بانک مرکزی گزارش خردهفروشی کالاها را در هفته منتهی به نوزدهم مردادماه اعلام کرد که بر این اساس، نرخ لبنیات ۱۳.۹ درصد، تخم مرغ ۱.۳ درصد، برنج ۰.۲ درصد، حبوب ۰.۳ درصد، میوههای تازه ۰.۶ درصد، سبزیهای تازه ۰.۷ درصد، گوشت قرمز ۴.۳ درصد، گوشت مرغ ۷.۴ درصد، قند و شکر ۱۳.۹ درصد، چای ۰.۹ درصد و روغن نباتی ۰.۲ درصد نسبت به هفته قبل از آن افزایش یافت.
لبنیات و تخم مرغ
در هفته مورد گزارش در گروه لبنیات قیمت کره پاستوریزه نسبت به هفته قبل ثابت بود. بهای پنیرغیرپاستوریزه معادل ۰.۱ درصد کاهش ولی قیمت سایر اقلام بین ۷.۱ درصد تا ۲۶.۳ درصد افزایش داشت. بهای تخم مرغ معادل ۸.۶ درصد افزایش یافت و شانهای ۱۳۶ هزار تا ۲۲۰ هزار ریال فروش میرفت.
برنج و حبوب
همچنین در این هفته در گروه برنج، قیمت برنج وارداتی غیر تایلندی معادل ۰.۸ درصد، برنج داخلی درجه یک و درجه دو به ترتیب ۰.۱ درصد و ۰.۵ درصد افزایش داشت. در گروه حبوب بهای لوبیا چیتی بدون تغییر بود. قیمت لپه نخود معادل ۰.۲ درصد و لوبیا قرمز ۱.۵ درصد کاهش ولی بهای سایر اقلام بین ۰.۲ درصد تا ۱.۴ درصد افزایش یافت.
میوهها و سبزیهای تازه
در هفته مورد بررسی، در میادین زیر نظر شهرداری اقلام میوه و سبزی تازه که تعدادی از آنها از نظر کیفی در مقایسه با سایر میوهفروشیها متفاوت بودند، به نرخ مصوب سازمان میادین میوه و ترهبار عرضه میشد. میوهفروشیهای سطح شهر اقلام میوه و سبزی تازه را عرضه میکردند که در گروه میوههای تازه قیمت انگور معادل ۱۶ درصد، خربزه یک درصد و موز ۰.۸ درصد افزایش ولی بهای سایر اقلام این گروه بین ۰.۹ درصد تا ۱۲.۴ درصد کاهش داشت. در گروه سبزیهای تازه قیمت گوجه فرنگی معادل ۳.۸ درصد، بادنجان ۳ درصد، لوبیا سبز ۰.۲ درصد و سبزیهای برگی ۲.۹ درصد افزایش ولی بهای سایر اقلام بین ۱.۳ درصد تا ۳.۳ درصد کاهش یافت.
گوشت قرمز و گوشت مرغ
در هفته مورد گزارش قیمت گوشت گوسفند معادل ۳.۲ درصد، گوشت تازه گاو و گوساله ۸.۲ درصد و گوشت مرغ ۷.۴ درصد افزایش داشت.
قند، شکر، چای و روغن نباتی
در این هفته بهای روغن نباتی جامد ثابت بود. قیمت قند معادل ۱۳.۳ درصد، شکر ۱۴.۷ درصد، چای خارجی ۰.۹ درصد و روغن نباتی مایع ۰.۳ درصد افزایش یافت.

طبق اعلام بانک مرکزی، قیمت خُرده فروشی لبنیات در هفته منتهی به نوزدهم مردادماه نسبت به هفته مشابه سال قبل ۳۳.۲ درصد، تخم مرغ ۴۳.۸ درصد، برنج ۱۰.۱ درصد، حبوب ۱.۵ درصد، میوههای تازه ۷۱.۳ درصد، سبزیهای تازه ۲۳.۷ درصد، گوشت قرمز ۳۴.۵ درصد، گوشت مرغ ۲۱.۵ درصد، قند و شکر ۱۷ درصد، چای ۲۰.۲ درصد و روغن نباتی ۱۰.۷ درصد رشد داشت.
