واقعیت‌ها حاکی از این است که کرونا در «موج دوم» خود به سر می‌برد، اما می‌گویند از نظر پزشکی هنوز نباید برایش از این عنوان استفاده کرد. صحبت کردن از تبعات این بیماری بر چرخه معیشت، اقتصاد، هنر و حتی تعداد قربانیانی که دیگر چندان متعجبمان نمی‌کند، حرف هرروز رسانه‌ها است اما این چرخه همچنان می‌چرخد و می‌چرخد و می‌چرخد…
سینما و سینماگران هم دراین جریان، مستثنی نیستند. همان حرفه‌ای که برخی آن را حرفه‌ای سانتیمال می‌دانند و این روزها، درست در مرکز انتقادات قرار گرفته است. سینماگران، همان‌هایی که هرچند برخی از اعضایش هنوز در آمارهای رسمی هم به حساب نمی‌آیند و معیشتشان با دشواری همراه است اما ویترین جذابش آنها را در رده لاکچری‌ها قرار می‌دهد. حالا اکثر اعضایش از صحنه و پشت صحنه دور یک نقطه گرد هم آمده‌اند و وجه مشترک همه‌شان هم «بیکاری» است، منتها با یک تفاوت آشکار؛ اینکه درد نان دارند و این روزها لاجرم، مسیر دستیابی به حداقلی‌ترین امکانات معیشتی برایشان مسدود می‌شود.
نگاهی گذرا به تولیدات سال قبل در همین بازه زمانی و قیاس آن با شرایط امروز، عیان می‌کند که تا چه میزان بیکاری گریبان این حرفه را گرفته است. حالا کرونا دو بازوی اجرایی برای از میدان به در کردن سینما دارد؛ یکی تهدید جانی و دیگری تهدید مالی.
به گزارش روزنامه صبح امروز، به نقل از گروه هنر خبرگزاری مهر، تشکیل جلسه‌های شورای پروانه ساخت آثار سینمایی، همزمان با اوج گرفتن شیوع بیماری کرونا در اواخر سال ۹۸ منتفی شد. تصمیمی اجتناب ناپذیر که تا مدت‌ها تداوم پیدا کرد اما سرانجام در ۱۱ خردادماه اولین مجوزهای ساخت صادر شد و فعالیت شورای صدور پروانه ساخت در سازمان سینمایی به روال معمول بازگشت و هر هفته ضمن تشکیل جلسه، فیلمنامه‌های متقاضی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.
صدور پروانه ساخت 29 فیلمنامه در روزهای اپیدمی
در همین راستا از ابتدای سال ۹۹ تا این لحظه ۲۹ فیلمنامه موفق به اخذ پروانه ساخت از سازمان سینمایی شده‌اند که در میان آن هم کارگردانان فیلم‌اولی به چشم می‌آید و هم چهره‌های شناخته شده کم نیستند.
از میان ۲۹ پروانه ساخت صادر شده تا کنون ۷ پروژه به‌صورت رسمی درباره آغاز فعالیت خود اطلاع‌رسانی کرده و در حال حاضر در مراحل مختلف تولید قرار دارند. غیر از این پروژه‌ها که پروانه ساخت خود را همین امسال دریافت کرده‌اند، طبیعتاً باید مدنظر داشت که تعدادی از فیلم‌ها که پیش از این پروانه ساخت دریافت کرده بودند هم در سال جدید وارد مرحله تولید شده‌اند.
از اولین پروژه‌های سینمایی که ساختش به طور جدی آغاز و درباره آن اطلاع‌رسانی شد، فیلم سینمایی«یدو» تازه‌ترین فیلم مهدی جعفری، کارگردان «۲۳ نفر» بود که در کانون پرورش فکری کودکان و نوجوانان با محوریت نوجوانان تولید می‌شود.

