اولین نشست خبری تبیین سیاست‌های اجرایی حوزه معاونت حمل و نقل و ترافیک و فنی عمران شهرداری مشهد در محل شهرداری مشهد برگزار شد و معاون حمل و نقل و ترافیک و سرپرست معاونت فنی و عمران شهرداری  گفت: در چند خیابان از جمله بولوار آزادی سه راه خیام و ورودی میدان  از ورودی کلانتری بار ترافیکی داشتیم که با اصلاح آن‌ها در قسمت های مختلف سعی در کاهش میزان ترافیک شهری داریم و مفتخریم که تا نیمه اسفندماه اقدامات زیادی در عرصه گره گشایی از ترافیک شهری صورت خواهد گرفت.

به گزارش صبح امروز خلیل ا… کاظمی با تبریک ایام دهه فجر گفت: با اعلام اینکه اصلاح دوربرگردان ها در دستور کار قرار داده شده است گفت: امیدواریم تا بتوانیم با سرمایه گذاری بخش خصوصی قدم های بزرگتری در راه توسعه حمل و نقل شهری برداریم در کوتاه مدت نیز با قدم هایی برداشته می شود مشکلات سطح شهر را حل میکنیم.

وی ادامه داد: دو نگاه کوتاه مدت و بلند مدت در حوزه حمل نقل و فنی عمران پیش رو داریم، در نگاه کوتاه مدت سعی بر اجرای پروژه های نرم افزاری و سخت افزاری در خصوص تامین نیازهای مجاورین و دغدغه آنان است اما در نگاه بلندمدت بیشتر نگاه در قالب بودجه سال آینده است که به کمک آن بتوانیم هزینه های سال های پیش رورا پوشش دهیم.

وی با تاکید بر اینکه بررسی عمیق‌تر این مسائل جهت رسیدن به اهداف و برنامه های این دو حوزه است گفت: حوزه حمل و نقل و ترافیک بخصوص در حوزه مربوط به حمل و نقل ریلی با هدف تسهیل رفت و آمد در سطح شهر برنامه ریزی شده است.

آغاز عملیات حداقل 5-6 تقاطع، پل و دوربرگردان غیرهمسطح در سال 98

وی در ادامه در پاسخ به سوالات خبرنگاران گفت: در نظر داریم حداقل 5-6 تقاطع، پل و دوربرگردان غیرهمسطح در نقاطی که دارای گره ترافیکی هستند از جمله میدان شهید فهمیده، بزرگراه شهید کلانتری، بولوار آزادی، میدان نمایشگاه، بولوار آیت‌الله هاشمی رفسنجانی، شهید چراغچی 13، میدان انقلاب و بولوار مصلی اجرا خواهد شد که از این میان 2 پروژه تا پایان سال به سمت انتخاب پیمانکار خواهیم رفت.

معاون حمل و نقل و ترافیک و سرپرست معاونت فنی و عمران شهرداری مشهد با اشاره به اینکه بودجه فنی و عمران سال آینده نسبت به سال جاری 100 درصد افزایش خواهد داشت، گفت: همچنین بودجه حوزه حمل و نقل و ترافیک نیز با رشد 40 درصدی همراه خواهد بود که می‌توانیم بسیاری از مشکلاتی که در این دوحوزه وجود دارد را برطرف کنیم.
وی افزود: در راستای کاهش گره‌های ترافیکی نیز تا پایان سال 15 طرح اصلاح هندسی معابر مشهد از جمله سراه خیام، دوربرگردان آزادی، ورودی به میدان آزادی، بولوار حر، بولوار شهید کلانتری، میدان هاشمیه و شهدای غواص تا 15 اسفند ماه طرح‌ها اصلاح هندسی‌شان اجرا خواهد شد.

بازگشایی بولوار نماز تا پایان بهمن ماه

کاظمی  همچنین با تایید طولانی شدن روند ساخت بولوار نماز گفت: با صحبت ها و برآوردهای صورت گرفته بولوار نماز تا پایان بهمن بازگشایی خواهد شد.

وی تاکید کرد: پارکینگ‌های سطح شهر در دو بخش خصوصی و دولتی به فعالیت خود ادامه می‌دهند البته براساس مطالعات صورت گرفته 300 هزار جای پارک جدید نیاز داریم که به دلیل حساسیت بالای این مساله برای ساخت پارکینگ های جدید  این پروژه ها با مدیریت تخصصی نیروهای جدید آغاز به کار خواهد کرد.

کاظمی با اشاره به احداث پارکینگ سلامت با ظرفیت 6هزار جای پارک در مسیر انتهایی خط 2 قطار شهری گفت:  طبق پیش بینی های صورت گرفته از سوی مدیران شهری و با اتصال سه خط قطار شهری در آینده ای نزدیک این پارکینگ برای توقف خودرو عابرانی طراحی شده است که بعد از استفاده از خطوط ریلی از خودرو خود در نزدیکترین محل ممکن استفاده کنند.

وی  ادامه داد: دو موضوع  در دستورکار ما در خصوص استفاده از دوچرخه وجود دارد، امیدواریم که با همکاری و سرمایه گذاری بخش خصوصی در این مسیر و آماده سازی خیابان های سطح شهر بتوانیم از این ظرفیت در جهت بهبود فضای رفت و آمد دوچرخه سواران فراهم کنیم.

وی با تاکید بر اینکه یکی از مهمترین مشکلات موجود در مساله دوچرخه در شهر عدم انسجام و نقطه اتصال این مسیرها به یکدیگر است گفت: تدابیری در این زمینه از جمله ایجاد فضایی در سطح پایین تر از پیاده رو برای دوچرخه‌ها داریم.

استفاده مجدد از اتوبوس های فرسوده

وی با تاکید بر اینکه احداث هر خط بی ار تی بیش از 5 میلیارد هزینه دارد گفت:  متاسفانه با افزایش نرخ ارز میزان هزینه ما برای خرید اتوبوس‌های جدید غیر ممکن شده است و یکی از برنامه های پیش روی ما در سال 98 تجهیز و رسیدگی مناسب به اتوبوسهای فرسوده و استفاده مجدد از آن است.
