سوداگران با جوسازی در فضای مجازی،بازار را به دست گرفته اند
عضو کمیسیون صنایع و معادن مجلس می گوید، اگر سایت مشخصی برای درج آگهی فروش خودرو طراحی شود و فروشندگان واقعی با احراز هویت در آن ثبت نام و خودروی خود را به فروش رسانند، هیچ یک از سوءاستفاده‌های فعلی صورت نمی گیرد.
به گزارش صبح امروز به نقل از خبرگزاری خانه ملت، رمضانعلی سبحانی فر درباره گرانی خودرو در بازار، گفت: اگرچه خودروسازان طی ماه‌های گذشته افزایش قیمتی نداشتند، اما سوداگران با قیمت سازی در فضای مجازی بازار را به دست گرفته و قیمت های مدنظر خود را بر بازار حاکم کردند.
نماینده مردم سبزوار، جغتای، جوین و خوشاب در مجلس شورای اسلامی با اشاره به ضرورت نظارت بر سایت های اینترنتی به منظور جلوگیری از قیمت سازی در فضای مجازی، افزود: اگر سایت مشخصی برای درج آگهی فروش خودرو طراحی شود و فروشندگان واقعی با احراز هویت در آن ثبت نام و خودروی خود را به فروش رسانند، هیچ یک از سوءاستفاده‌های فعلی صورت نمی گیرد، این در حالی است که در شرایط کنونی سوداگران با هماهنگ کردن افراد و درج آگهی های فروش با قیمت‌های بسیار بالا به راحتی، خودرو را گران می کنند.
وی کم بودن تولید نسبت به تقاضا را یکی دیگر از دلایل گرانی خودرو در بازار دانست و افزود: سرازیر شدن نقدینگی موجود در جامعه به سمت بازار خودرو موجب شده، خودرو از کالای مصرفی به کالای سرمایه‌ای تبدیل شود در نتیجه حجم تقاضا و به تبع آن قیمت خودرو افزایش یافته است.
ضرورت معرفی خودروی جایگزین پراید
وی با بیان اینکه خودرو یکی از بازارهای جذاب برای سوداگران است زیرا بهای آن به راحتی با نقشه‌های دلالان دچار نوسان می شود، اظهار کرد: از آنجایی که با رونق گرفتن بورس بازار چارچرخ‌ها دچار رکود و رخوت می شود، سوداگران با قیمت سازی در فضای مجازی تمام تلاش خود را به کار می برند تا این بازار را سرپا نگه دارند.
عضو کمیسیون صنایع و معادن مجلس با بیان اینکه با توقف خط تولید پراید، خودروسازان باید به سرعت خوردوی جایگزین را با قیمت مناسب در اختیار مصرف کنندگان قرار دهند تا دست مافیاها از بازار کوتاه شود، اضافه کرد: خودروسازان باید با طراحی سازوکارهای مناسب خودروهای تولیدی را به دست مصرف کننده اصلی برسانند با تحقق این امر عطش بازار از بین رفته و قیمت ها کاهش یابد.
ولنگاری سایت‌های اینترنتی، عامل گرانی مسکن و خودرو
نایب رئیس کمیسیون قضایی و حقوقی مجلس گفت: در شرایط فعلی قطعا نمی توان سایت های اینترنتی خرید و فروش را به حال خود رها گذاشت، بنابر این دستگاه های مرتبط از جمله دستگاه قضا، وزارت ارتباطات، وزارت راه و شهرسازی، سازمان تعزیرات حکومتی و پلیس فتا باید چارچوب و ساختار هوشمندی را برای فعالیت سایتها ایجاد کنند.
یحیی کمالی پور با انتقاد از وضعیت سایت های اینترنتی خرید و فروش مسکن و خودرو، گفت: متأسفانه این سایت ها به مرکزی برای فعالیت سوداگران و ایجاد تنش در بازارهای اقتصادی تبدیل شده اند؛ در چند ماه اخیر با شیوع بیماری کرونا، سایت های اینترنتی به دلیل مراکز خرید و فروش، بسیار پرمخاطب شده اند و این مسئله فضا را برای فعالیت سوداگران در بستر بدون ضابطه و قانون سایت ها فراهم کرده است.
تعیین قیمت به دست دلالان
نماینده مردم جیرفت و عنبرآباد در مجلس شورای اسلامی ادامه داد: دلالان با استفاده از فضاسازی رسانه ای اعلام به تعیین قیمت در سایت های اینترنتی بسیار بالاتر از قیمت بازار می کنند، وقتی این اقدام چندین مرتبه تکرار و به صورت سازمان یافته صورت گیرد، عملا فروشندگان عادی نیز قیمت مدنظر خود برای فروش مسکن را بر اساس این میزان قیمت تعیین می کنند و عملا این مسئله موجب تشدید قیمت ها در بازار می شود.
توقف فعالیت سایت های اینترنتی در عرصه بازار
وی با بیان اینکه قطعا باید از فعالیت سایت های اینترنتی در عرصه بازارهای اقتصادی جلوگیری شود، گفت: خلاء مدیریتی در کنترل سایت های اینترنتی موجب شده که این سایت ها به عاملی در تلاطم آفرینی بازار تبدیل شوند، چگونه می شود که افراد بدون احراز هویت می توانند در سایت ها برای خودرو و مسکن نرخ تعیین کنند و هیچ کسی مانع این اقدام نمی شود.
کمالی پور ادامه داد: سال گذشته قوه قضائیه به فعالیت سایت های اینترنتی خرید و فروش ورود و آن ها را مکلف به عدم درج قیمت آگهی کرد، اما متأسفانه به دلیل عدم همراهی مسئولان و مدیران مربوطه، این اقدام به نتیجه مطلوب دست نیافت و حتی پس از این اتفاقات، فعالیت سایت ها چندین برابر شد.
این نماینده مردم در مجلس دهم با اشاره به فاصله عجیب قیمت خودرو بین قیمت بازار و کارخانه، گفت: نمی توان در شرایط فعلی سایت های اینترنتی خرید و فروش را به حال خود رها گذاشت، بنابر این دستگاه های مرتبط از جمله دستگاه قضا، وزارت ارتباطات، وزارت راه و شهرسازی، سازمان تعزیرات حکومتی و پلیس فتا باید چارچوب و ساختار هوشمندی را برای فعالیت سایتها ایجاد کنند.