اصغر فرهادی هم ۲ سال بعد از «همه می‌دانند» به وطن بازگشته تا «قهرمان» را در شیراز جلوی دوربین ببرد. اما او با اوج‌گیری کرونا پیش‌تولید «قهرمان» را در شیراز متوقف کرد.
محمدحسین مهدویان هم که بیشتر به ساخت فیلم‌هایی با تم سیاسی شهره بود، این روزها برای ساخت اولین فیلم کمدی کارنامه‌اش با نام «شیشلیک» خیز برداشته تا به گفته خودش یک طنز تلخ اجتماعی بسازد.
پوریا حیدری اوره، جزو همان‌هایی است که نامش برای سینماگران و اصحاب رسانه غریبه است؛ هرچند خودش عنوان می‌کند که آثاری را تحت عنوان محصول مشترک ایران و کشورهای دیگر ساخته و برخی از آنها در کسب جوایز جهانی جزو پرافتخارترین‌ها بوده‌اند اما نام او زمانی به گوش سینماگران و سینمادوستان آشنا شد که با نام شهاب حسینی گره خورد تا به تهیه کنندگی این بازیگر فیلم سینمایی «بعد از اتفاق» را بسازند. او در همین شرایط فیلمبرداری فیلمش را در ۷ روز به پایان رساند و قصد دارد «بعد از اتفاق» را به صورت آنلاین به نمایش بگذارد.
«بدون همه چیز» اما احتمالاً پربازیگرترین فیلم در حال ساخت این روزهای سینمای ایران باشد. تازه‌ترین فیلم محسن قرایی به تهیه‌کنندگی جواد نوروزبیگی که بازیگرانی چون پرویز پرستویی، هدیه تهرانی، شهاب حسینی، باران کوثری، علی مصفا و لاله مرزبان در آن ایفای نقش می‌کنند و فیلمبرداری این فیلم در حال حاضر در جریان است.
کارگردان «بدون تاریخ؛ بدون امضا» بعد از چهار سال حالا مشغول ساخت «شب داخلی، دیوار» است. این سومین ساخته وحید جلیلوند از زمان ورود حرفه‌ای‌اش به سینماست.
فیلم سینمایی«باباسیبیلو» به تهیه کنندگی احمداحمدی و کارگردانی ادوین خاچیکیان از فیلمسازان فیلم‌اولی هم در حال مذاکره با بازیگران است و در مرحله پیش‌تولید قرار دارد.
ریسک فیلمسازی در شرایط کرونایی منطقی است یا نه؟
از همان روزهای آغازین شروع کار فعالیت‌های سینمایی تقابل دو دیدگاه در میان سینماگران به وضوح دیده می‌شد. عده‌ای از آنها بر این باور بودند که شریان‌های حیاتی سینما در حال قطع شدن است، این اتفاق ابتدا با تعطیلی سینما و محرومیت سالن‌ها از حضور مخاطب و در گام دوم با متوقف شدن روند تولید، دامن سینما را گرفت. در شرایطی که همه مشاغل به طریقی روند بازیابی خود را از سر گرفته‌اند سینما هم باید به حیات خود ادامه بدهد تا سال آینده با بهبود شرایط در حوزه اکران با مشکل کمبود فیلم مواجه نباشیم.
نقطه مقابل این دیدگاه اما به سینماگرانی باز می‌گردد که سلامتی عوامل را ارجح بر هر فعالیت و آماری می‌دانند. تحلیلشان این است که این زنجیره بیماری با این فعالیت‌ها قطع نمی‌شود و ابتلای هر کدام از عوامل در جریان تولید دور از تصور نیست و به فراخور گستردگی گروه، آسیب‌های جبران ناپذیری را به وجود می‌آورد.

پوران درخشنده در گفتگویی عنوان کرد: من به شدت دوست دارم که فیلم‌هایم را بسازم، اما به خاطر وضعیت کرونا به عوامل و بازیگرانم فکر می‌کنم که جانشان به خطر نیفتد، اما در مقابل می‌بینم که برخی به راحتی و بدون ترس در حال فیلمسازی هستند.

