پست سوال برانگیز آقای کارگردان!

هیچ خانه‌ای نیست که در آن فیلم‌ و سریال دنبال و دیده نشود. این «دیده شدن» باعث شده که فعالان سینما و تلوزیون خیلی بیشتر از دیگر هنرمندان شناخته شده، به شهرت و بعضی به محبوبیت برسند. به همین نسبت «عشق سینما» هم بیش از دیگر هنرها دل برده و عاشق سینه چاک داشته و دارد و بی‌شک نام هنرمندان مشهدی بسیاری در لیست محبوب‌ترین و بهترین بازیگران و کارگردانان و نویسندگان سینمایی همیشه درخشان بوده است.

اما در این میان پدیده مهاجرت هنرمندان مشهدی عرصه سینما به پایتخت، معضل تکراری هنر مشهد است و مشخص نیست که چرا اقدام موثری برای جلوگیری از این موضوع انجام نمی‌شود که بدون تردید اگر انجام می‌شد امروز ارجمندها، سهیلی‌ها، عطاران‌ها و بهدادهای بسیاری در این شهر ماندگار شده بودند و مشهد هم قطب برجسته‌تری می‌بود.

با توجه به جایگاه ویژه خطه خراسان در هنر و فرهنگ ایران زمین و اصالت مشهدی بسیاری از هنرمندان برجسته سینمای کشور، این دغدغه وجود دارد که چرا آنها پس از سفر به تهران، دیگر حتی برای انتقال تجربیات خود به زادگاهشان برنمی‌گردند و در پایتخت ماندگار می‌شوند؟

امینی: با توجه به حجم تولیدات کانون کارگردانان در جریان جزئیات و ریز تمام امور فیلم‌سازها نیست و مسائلی از این قبیل، میان شخص و دستگاه مربوطه شکل میگیرد و کمتر پیش می آید که کانون کارگردانان مطلع باشد

 

البته بی‌شک براساس قاعده مرکز پیرامون، تمرکز امکانات در پایتخت انگیزه‌ای برای بار سفر بستن هنرمندان مشهدی بوده و هست اما نکته حائز اهمیت در این رابطه این است که عمده این مهاجران هنری معمولاً شهر مقصد را به عنوان جایگاه دائمی خود در نظر می‌گیرند و کمتر به مشهد بازمی‌گردند که البته مانند نمونه آخر اگر قصد بازگشت و استفاده از پتانسیل هنرمندان شهر خود را هم داشته باشند، ممکن است با استقبال در خوری مواجه نشود.

اخیرا سعید سهیلی نویسنده و کارگردان برجسته مشهدی که سری فیلم‌های گشت ارشاد او مخاطبان جوان بسیاری را به خود جذب کرده، با گلایه‌مندی از انصراف ادامه فیلمبرداری فیلم گشت ارشاد 3 در مشهد مقدس خبر داد و در یادداشتی در اینستاگرام خود نوشت: «هنرمندان… هنرجويان … هنردوستان… مردم خوب مشهد، من فيلمسازيم را از مشهد آغاز كردم… با مردى شبيه باران، از آن هنگام بيست و چهار سال مي‌گذرد، پس از ساخت آن فيلم پشت دستم را داغ كردم كه ديگر در شهر خودم فيلم نسازم، بس كه آزار ديدم… بس كه سختى كشيدم، سال‌ها رفت و فكر كردم همه چى عوض شده، همه چى رو فراموش كردم و گفتم دوباره برمي‌گردم… با گشت ارشاد 3 و به عشق مردم شهرم، تصميم داشتم از خيل هنرمندان خراسانى استفاده كنم، همان‌ها كه اگر آب ببينند شناگران خوبيند، اما دريغ كه نشد، نه كه نشد… نخواستند كه بشود، كسانى كه قول همكارى دادند و زيرش زدند، بهانه پشت بهانه، آرى همه چى عوض شده… جز تفكر مسؤلين اين شهر، پس دوباره دستم را داغ كردم… داغ كردم و همچنان شرمنده هنرمندان خوب شهرم»

مخالفت مضمونی یا دلایل دیگر؟

به گفته سعید سهیلی پیش بینی می‌شد که فیلمبرداری «گشت ارشاد 3» تا اواخر ماه جاری ادامه داشته باشد تا به زودی به عنوان یکی از امیدهای اصلی گیشه راهی سینماها شود، اما با انصراف از فیلمبرداری در مشهد مقدس، معلوم نیست سرانجام فیلم جدید او چه می‌شود؟

