رئیس اتحادیه نمایشگاهداران و فروشندگان خودرو مشهد گفت: در روزهایاخیر با عدم قیمتگذاری در سایتها بازار خودرو تا حدودی ثبات پیدا کرده واز هیجان و تشنج بازار کاسته شده است، اما هنوز مقداری زمان میخواهدتا به ثبات محکمتری برسیم و در آینده قطعا قیمتها واقعیتر خواهد شد.
به گزارش ایسنا، حمیدرضا حیدری اظهار کرد: ما با یک معضل بزرگ درحوزه خودرو درگیر بودیم و آن وجود سایتهای متعدد مجازی بود که بهگونهای بازار موازی درست کرده بودند.
وی افزود: در روزهای اخیر با عدم قیمتگذاری در سایتها بازار خودرو تاحدودی ثبات پیدا کرده و از هیجان و تشنج بازار کاسته شده اما هنوزمقداری زمان میخواهد تا به ثبات محکمتری برسیم و در آینده قطعا قیمتهاواقعیتر خواهد شد و مطمئن هستم ثبات کامل به بازار برخواهد گشت .

وی خاطرنشان کرد: متاسفانه در این مدت که سایتهای مجازی باقیمتگذاری فعال بودند، واحدهای صنفی مجاز و مصرف کنندگان سردرگمشده بودند و افراد درستی و نادرستی قیمتها را نمیتوانستند تشخیصدهند و قیمتها کاذب و غیرواقعی گذاشته میشد و مردم نیز یقینا به طرفیکه سوددهی بیشتری بدهد حرکت میکردند؛ زیرا فضا در داخل سایت رقابتیبود و مردم خود به خود جذب آن شده بودند.
رئیس اتحادیه نمایشگاه داران و فروشندگان خودرو مشهد بیان کرد: به دلیلاینکه خودرو یک کالای تخصصی و سرمایهای است، قیمت مجازی بر رویخودرو به خصوص خودرو دست دوم نمیتوان گذاشت، تا خودرو رؤیت و دیدهنشود نمیتوان قیمتگذاری کرد و ممکن است خودروهای یک مدل در کنار هماختلاف قیمت داشته باشند.
وی با اشاره به اینکه میزان رنگ، مصرف لاستیک، داخل کابین ماشین همهدر قیمتگذاری تاثیر دارد، افزود: قطعا نمیتوان بدون دیدن بر خودرو قیمتگذاشت و صرف گفتن چند آیتم در فضای مجازی قیمت واقعی دانستهنمیشود و حتما باید بازدید شود تا قیمت گذاری شود.
حیدری با بیان اینکه یک عده در فضای مجازی بازار را با قیمتهای کاذبمنحرف میکردند،گفت: افرادی سودجو و فرصت طلب امیال خود را در اینفضا پیاده میکردند و این افراد در انتظار چنین موقعیتهایی هستند تاحداکثر استفاده را ببرند و مردم هم در موج این افراد قرار میگرفتند و به تبعآنها بدون اینکه متوجه جریان شوند وارد این قضیه میشدند و یک رقابتتقریبا موازی با بازار پیدا میکردند و قیمتها غیر واقعی بالا میرفت.
رئیس اتحادیه نمایشگاهداران و فروشندگان خودرو مشهد عنوان کرد: خوشبختانه در روزهای اخیر با این مسئله برخورد شد، این کار باعث میشوددر آینده مردم به سمت واحدهای صنفی مجاز و متخصص هدایت شوند ؛زیرا در سایتها هیچ گونه متولی نظارت کننده وجود ندارد و کلاه برداریهایبزرگی رخ میدهد، ولی واحدهای صنفی مجاز قابل نظارت و پیگیری است ومردم تکلیفشان مشخص میشود، در هر صورت با عدم قیمت گذاری درسایتهای مجازی بسیاری از مسائل در آینده جلوگیری میشود.
حیدری تصریح کرد: متاسفانه یکی از عواملی که باعث گرانی خودرو میشودعدم تعهدات خودروسازان در تحویل است، اگر این تقاضا و ثبت نامها بهموقع تحویل داده شود قطعا قیمتها به این شکل نخواهد شد ولی متاسفانهتاکنون به صورت اندک واگذار شده و خیلی اندک و قطره چکانی عرضهمیشود و زمانی که متقاضی وجود دارد و عرضه کم باشد قطعا قیمتهاافزایش مییابد.
وی با اشاره به اینکه قیمت خودرو بستگی به عرضه و تقاضا دارد، یادآورشد: عوامل جانبی مثل سایتها، بازارخودروها که خارج از سیکل اتحادیههاو پروانهدارهای مجاز داده میشود در نوسانات قیمت خودرو تاثیر دارد و اگربه دست متولی اصلی برگردد میتوان نوسانات را کنترل کرد زیرا متولی اینصنف نظارت دارد و با منطق قیمتها را تغییر میدهد و زمانی که واردفرآیندهای دیگر مانند فضای مجازی شود، از نظارت و کنترل خارج میشود.
وی اظهار کرد: ما به دنبال این هستیم زوایای پنهانی که سایتهای مجازی وسیستمهای عرضه کالا دارند از طریق رسانهها برای مردم روشن شود تاکورکورانه وارد این قضایا نشوند و به مجاری اصلی بازگردند.
