پیست تارتان شهید صابری مجموعه کوثر مشهد به صورت موقت تحویل اداره کل ورزش و جوانان خراسان رضوی شد.
معاون توسعه اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان با بیان این مطلب در گفت و گو با خبرنگار ما گفت: با تلاش مدیر کل ورزش و جوانان استان انتظار به پایان رسید و ساختار پیست تارتان شهید صابری مجموعه فرهنگی –ورزشی کوثرمشهد به پایان خط رسید و به صورت موقت تحویل ادراه کل ورزش و جوانان استان شد.
امیر زارعی در باره تحویل موقت پیست تصریح کرد: تحویل موقت به این معناست که پیست از سوی پیمانکار تحویل اداره کل شده است و ما طی مراحل قانونی تحویل هیات می دهیم و در طول این مدت اگر ایرادی در ساختار زمین و پیست از جمله باد کردن و کنده شدن مشاهده شد پیمانکار بر اساس تعهدی که دارد این مشکلات را رفع و تحویل قطعی خواهد شد.
وی در پاسخ به این سوال که چرا هنوز بخشی از مجموعه پیست تار تار شهید صابری از جمله قسمت های پشت دروازه ها تار تار نشده است ؟ گفت: بخشی از قسمت های مجموعه چمن هم نشده است و دلیل آن هم این است که قسمت های چمن برای رشته های پرتابی و 100 مترها را هم برای دو های سرعت تجهیز شده است و قسمت های قوسی هم احتمال این که وسایل و تجهیزات دو و میدانی از جمله فنس کشی برای رشته های پرتاب چکش درنظر بگیرند تار تار نشده است.
وی خاطر نشان کرد: برای تکمیل و تار تار کردن همین قوس ها بودجه ای بالغ بر یک و نیم میلیارد تومان هزینه مورد نیاز است که با توجه به وضعیت اقتصادی ضرورت تارتان شدن احساس نمی شود.
زارعی اظهار داشت: این پیست تمرینی است و قسمت های اصلی که نیاز به تارتان شدن و برای استفاده و بهره برداری ضروری بوده تکمیل و تحویل موقت شده است و بنا نیست این منطقه که می توان با چمن سازی و فنس کشی هم از این قسمت برای برگزاری رقابت های پرتاب چکش استفاده کرد در حال حاضر هزینه کنیم.
وی با اشاره به روند رو رشد هیات دو و میدانی استان گفت: خوشبختانه امروز دو و میدانی خراسان رضوی هم در بخش بانوان و هم در بخش آقایان در مسیر پیشرفت قرار دارد و انتظارات از این ورزش در خراسان رضوی بین المللی و آسیایی است.
وی خاطر نشان کرد: حضور شایسته حسن تفتیان نماینده استان در المپیک 2020 یکی از بزرگترین افتخارات هیات دو و میدانی استان نیز در سال جاری می باشد.
معاون توسعه اداره کل ورزش و جوانان خراسان رضوی خاطر نشان کرد: پیست تارتان شهید صابری مشهد یکی از مجموعه های تخصصی دو و میدانی کشور است که ظرفیت بالقوه ای برای استان است و امیدواریم با افتتاح و بهر ه برداری از این پیست تا حدودی مشکلات تمرینی بانوان و اقایان دو و میدانی کار در استان برطرف شود.