شبنم مقدمی بازیگر سینما نیز شرایط را خطرناک توصیف و بیان کرده است: این روزها مشغول کار نیستم. تصمیم گرفته‌ام حتی با رعایت پروتکل‌های بهداشتی هم یک مدتی را کار نکنم. امیدوارم زودتر این بلا از سر جهان رخت بربندد.
دولت با این شرایط و اقتصاد توانایی حمایت ندارد
منوچهر محمدی که فیلم سینمایی «چپ راست» به کارگردانی پسرش حامد محمدی را در همین شرایط کرونایی به پایان رسانده و به تازگی نیز پروانه ساخت دیگری دریافت کرده است، در گفتگو با خبرگزاری مهر عنوان کرد: این اپیدمی در جهان همه چیز را تحت تاثیر خود قرار داده، به اکثر حوزه‌های فعالیت و مشاغل آسیب زده و یک پدیده اجتناب ناپذیر است. بنابراین سینما هم منفک از این وضعیت نیست. هم تولید، هم پخش و هم نمایش تحت تاثیر این قضیه هستند. کار تولید نه از باب شرایط اقتصادی بلکه اساساً به جهت اپیدمی ویروس، کار دشواری است. به هر حال تولید یک فیلم نیاز به لوکیشن‌های متفاوتی دارد. بنابراین هرچقدر هم سعی کنیم پروتکل‌ها را رعایت کنیم باز هم در صحنه‌هایی امکانپذیر نیست.

این تهیه کننده پیشکسوت بیان کرد: صنعت سینما برخلاف صنایع دیگر، این گونه نیست که سریع افراد را جایگزین نیروهای بیمار شده کنیم، بنابراین ناچار هستیم کار را تعطیل کنیم که این امر با توجه به هزینه‌ها یک کار بسیار دشوار است. در حال حاضر شاید سرمایه گذاری روی فیلمنامه به طور جدی برای سال‌های آینده سینمای ایران یکی از راه حل‌هایی باشد که بتواند فضای سینما را سرپا نگه دارد از سوی دیگر وقتی تولید چنین وضعیتی را پیدا می‌کند پخش و سالن‌های سینماها هم دچار مشکل می‌شوند.
وی تأکید کرد: در اینکه امسال و سال آینده با این تولید کم در اکران دچار مشکل خواهیم شد تردیدی نیست. باید اهالی سینما بنشینند، فکر کنند و ایده‌های متفاوتی از روال سنتی تولید فیلم و اکران را طراحی کنند که مستلزم این است که بازنگری در سیاست‌ها و ممیزی‌ها داشته باشیم تا بتوانیم سالن‌ها را پر رونق نگه داریم. من نمی‌دانم دامنه نظر آقایان در ارشاد چیست ولی مطمئناً راه حل‌هایی وجود دارد. خاموش شدن چراغ سینما در بلند مدت روی تولید هم تاثیر خواهد گذاشت و از زمین برخاستنش کار سختی خواهد بود.
منوچهر محمدی در پایان گفت: بیکاری و توقف پروژه‌ها باعث شده بسیاری از عوامل صحنه و به ویژه پشت صحنه دچار مشکل شوند ولی حتی در این شرایط هم حداقل سیاست‌های حمایتی دولت تا این لحظه مشاهده نشده است. من بر این باورم که دولت با این شرایط و اقتصاد توانایی حمایت ندارد و اصلاً چنین چیزی خواسته‌ای بجا هم نیست ولی می‌شود حمایت حداقلی از آسیب‌پذیران وجود داشته باشد که من حتی این حمایت حداقلی را هم ندیده‌ام.

جواد نوروزبیگی تهیه کننده «بدون همه چیز» به کارگردانی محسن قرایی هم که این روزها این پروژه را در حال تولید دارد گفت: اگر شرایطی باشد که مردم به لحاظ معیشتی تامین باشند و در خانه‌ها بمانند طبیعتاً ما هم توصیه می‌کنیم که همه قرنطینه را رعایت کنند ولی اوضاع به گونه‌ای است که باید با این شرایط کنار آمد و نمی‌شود زندگی را تعطیل کرد چون به لحاظ مالی گرفتاری‌هایی پیش می‌آید. فعالیت تولیدی نباید در هیچ بخشی بخوابد ممکن است کسی بگوید من می‌توانم در خانه بمانم و از این بحران عبور کنم این موضوع میل خودش است ولی عده‌ای شرایط خاص دارند پس ما باید موقعیتی ایجاد کنیم که کار کنند تا چرخ زندگیشان بچرخد و در عین حال آسیبی نبینند
این تهیه کننده افزود: درصد بالایی از اعضای سینما در این جریان به لحاظ معیشتی دچار آسیب شدند و باید حواسمان به آنها باشد. بخشی از آنها با همین تولیدات می‌توانند فعال باشند و درآمد داشته باشند.