البته در این میان همزمان با فیلمبرداری «گشت ارشاد ۳» اخباری درباره پرداختن این فیلم به حواشی کنسرت ‌ها در مشهد منتشر شده بود که از سوی سازندگان تایید و تکذیب نشد. برای پیگیری ماجرا در تماس‌ها و پیام‌های مکرر به سراغ خود او و فرزندش ساعد رفتیم. اما پاسخی دریافت نکردیم و یک منبع آگاه از اطرافیانش اذعان داشت که «عصبانی است و تمایلی به گفتگو با هیچ رسانه‌ای ندارد» در این میان هنوز مشخص نیست گلایه سعید سهیلی از چیست و آیا عامل فیلم‌برداری‌نشدن فیلمش در مشهد، مخالفت مضمونی با این فیلم بوده یا دلایل دیگر وجود داشته است.

کانون کارگردانان در جریان نیست

احمد امینی کارگردان و فیلم‌نامه نویس و منتقد برجسته و البته عضو شورای مرکزی کانون کارگردانان سینمای ایران در گفتگو با خبرنگار صبح امروز بیان می‌کند: با توجه به حجم تولیدات، کانون کارگردانان در جریان جزئیات و ریز تمام امور فیلم سازها نیست و مسائلی از این قبیل، میان شخص و دستگاه مربوطه شکل می‌گیرد و کمتر پیش می‌آید که کانون کارگردانان مطلع باشد. ما حتی گاها در زمان اکران یک فیلم مطلع ساخت آن می‌شویم. بدون تردید در این میان بهترین کسی که می‌تواند راجع به این مسئله حرفی بزند و اظهار نظر کند سعید سهیلی است.

معاون امور هنری و سینمایی اداره کل فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی خراسان رضوی نیز در گفتگو با خبرنگار روزنامه صبح امروز در ارتباط با ادعای سهیلی مبنی بر عدم همکاری مسئولین با ادامه ساخت فیلم گشت ارشاد سه در مشهد بیان کرد: سعید سهیلی هیچ تقاضایی به اداره کل فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی خراسان رضوی نداده است که بخواهد ادامه فیلم سینمایی گشت ارشاد۳ را در مشهد بسازد.

وی در خصوص روند صدور مجوز ساخت بخشی از فیلم‌ها در مشهد، بیان کرد: چنانچه بخواهند فیلم را در خراسان رضوی بسازند، باید توسط اداره کل فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی استان تقاضای پیگیری شود، اما چنانچه بخواهند کار را در تهران بسازند و یکی از لوکیشن‌ها در مشهد باشد، روند متفاوتی دارد در این روند باید جهت درخواست همکاری مجوز سازمان سینمایی فیلم به اداره کل ارشاد اسلامی استان ارائه شود و اداره کل نیز مکاتباتی را با دستگاه‌های مرتبط به انجام رساند. اما در مورد فیلم گشت ارشاد 3 هیچ تقاضایی به اداره کل فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی خراسان رضوی ارسال نشده است که بتوانیم آن را پیگیری کنیم.

وی با ابراز تعجب از مواجهه با پست اینستاگرامی کارگردان این اثر، بیان کرد: نمی‌دانم این کارگردان به چه کسی و کجا مراجعه کرده است.

چرا یک فیلم سینمایی فاخر در مشهد ساخته نمی‌شود؟

حضور هنرمندان مشهدی در سطح شاخص هنری کشور و بدنه تئاتر و سینمای ایران افتخاری برای خراسان رضوی است. با این وجود که در درون مشهد جریانات سینمایی ظرفیت بالایی دارد، اما هنوز به علت کمبود امکانات مورد توجه کافی قرار نگرفته و این مهاجرت ها به پایتخت، باید آسیب‌شناسی شود. در این میان همچنان این دغدغه وجود دارد که چرا با وجود اینکه بدنه عمده هنرمندان کشور را نام‌آوران مشهدی و خراسانی تشکیل می‌دهند، همچنان یک سوال وجود دارد که چرا یک فیلم سینمایی فاخر در مشهد ساخته نمی‌شود؟
