پویشی به نفع کودکان کار؛
‘۲ساعت در ۳روز گرم با کودکان کار’
مدیر روابط عمومی شرکت توزیع برق مشهد گفت: ‘۲ساعت در۳روز گرم با کودکان کار' عنوان پویشی است که شرکت توزیع برق مشهد با همکاری اداره کل تعاون ،کار و رفاه اجتماعی و اداره بهزیستی خراسان رضوی به نفع کودکان کار استان راهاندازی کرده است.
به گزارش صبح امروز علیرضاکاشی در مصاحبه با خبرنگاراین رسانه افزود: در این پویش از مردم تقاضا شده تا در۳روز ۷و۸و۹مرداد ماه که گرمای هوا رو به فزونی است در ایام روز ۲ساعت مدیریت مصرف برق داشته باشند.
وی ابراز کرد: این مدیریت مصرف برق میتواند به اشکال مختلفی صورت پذیرد برای مثال در روز با خاموش کردن یک لامپ یا کمتربازو بسته کردن درب یخچال و فریزر میتوانید در این چدیش شرکت کرده و سهم خود را پرداخت کنید.
کاشی دلیل راهاندازی این پویش را اینگونه توضیح داد: این پویش در راستای فرهنگسازی مدیریت استفاده از برق در روزهای گرم تابستان و نیز حمایت از کودکان کار راهاندازی شده است.
وی تصریح کرد: در شهر مشهد۱میلیون و ۵۵۰ هزار مشترک برق وجود دارد و هر شهروندی که بتواند در مصرف برق خود صرفه جویی نماید رقم قابل توجهی در میزان مدیریت مصرف انرژی اتفاق افتاده و با این اقدام از بحران قطعی برق نیز جلوگیری بهعمل میآید.
کاشی ادامه داد : بعد از اتمام این سه روز میزان صرفه جویی آنالیز شده و رقم آن به ریال تبدیل شده و با هماهنگی مسولین ذی ربط تحویل ارگان مربوطه شده و صرف کودکان کار میشود.
علیرضا کاشی درخصوص اعلام شرایط اضطراری برای شهر مشهد بیان کرد: شرکت توزیع برق فعلا برنامهای برای اعلام شرایط اضطراری و قطع برق برای شهر مشهد ندارد البته تمام جداول اعلام شرایط اضطراری آماده است و مناطق مشخص شده است.
وی تشریح کرد: بیشترین بار مصرف برق در تاریخ ۳۰تیرماه به میزان ۱هزارو ۶۳۹ مگابایت بوده است که در همان روز ما تیز قطعی برقی نداشتیم وباتوجه به اعلام سازمان هواشناسی مبنی بر این که گرمای هوا در هفته اینده نیز ادامه دارداز شهروندان تقاضا داریم ، جهت صرفه جویی در مصرف برق همکاری داشته باشند.
مدیر روابط عمومی شرکت توزیع برق مشهد در خصوص پیام شهروندان مبنی بر قطعی برق دو خاموشی در برخی از محلات سطح شهر توضیح داد: در شهر مشهد هیچ گونه خاموشی با برنامه نداشته و اگر مواردی در شهر اتفاق می افتد به علت مصرف بالای مردم بوده چرا که فیوزهای بهکارررفته در جعبه تقسیم محلات با بالا رفتن مصرف برق و گذر از حد مجاز به صورت اتوماتیک از رادار خارج شده تا اتفاق ناگواری گریبان محله نشود.
کاشی ادامه داد: یکی دیگر از دلایل قطعی برق در برخی محلات وقوع اتفاقات ناخواسته مانندبرخورد ماشین یا سقوط بالابر روی شبکه برق می باشد.
در ادامه به سراغ معاون اجتماعی بهزیستی استان خراسان رفته و با او در خصوص مشارکت بهزیستی استان در این پویش به گفتوگو نشستیم.
معاون اجتماعی بهزیستی استان خراسان رضوی در مورد این پویش گفت: پویشی که در شرکت برق با همکاری بهزیستی و اداره کار صورت گرفته است به موجب فرهنگ سازی در زمینه صرفه جویی در مصرف برق به جهت کاهش هزینه ها و اختصاص یافتن هزینه های صرفه جویی شده به کودکان کار است.
