با بالا گرفتن انتقادات از سخنان دو امام جمعه اصفهان و بجنورد ابتدا دفتر آیت‌الله طباطبایی‌نژاد امام جمعه اصفهان با انتشار بیانیه‌ای برداشت‌ها از سخنان او را «نادرست» دانست و رسانه‌ها را به «تقطیع» سخنان امام جمعه، «دروغ پردازی» و «القای مطالب خودساخته» متهم کرد. دو روز پس از انتشار سخنان دو امام جمعه درباره حجاب و برخورد با بی‌حجابان و اعتراض‌های فراوان به این اظهارات، این دو امام جمعه درباره سخنان خود توضیحاتی ارائه کردند.

به گزارش «صبح امروز» به نقل از فرارو، روز پنج شنبه سخنانی از آیت‌الله یوسف طباطبایی‌نژاد، امام جمعه و نماینده اصفهان در دیدار با فرمانده انتظامی استان منتشر شد و براساس آن توصیه کرده بود فضای جامعه را برای کسانی که  به راحتی در خیابان‌ها و پارک‌ها هنجارشکنی می‌کنند ناامن کنند.

این سخنان طباطبایی‌نژاد موج انتقادی بزرگی را در شبکه‌های اجتماعی به راه انداخت. کاربران زیادی معتقدند اینگونه اظهار نظر‌ها می‌تواند به مجوزی برای رفتار‌های خشن با زنان در سطح جامعه بدل شود. به طور مشخص به اسیدپاشی‌های زنجیره‌ای اصفهان در سال ۹۳ اشاره شد. حتی واکنش قربانیان اسیدپاشی اصفهان را هم به دنبال داشت. سهیلا جورکش و مرضیه ابراهیمی در این باره از سخنان امام جمعه اصفهان انتقاد کردند. خبرگزاری تسنیم خطبه های ابوالقاسم یعقوبی در نماز جمعه ۱۱ مهرماه را منتشر کرد، مبنی براینکه: «مبادا ویروس کرونا ما را از سایر ویروس‌ها غافل کند. نیرو‌های انتظامی زندگی بدحجابان را ناامن کنند؛ چرا که آن‌ها در صدد این هستند که جامعه دینی ما را ناامن کنند.»

این دو اظهار نظر حتی در هیاهو پیروزی درخشان تیم فوتبال پرسپولیس بر النصر عربستان و صعود به فینال جام باشگاه‌های آسیا گم نشد و بازتاب وسیعی در افکار عمومی داشت. تا جایی که حتی برخی از اساتید حوزه و مقامات دولتی و فعالان سیاسی را هم به واکنش واداشت.

معاون وزیر ارتباطات با انتشار تصویری از مرضیه ابراهیمی یکی از قربانیان اسیدپاشی اصفهان در توئیتی نوشت: «برای جلوگیری از تکرار فاجعه‌ای مشابه اسیدپاشی‌های گذشته، آقای امام جمعه وظیفه دارند صراحتاً اعلام کنند که منظورشان از ناامنی چیست و مشمول حمله فیزیکی و اسیدپاشی و … نیست، تا مبادا کسانی زندگی و جوانی امثال مرضیه ابراهیمی‌ها را بگیرد!». سید محمد غروی در گفتگو با جماران، در این رابطه گفت: «بی بند و باری در جامعه ناامنی می‌آورد و باید با آن‌ها برخورد قانونی صورت بگیرد. طبیعتاً کسانی که مأمور اجرای قانون هستند نباید بی بندوباری را تحمل کنند و باید ورود پیدا کنند و برخورد جدی داشته باشند.» عضو جامعه مدرسین حوزه علمیه قم ادامه داد: منظور این نیست که افراد بی‌حساب و کتاب ورود کنند و برخورد‌های شخصی با این مسأله داشته باشند. بلکه منظور این است که توسط ضابطین و کسانی که باید امنیت اجتماعی را حفظ کنند، فضایی ایجاد شود تا زمینه‌ای برای ایجاد ایمنی اخلاقی در جامعه باشد.

علی اکبر مسعودی خمینی  در این خصوص از اظهارات منتسب به امامان جمعه انتقاد کرد و گفت: وظیفه همه امر به معروف و نهی از منکر با زبان خوب، امروزی، انسانی و اسلامی است. اگر بخواهیم برخورد تندی داشته باشیم، بدتر می‌شود. بزرگان و علما در سخنرانی‌هایشان اعلام کنند که حجاب برای خود شما خوب است؛ یعنی ما باید امنیت ایجاد کنیم و مواظب جوانان باشیم. این آقایان خودشان باید بگویند منظور از ناامن کردن چیست و چه کار باید بکنند.

با بالا گرفتن انتقادات از سخنان دو امام جمعه اصفهان و بجنورد ابتدا دفتر آیت الله طباطبایی‌نژاد امام جمعه اصفهان با انتشار بیانیه‌ای برداشت‌ها از سخنان او را «نادرست» دانست و رسانه‌ها را به «تقطیع» سخنان امام جمعه، «دروغ پردازی» و «القای مطالب خودساخته» متهم کرد و تاکید کرد برخی رسانه‌ها به دنبال آنند که افکار عمومی را از موضوعات و مشکلات اصلی کشور منحرف نمایند. این بیانیه نیز انتقادات زیادی را در پی‌داشت.

طباطبایی‌نژاد در گفت‌وگویی تلویزیونی تاکید کرد که درباره «بدحجابی» حرفی نزده است و درباره «بی حجابی» و کسانی که عمداً حجابشان را برمی‌دارند حرف زده که توسط ضابطین قضایی و با رعایت قوانین و ضوابط شرعی برخورد شود. مردم حق ندارند در این رابطه کار فیزیکی انجام دهند و فقط می‌توانند با زبان نصیحت امر به معروف کنند. اگر امر به معروف جواب نداد باید از طریق ضابطین قضایی اقدام کرد و قطعا لطمه‌زدن به یک انسان شرعاً و قانوناً جریمه دارد.

ابوالقاسم یعقوبی امام جمعه بجنورد نیز روز شنبه با قرار دادن فایلی صوتی در پایگاه اطلاع‌رسانی خود، با تکذیب نقل قول منسوب شده به خود مبنی بر درخواست از ناجا برای ناامن کردن زندگی بر بدحجابان، که توسط برخی خبرگزاری‌ها منتشر شده بود، افزود: «من به شدت این خبر را تکذیب می‌کنم و این خبر کذب محض و نوار خطبه‌ها نیز موجود است و هر کس بخواهد می‌تواند از آن استفاده کند.»

امام جمعه بجنورد در ادامه تشریح کرد: من در خطبه‌ها به وظیفه نیروی انتظامی اشاره کردم و از آن‌ها خواستم که شرایط را برای اشرار و کسانی که باعث ناامنی در اجتماع می‌شوند به شدت ناامن کنند تا خانواده‌ها و مردم احساس امنیت بیشتری داشته باشند.یعقوبی معتقد است برخی درست متوجه منظور بنده نشدند و یا از جای دیگری خلط مبحث کردند که این اقدام آنان زمینه‌ای برای خوراک سایت‌های بیگانه شد.

وی با اشاره به سخنانش در نماز جمعه درباره حجاب گفت: بیان کردم که ویروس دیگری نیز در جامعه داریم که نباید از آن‌ها غفلت کنیم، یکی از ویروس‌هایی که این روز‌ها برخی دامن می‌زنند تا گسترش پیدا کند موضوع بدحجابی است که گاهی به بی حجابی نیز می‌کشد. مسوولان باید هشدار‌های لازم را بدهند که مردم غافل نشوند.
