مهمترین هدف شناسایی استعدادهای ورزشی کارگران
همایش معرفی مسئول هیئت همگانی کارگران استان و همچنین مسئولان کمیتههای این هیئت با حضور محمدی رئیس هیئت ورزش کارگران استان روز گذشته برگزار شد.
رئیس هیئت ورزش کارگران استان در این همایش گفت: خوشحال هستیم که پیرو فرمایشات مقام معظم رهبری و در آستانه چهلمین سالروز پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی شاهد فعالیت هیئت ورزش همگانی کارگران با مدیرت محمد اسدی هستیم.
محمدی افزود: هیئت ورزش کارگری استان از ظرفیت و پتانسیل خوبی برای توسعه ورزش همگانی در میان خانواده کارگران و همچنین ادامه روند توسعه یافتگی تا رسیدن به پلههای قهرمانی در ورزش کارگران برخوردار است.
وی در این همایش از اعزام تیمهای تنیس روی میز، جودو و فوتسال خراسان رضوی به مسابقات جهانی کارگران به میزبانی کشور اسپانیا در خرداد سال 98 نیز خبر داد و گفت: هیئت ورزش کارگری استان از نظر ساختاری، سخت افزاری و نرم افزاری دارای امکانات بسیار خوبی است که میتوان در راستای تربیت و آموزش مربیان، داوران و همچنین برگزاری دورههای آموزشی قدمهای مثبتی برداشت.
رئیس هیئت ورزش کارگری استان خاطر نشان کرد: برخی از مدیران کارخانجات تولیدی در حمایت از اقدامی که برای نخستین بار کاروان شادی و نشاط و سلامتی هیئت همگانی اداره تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی در محیط کارخانه سیمان شرق مشهد برگزار کرد اعلام آمادگی کرد تا این همایش در محیط این کارخانجات انجام شود.
وی خاطرنشان کرد: توسعه ورزش در محیطهای کارگری و برگزاری مسابقات متنوع برای ایجاد شور، نشاط و سرزندگی و برگزاری مسابقات داخلی برای شناسایی استعدادهای ورزشی کارگران مهمترین اهداف اعزام این کاروان به محیطهای کارگری است.
محمدی با اشاره به اینکه اعزام کاروان شادی و نشاط به محیط کارگری سبب افزایش توان روحی و جسمی کارگران خواهد شد گفت: حرکت در این مسیر در افزایش سطح کیفی و کمی تولیدات این کارخانجات تاثیر مستقیمی خواهد گذاشت.
وی با اشاره به اینکه برای اعزام هر ورزشکار به مسابقات جهانی، باید 21 میلیون تومان به حساب فدراسیون واریز شود، تصریح کرد: هزینه اعزام تیمها به مسابقات جهانی و استانی از صفر تا صد آن برعهده ورزش کارگران هر استان است و فدراسیون کمکی از این بابت نمیکند، به همین خاطر با وجود شرایط اقتصادی فعلی برای اعزام تیمها به مسابقات با مشکل روبرو هستیم و تمام هم و غم ما حمایت مدیران کارخانجات و صنایع تولیدی است تا در این راستا ما را نیز یاری کنند.
رئیس هیئت ورزش کارگری استان با اشاره به معافیتهای مالیاتی کارخانجات تولیدی از ارزش افزوده در صورت سرمایه گذاری در ورزش نیز گفت: کارخانجات تولیدی در صورتی که 3 درصد از ارزش افزوده فروش خود از 10 درصد را در حمایت از ورزش کارگران سرمایه گذاری کنند میتوانند از خدمات این معافیت بهرهمند شوند و ما نیز آمادگی داریم در این زمینه با مدیران کارخانجات همکاری کنیم.
رئیس هیئت کارگران در این مراسم ضمن اینکه احکام مسئولان کمیتههای هیئت همگانی اداره تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی استان را نیز اهدا کرد گفت: کارگران امروز بیش از گذشته به تجدید روحیه و افزایش توان روحی و روانی در محیطهای کاری نیاز دارند. تلاش خواهیم کرد با اجرای برنامههای متنوع ورزشی، فرهنگی محیطهای کارگری را شاد و شاداب نماییم.
محمدی افزود: در راستای ترویج فرهنگ ورزش همگانی کاروان شادی و سلامت هیئتی تشکیل دادیم و بنا داریم به فراخور اعلام نیاز مدیران کارخانجات برنامهها و مسابقات ورزشی را با حمایت این مدیران در محیط کارخانجات برگزار کنیم.
وی ادامه داد: در این همایشها مربیان و ورزشکاران کاروان برای ایجاد فضایی مفرح، شاد و بانشاط چندین مسابقه را با حضور کارگران و مدیران کارخانه برگزار خواهند کرد و به برندگان که با انتخاب و رای حاضرین تعیین میشوند جوائزی تعلق خواهند کرد.
مسئول هیئت همگانی کارگران خراسان رضوی در این همایش نیز گفت: ایجاد فضای شادی بخش و پرنشاط در میان کارگران و همچنین شناسایی استعدادهای ورزشی در جمع میان کارگران و حمایت از این قهرمانان اهم برنامههای هیئت همگانی است.
محمد اسدی اضافه کرد: اطلاع رسانی سلامتی جسمی بخش مهمی از اهداف کاروان است که در تمام همایشها مورد توجه مدیران کاروان قرار دارد، به همین منظور ایستگاه سلامتی با حضور پزشک متخصص جهت گرفتن تست قند و فشار خون همراه کاروان شادی و نشاط برای کارگران و مراجعه کنندگان به صورت رایگان انجام میشود.
وی خاطرنشان کرد: هم اکنون تیم بسیار قوی را در قالب هیئت همگانی متشکل از بهترین مربیان و قهرمانان رشتههای ورزشی را تشکیل دادهایم تا بتوانیم به امید خدا در جهت ارتقای سطح ورزش کارگران استان قدم برداریم.
اسدی با اشاره به اینکه هدف ما از ورود و توسعه ورزش همگانی در جمع میان کارگران شبکه سازی و جریان سازی ورزشی است گفت: هدف از ورود به ورزش در محیط کارگری این است که با کمترین فضا، سریعترین و جذابترین رقابتهای ورزشی و متنوع را در میان کارگران برگزار کنیم و در راستای ورزش قهرمانی که معتقدیم ورزش همگانی زیربنای توجه به ورزش قهرمانی است استعدادها و نخبگان ورزش را شناسایی کنیم.
جلیل پرداختی دبیر اجرایی هیئت ورزش همگانی کارگران استان که طراح و مجری کاروان شادی و نشاط در محیطهای کارگری است، نیز گفت: طرح اجرای برنامههای متنوع شاد و مسابقات ورزشی در محیطهای کارگری زمانی در ذهنم شعلهور شد که با مراجعات مکرر به محل کار این عزیزان و سرمایه داران، احساس کردم محیطهای سربسته از نظر روحی و روانی برای آنان مشکلاتی ایجاد کرده است، به همین خاطر انگیزه فعالیت بیشتر و خلاقیتهای ذهنی در میان این هنرمندان کاهش پیدا کرده است، بنابراین برحسب وظیفه ورزشی، طراحی کاروان سیار شادی و نشاط در محیطهای کارگری را مطرح کردم.