غلامحسین حقدادی افزود: کودکان کار نیازهای فروانی دارند و انجمنهای مردمی نیز درصدد رفع نیازهای حیاتی این کودکان به شدت فعال و پیگیر هستند.
وی بیان کرد: تعدادی از کودکان کار علاوه بر سازمان بهزیستی توسط پایگاه های خدمات اجتماعی محلی شناسایی شده و اکنون درحاشیه شهر در حال دریافت خدمات هستند.
وی تصریح کرد: نیازهایی که این کودکان دارند عمدتا نیازهای درمانی،تحصیلی و معیشتی است و برخی از آنان نیز خدمات اقامتی و سامان دهی دریافت می کنند.
حقدادی توضیح داد: عمده نیازهای این کودکان دریافت خدمات درمانی بوده و بهزیستی تمام تلاش خود را مبنی بر رفع این چالش و نیاز انجام میدهد و در این راه بسیار موفق بوده است.
در دست نبودن آمار واقعی از کودکان کار
وی درخصوص در دست نداشتن آمار دقیقی از کودکان کار ابراز کرد: باتوجه به این موضوع که بسیاری از کودکان کار در محل هایی مانند کارگاه های زیر زمینی و منازل شخصی مشغول به کار هستند که امکان شناسایی آنها وجود نداشته و موجب شده تا آمار واقعی از این کودکان نداشته باشیم.
وی عنوان کرد: کودکانی که سالیانه به دلیل نیاز یا اضطرار به بهزیستی ارجاع داده می شدند با هماهنگی و سرپرستی بهزیستی بر سر چهارراهها به موجب رفع حدودی نیازهای معیشتی اقدام به فروش روزنامه یا گل کرده اما با انجام پژوهشهایی متوجه شده که این عمل نیز موجب آسیب به این کودکان میشود.
حقدادی تاکید کرد: کودکان زیر ۱۸ سالی که بر سرچهارراهها و در سطح معابر به فروش گل و روزنامه مشغول هستند زیر نظر بهزیستی نبوده و مردم در صورت مشاهده باید مدعی شوند.
وی مطرح کرد: درسال گذشته حدود۶۰۰ کودک کار توسط سازمان بهزیستی سازمان دهی شدند. همچنین ودر پایان سال ۹۷ اعتبار خوبی از سوی وزارت کشور برای کودکان کار اختصاص یافت که در اختیار سازمان هایی که با این کودکان کار می کنند قرار گرفت که خدمت بسیار خوبی در زمینه شناسایی و ارائه خدمات درمانی و تحصیلی به کودکان کاربود.
” تعطیلی طرح روزنامه فروشی توسط سازمان بهزیستی ”
وی در این خصوص تشریح کرد: سازمان بهزیستی برای اینکه کودکان از کار سخت برداشته شوند و به کار فرهنگی مشغول باشند طرح فروش روزنامه را به اجرا درآورد، اما حدود ۱سال ونیم پیش این طرح را تعطیل نمود زیرا به این نتیجه رسید علاوه بر این که این طرح فواید خود را از دست داده دارای عوارضی نیز می باشد.
وی تاکید کرد: در حال حاضر هیچ فرد زیر۱۸ سال ازسوی سازمان بهزیستی مشغول به کار نمی باشد.
” سو استفاده باندی از کودکان کار”
وی در این خصوص عنوان کرد: سو استفاده از کودکان کار به شکل کتاب فروشی یا وزنه یا خدمات معمولی توسط باند ها اداره می شود و اگر سازمان بهزیستی موردی را مشاهده نماید آنان را جمع آوری می کند و برای خانواده های آنان اقدامات توان مند سازی انجام می دهد.
وی در خصوص کودکان اتباع گفت:اگر کودکی از اتباع خارجی باشد به سازمان های غیر دولتی که در خدمت کودکان غیر اتباع می باشند معرفی می شود همچنین کودکانی از اتباع خارجی وجود دارند که محلی برای نگهداری آنان پس از جمع آوری نیست و در بهزیستی نگهداری میشوند.
