همدلی در هیئت ووشو وجود ندارد
تیم ووشوی جوانان مشهد در لیگ ووشوی جوانان کشور حضور داشته و به عنوان مدعی صعود در گروه خود مطرح میباشد اما مشکلات مالی ممکن است این تیم را از ادامه مسیر قهرمانی بازداشته و حتی به انحلال بکشاند.
14 تیم در 2 گروه هفت تیمی در لیگ ووشوی جوانان کشور هم رقابت میکنند و در پایان مسابقات تیمهای اول و دوم هر گروه با دو تیم برتر گروه دیگر برای قرار گرفتن بر روی سکو مسابقه میدهند.
به گزارش ایرنا، در گروه نخست لیگ ووشوی جوانان تیمهای باشگاه مقاومت، هیئت ووشو نور، رنگ فیروزه شیراز، هیئت ووشو قزوین، سپاه سلمان، هیئت ووشو البرز و هیئت کردستان و در گروه دوم تیمهای هیئت مشهد، پرشین، افلاک، هیئت تهران، هیئت اردبیل، هیئت همدان و هیئت آذربایجان غربی حضور دارند.
بر این اساس 9 هیئت ووشو در این لیگ حضور دارند که یکی از آنها هیئت ووشوی مشهد اما گرفتار مشکلات مالی برای تامین هزینه پیگیری مسابقات است.
کسی به فکر تیم نیست
سرمربی تیم ووشو جوانان هیئت مشهد گفت: تیر ماه امسال برای حضور در لیگ ووشو جوانان کشور یک تیم جوان و با انگیزه تشکیل دادیم. با توجه به اینکه در استان سکوی استاندارد و خانه ووشو وجود ندارد به این نتیجه رسیدیم که در این مسابقات اگر ورزشکاران نتیجه هم نگیرند فرصت خوبی برای تمرین و روبرو شدن با حریفان کشوری به دست میآورند.
غلامعلی محمودی با بیان اینکه همه بازیکنان تیم جوانان از حاشیه شهر مشهد هستند افزود: این تیم متشکل از 16 نفر است و تاکنون 9 بازی انجام داده که هشت بازی با پیروزی و یک بازی با شکست همراه بوده است و اکنون با 24 امتیاز به عنوان تیم دوم پشت سر تیم پرشین 25 امتیازی قرار داریم و با توجه به دیدارهای باقی مانده میتوانیم در صورت کسب پیروزی به عنوان تیم نخست یا دوم صعود کنیم.
وی اظهار داشت: با توجه به مشکلات مالی بیشتر اعزامها با هزینه شخصی بوده است و هر ورزشکار با لباس و گرمکن شخصی خود در مسابقات حاضر میشود.
وی گفت: برخی تیمها در هر وزن با 2 بازیکن شرکت میکنند اما تیم ما در هر وزن با یک بازیکن شرکت میکند و گاهی با مصدومیت مسابقه میدهد.
محمودی افزود: برای تقویت تیم با چند ووشوکار صحبت کردیم اما گفتند تیمهای دیگر به آنها 20 تا 30 میلیون ریال میدهند و چون چنین پولی نداریم به تیم ما نیامدند.
وی اظهار داشت: هیئت استان نیز هیچ کمکی به تیم نکرده و همدلی در هیئت ووشو وجود ندارد اگر همدلی بود همه افراد مشکلات ووشوکاران و تیم را میدانند و پیگیر میشدند.
وی گفت: وقتی تفکر برخی افراد این باشد که تیم به نام هیئت مشهد است و ربطی به استان ندارد، نباید انتظاری بیش از این داشته باشیم و امید ما هم اکنون به مدیر کل ورزش و جوانان استان است تا مشکلات حل شود.
هزینه کم مشکلات زیاد
رئیس هیئت ووشو شهرستان مشهد هم گفت: با وجود اینکه هزینههای تیم ناچیز است اما مشکلات بسیاری در برابر تیم ووشو جوانان قرار دارد.
مجید صمدی حکاک افزود: هیئت استان نیز بودجه ندارد هرچند از وقتی وارد هیئت شدهایم مشکلات مالی وجود داشته است.
وی اظهار داشت: وظیفه هیئت شهرستان پایه سازی برای تیم استان و بزرگسالان است و با عدهای از ووشو کاران کم توقع و پرتلاش در لیگ شرکت کردهایم اما در هفتههای پایانی و با وجود نتایج فراتر از انتظار این تیم به مشکل خورده است.
