تفاوت کاهش ارزش پول در برابر تورم، فساد ایجاد می‌کند

آیا سران قوا و مسئولین اجرایی کشور نظر قلم را قبول دارند که تثبیت بازار پول ملی ، ارزی ، سرمایه گذاری و تورم نیاز به قبول ریسک و جراحی بزرگ دارد؟

آیا قلم اشتباه میکند که ۱۵ سالی است مینویسد مادامی که رانت تفاوت بهره تسهیلات بانکی با تورم سالانه وجود داشته باشد بازارها تثبیت و فساد کنترل نمی شود؟

وقتی تسهیلات بانکی برای دریافت کنندگان وام یک سوم تورم سالانه بازار سرمایه ، ارز، املاک ، آلات وکالا بصورت دستوری تعیین شود،چرا نباید فساد ، رانت ، افزایش حجم نقدینگی ، رشد نرخ ارز ، سهام ، ملک ، تورم وجود نداشته باشد ؟

راستی اگر ریگی در کفش مسئولین پولی و بانکی کشور نبوده و نیست چرا تصمیم بسیار ساده و شفاف پرداخت سود ۲ یا ۳ درصد سالانه به اضافه بیمه ارزش افت پول ملی به پس انداز گذاران ، در مقابل دریافت ۴ یا ۵ درصدی سود سالانه به اضافه بیمه تفاوت کاهش ارزش پول از تسهیلات بانکی بگیران « حمایت شفاف دولتی ازبنگاه های واقعی تولید که شایسته حمایت باشند براساس سیاست های توسعه توسط دولت جداگانه پرداخت گردد» را درپیش نمی گیرند ؟

ازنظر قلم بیشترین رانت و فسادی که وجود داشته و دارد از تفاوت کاهش ارزش پول ملی در برابر تورم در حوزه های مختلف بوده ،بطوری که هر فردی یا بنگاهی که بتواند تسهیلات دریافت سکه ، ارز ، سهام و هر چیز دیگری را بخرد پایان سال میتواند با فروش آن ضمن پرداخت اصل و سود وام حجم قابل توجهی پول به جیب بزند «البته اگر هوس نکند که اصلا اصل و سود را هم پرداخت نکند و به جمع بدهکاران معوقه وارد نشود » در مقابل پس انداز گذاران در پایان سال نمی توانند با اصل و سود پول دریافتی خود از بانک حتی ۷۰ درصد آنچه را از دست داده جبران کنند ، موضوعی که باعث شده پول های سرگردان فراوانی هر از گاهی به بازاری هجوم و در آن بازار آتش به پا کند ، که آخرین آن این روزها بازار
طلا و ارز است .

چه اشکالی در کار است که همچنان دوست دارند پول های خرد مردم را جمع و تحت عنوان تسهیلات به بنگاه های دولتی و خصولتی و بعضی خصوصی های حرفه ای پرداخت کنند تا ارزش آن را چون آب پرتقال مکیده و حتی حاضر نباشند پوست آن را پس بدهند ؟
