از مسؤولان می‌خواهم کمک کنند پیکر شوهرم بازگردد

حدود 10 روز پیش خبری فضای رسانه‌ای کشور را در شوک و تاسف فرو برد. داستان غم‌انگیز جانباز مشهدی که در غربت و شرایط سخت جان خود را از دست داد. شاید حتی شنیدن این داستان باورنکردنی بود اما متاسفانه اهمال مسئولان مربوطه فاجعه به بار آورده‌بود.

قاسم رضایی جانباز 30 درصد اعصاب و روان اهل مشهد بود که در تیرماه سال گذشته با خانواده به تهران می آید و در پارک افسریه تهران از خانواده خود جدا می شود. قاسم رضایی که در فضای مجازی با نام قاسم شناخته شد 2 ماه بعد آن روز به عنوان تبعه افغان در شهر قم بازداشت و پس از انتقال به  اردوگاه اتباع افغان به یکی از روستاهای دور افتاده افغانستان منتقل شد.

متاسفانه این جانباز اعصاب و روان  به دلیل شرایط جانبازی در زمان دستگیری و انتقال  قادر به یادآوری هویت خود نبوده و بعد از مدتی در شرایطی دردناک در ولایت نیمروز افغانستان به دلیل گرسنگی و تشنگی  از دنیا می  رود و در همان منطقه دفن می‌شود. خانواده قاسم رضایی بعد از مشخص شدن سرنوشت وی، خواستار بازگرداندن پیکر او شده اند اما از آنجایی که در همان منطقه ای که وی دفن شده است 50 قبر ناشناس دیگر وجود دارد شناسایی و انتقال پیکر وی با مشکل مواجه شده است.

«از مسؤولان می‌خواهم کمک کنند پیکر شوهرم بازگردد. وقتی فکر می‌کنم او چطور از دنیا رفته آنقدر ناراحت می‌شوم که آرزو می‌کنم ای‌کاش خودم هم بمیرم.»

به گزارش فارس، این کلمات زنی است که یک سال تمام به دنبال شوهرش گشته‌است، و در پاسخ به سوال خبرنگار که از او می‌پرسد از طرف بنیاد کسی پیگیر کار شما شد می‌گوید: دیروز از بنیاد شهید به خانه ما آمدند و قرار شد پیکر همسرم را برگردانند.

مدارک ما را هم برای پیگیری گرفتند و البته گفتند که چرا رفتید با رسانه ها صحبت کردید؟ من هم گفتم در این یک سال همه جا رفتم و کسی جوابم را نداده است. الان هم به دنبال عذرخواهی نیسیتم، فقط می خواهیم که پیکر شوهرم را برگردانند.

محل دفن او مشخص است اما نمی دانند در کدام قبر دفن شده است. حالا هم تنها خواسته‌ای که ما داریم این است که پیکر همسرم را به ما برگردانند.

بعد از رسانه‌ای شدن موضوع که انگار زیاد هم به مذاق مسئولان خوش نیامده بود، واکنش‌های زیادی بخصوص درفضای مجازی شکل گرفت اما در عمل هنوز اتفاق خاصی برای تنها درخواست خانواده شهید رضایی نیافتاده است.

اما درکنار انفعال مسئولان استانی و نمایندگان مشهد در مجلس شورای اسلامی روزگذشته نایب رئیس فراکسیون ایثارگران مجلس شورای اسلامی در واکنشی شدید خواستار رسیدگی هرچه سریعتر وزارت کشور و بنیاد شهید به این ماجرا شد.

ورود فراکسیون ایثارگران به پرونده شهید قاسم رضایی

نایب رئیس فراکسیون ایثارگران مجلس شورای اسلامی با ابراز تاسف از سرنوشت قاسم رضایی جانباز اعصاب و روانی که در افغانستان به شهادت رسید، گفت: اگر سکوت وزارت کشور در این باره ادامه داشته باشد فراکسیون ایثارگران ساکت نخواهد نشست.

غلامعلی جعفر زاده ایمن آبادی در خصوص اتفاقی که برای قاسم رضایی یکی از جانبازان جنگ تحمیلی رخ داده بود، گفت: متاسفانه مطلع شدیم سال گذشته  بر اثر سهل انگاری نیروی انتظامی و وزارت کشور یکی از جانبازان عزیز ما که از مشهد به تهران آمده بوده، به عنوان این که تبعه افغانستان است، دستگیر می شود و  این فرد به این دلیل که جراحات ناشی از جنگ بر اعصاب و روان داشته نمی تواند به بازداشت کنندگان بفهماند که جانباز جنگ و ایرانی است.

نماینده مردم رشت در مجلس شورای اسلامی ادامه داد: متاسفانه همان گونه که در خبرها آمد این جانباز عزیز در حالت بسیار نابسامانی در یکی از روستاهای افغانستان بر اثر سرما و گرسنگی شهید می شود.

نایب رئیس فراکسیون مستقلین ولایی مجلس اظهار کرد: این حادثه خسارت بسیار عمیقی بر قلب ایثارگران وارد کرده و جانبازان و ایثارگران ما از این موضوع بسیار ناراحت هستند. همچنین  در همین رابطه شکایات متعددی به فراکسیون ایثارگران رسیده است.

این نماینده مجلس دهم گفت: ما از دستگاه های رسیدگی کننده تقاضا داریم کسانی که این قصور را انجام داده اند، طبق قانون با اشد مجازات روبرو شوند و بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران جهت دلجویی از خانواده این عزیز اقدام کند. همچنین تمهیداتی نیز اتخاذ شود که این نوع از ایثارگران مدارک یا نشانه هایی داشته باشند که بتوانند با آن هویت خودشان را به اثبات برسانند.

جعفرزاده بیان داشت: که همه ما می دانیم که این ها روح و روانشان را برای آسایش امروز ما از دست داده اند و انتظار می رود خساراتی مادی و معنوی که به خانواده شهید قاسم رضایی و به جامعه ایثارگری وارد شده، به زودی جبران شود.

نایب رئیس فراکسیون ایثارگران مجلس ادامه داد: بنده متاسفم که در این چند روز هم متولیان امر مخصوصاً وزیر کشور و رئیس بنیاد شهید اقدامی در جهت دلجویی و پاسخ گویی انجام نداده اند که اگر این سکوت ادامه پیدا کند مجلس و فراکسیون ایثارگران در حق خواهی خانواده این بزرگوار ساکت نخواهد نشست.
