و کانون های فرهنگی و هنری تاکید کرد و گفت: در این استان ۳۸۹ کانون فرهنگی و هنری در مساجد استان وجود دارد.
حسین فرخنده افزود: ۲۷۰ باب کتابخانه در سطح کانونهای دایر است.
وی با بیان اینکه طبق برنامه ششم توسعه باید در تمامی مساجد روستاهای بالای هزار نفر جمعیت و در تمامی مساجد شهری کانون های فرهنگی و هنری دایر باشند اظهار داشت: برنامه ریزی شده است تا ۷۰ کانون دیگر دایر کنیم که این نیازمند همکاری دستگاه ها و سازمان های مرتبط نیز است.
در این جلسه نماینده ولی فقیه در خراسان شمالی و امام جمعه بجنورد به عنوان رییس شورای هماهنگی کانون های مساجد خراسان شمالی معرفی شدند.
۲ میلیون و ۴۸۴ هزار و ۱۰۰ نفر عضو کانونهای فرهنگی هنری مساجد کشور هستند.
