مدیرکل آموزش و پرورش خراسانرضوی گفت: میزان بدهی شهرداری به آموزش و پرورش از سال 91 تا پایان سال 96 رقمی حدود 54 میلیارد تومان است.
قاسمعلی خدابنده، همچنین درباره طلب آموزش و پرورش از شهرداری مشهد افزود: بر اساس مصوبه شورای شهر که به شهرداری مشهد اجازه داده شده بود برای دریافت 3 درصد عوارض صدور پروانههای ساختمانی و نوسازی و پرداخت آن به آموزش و پرورش اقدام کند، این رقم از سال 91 تا پایان 96 پرداخت نشده است.
وی تصریح کرد: سال گذشته شورای شهر جدید بر این مصوبه صحه گذاشت و قرار شد پرداخت شود، رقم دقیق میزان پرداختی را ندارم، اما میزان بدهی شهرداری به آموزش و پرورش از سال 91 تا پایان سال 96 رقمی حدود 54 میلیارد تومان است.
وی همچنین درباره احتمال تجمیع برخی مدارس روستایی نیز گفت: اگر قرار باشد برخی از مدارس روستایی تجمیع شوند، آموزش و پرورش هزینه ایاب و ذهاب دانش آموزان را پرداخت می کند.
مدیرکل آموزش و پرورش استان همچنین در پاسخ به سوالی درباره ادعای اجرای سند 2030 در برخی از مدارس استان نیز گفت: طبق ابلاغ وزیر آموزش و پرورش اجرای این سند در مدارس کلا منتفی شده است و اجرای آن در مدارس استان را قویا تکذیب می کنیم.
مدیر کل آموزش و پرورش استان همچنین درباره پایین بودن سرانه فضای آموزشی در استان نسبت به کشور نیز اظهار کرد: سرانه فضای آموزشی در کشور 2/5 درصد است که این آمار در استان 2/4 درصد است، ضمن این که بیشترین تراکم دانش آموزان در حاشیه شهر مشهد و علاوه بر این بیش از یک سوم مدارس استان فرسوده است.
وی یادآور شد: در زمینه هوشمند سازی مدارس نیز در هر مدرسه مستقر در مشهد حداقل یک کلاس هوشمند سازی شده ، ما مشکل تجهیزات نداریم، مشکل این است که این موضوع توسط همکاران ما جدی گرفته نمی شود.همچنین رمضان نیری سرپرست دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان در این نشست با بیان این که دانشگاه در استان مجوز تاسیس تمامی 16 رشته دانشگاه فرهنگیان کشور را گرفته است افزود: در سال تحصیلی جدید ما در 11 رشته ورودی خواهیم داشت.