هزینه تیمداری زیاد است
رئیس اداره تربیت بدنی مشهد هم گفت: هزینه تیمداری در لیگ زیاد است و با توجه به شرایط اقتصادی حامیان مالی در این زمینه وارد نمیشوند و یکی از مشکلات این است که در فصل بدی از نظر منابع پولی و مالی قرار داریم.
احمد صالحنژاد با بیان اینکه موافق تیمداری هیئتها در لیگ نیستیم افزود: اگر یک هیئت ورزشی بازیکنان و تیم خوبی داشته باشد حتما از آنها حمایت میکنیم و تاکنون هم به خصوص در هفتههای ابتدایی لیگ حمایتهایی از تیم هیئت مشهد انجام دادهایم، اکنون هم پیگیر هستیم.
منابع مالی نداریم
رئیس هیئت ووشو خراسان رضوی گفت: در ابتدای سال اعلام کردیم که هیئت استان به دلیل نداشتن منابع لازم، توان تیمداری ندارد و با توجه به این شرایط بیشتر اعزامهایی که به مسابقات مختلف داشتهایم با هزینه شخصی بوده است.
محمد زحمتکش ادامه داد: اداره تربیت بدنی مشهد و هیئت شهرستان توافق کردند که در لیگ ووشو تیم داشته باشند به همین خاطر صفر تا صد هزینهها هم بر عهده آنهاست.
وی افزود: اداره کل نیز بودجه هر شهرستان را به خود آنها میدهد و ارتباطی با استان ندارد.
وی اظهار داشت: برای اسپانسر هم با افراد مختلف صحبت کردهایم اما کسی حاضر به ورود به این عرصه نشده است.
وی گفت: هفته آینده برای حل مشکلات مالی این تیم دیداری با معاون امور توسعه ورزش اداره کل ورزش و جوانان داریم که امیدواریم مشکلات هر چه زودتر رفع شود.
اداره کل ورزش کمک میکند
معاون امور توسعه ورزش اداره کل ورزش و جوانان خراسان رضوی نیز گفت: سالن ورزشی کوثر به صورت رایگان در اختیار تیم ووشو جوانان قرار داده شده و در حد توان خود به تیمهای ورزشی کمک میکنیم.
امیر زارعی افزود: هیئت ووشوی استان هم باید تلاش کند، در هر حال تیم شهر مشهد زیر مجموعه استان است و نماینده این استان به حساب میآید.
وی اظهار داشت: اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان هم اکنون 50 تیم در لیگهای مختلف دارد و از سوی دیگر اعتبارات اداره کل زیاد نیست و با توجه به هزینههای اعزام انجام این امور در توان اداره کل نیست و هیئتها هم باید تلاش کنند.
وی با بیان اینکه هیئت بسکتبال چندین تیم در لیگ های مختلف مردان و زنان دارد و حامی مالی پیدا کردهاند گفت: هیئت ووشو شهرستان و استان هم باید جلو بیاید و اقدام کند زیرا اداره کل نمیتواند و توان تیمداری ندارد.
زارعی افزود: اعتبارات ورزشی به صورت فصلی ابلاغ میشود و بر اساس آنها میتوانیم کمک کنیم همچنین سرفصل آنها هم برای هزینه کردن مشخص است بنابراین نمیتوانیم در هر جایی که خواستیم اعتبارات را هزینه کنیم با این وجود جوانان ووشوکار با کمترین هزینه بهترین نتایج را گرفتهاند و تا مسابقه بعدی آنها که اعتبارات هم میرسد به آنها کمک خواهیم کرد.
هم اکنون تیم ووشو هیئت مشهد با سرمربیگری غلامعلی محمودی و مربیگری علی هاشمی در بخش تالو و مجتبی باقرزاده در بخش ساندا همراه با امیررضا فخرآبادی، علی آذری، مرتضی اسعدی، متین اطهریزاده، حسین کاظمزاده، اسدالله انعامی، حسین قدرتی، امیرحسین دهستانی، محراب فنایی، امیرحسین اسلامی، محمد خدادادی، امیرحسین نظری و مهدی خداشناس در لیگ ووشوی جوانان کشور شرکت کرده است.
این تیم دیدارهای بعدی خود را روز پنجم بهمن با تیمهای پرشین و هیئت همدان برگزار میکند.
خراسان رضوی دست کم هزار و 300 ووشوکار حرفهای و بیش از 30 مربی در ردههای مختلف سنی دارد که با مشکلات مختلف دست و پنجه نرم میکنند.
