خراسان آماده همکاری برای مهار کانون گرد و غبار ترکمنستان است
مدیرکل منابع طبیعی و آبخیزداری خراسان رضوی گفت: آماده همکاری و تبادل تجربیات چند دهه خود با جمهوری ترکمنستان برای مهار و مدیریت کانون گرد و غبار در آن کشور همسایه هستیم.
علیرضا صحرایی افزود: یکی از کانونهایی گرد و غبار خارجی که خرداد ماه امسال کیفیت هوای مشهد را به شدت تحت تاثیر منفی قرار داد کانون قره قوم در کشور ترکمنستان واقع در شمال خراسان رضوی است.
وی ادامه داد: در رایزنیهای انجام شده از طریق وزارت امور خارجه جمهوری اسلامی ایران اعلام کرده ایم حاضریم در مهار و مدیریت این کانون ایجاد گرد و غبار با ترکمنستان کمک و همکاری لازم را داشته باشیم.
مدیرکل منابع طبیعی و آبخیزداری خراسان رضوی به چندین دهه تجربه در مهار کانونهای بحرانی و عرصه های بیابانی اشاره و بیان کرد: از سال 1343 کار مهار کانونهای بحرانی در این استان شروع و موجب شده هم اکنون کانون فعالی که منجر به معضل ریزگرد در شرق کشور نداشته باشیم.
وی گفت: حاضریم 54 سال تجربه فنی در این زمینه را باتوجه به امکانات فنی خوبی که در همین چارچوب در اختیار داریم برای بهبود وضعیت کانون گرد و غبار ترکمنستان که شهر مشهد را تحت تاثیر جدی قرار داد با کشور همسایه به اشتراک بگذاریم.
صحرایی افزود: تاکنون اطلاعات کامل و دقیقی از کانونهای فعال ریزگرد در ترکمنستان به دست ما نرسیده اما ملاک عمل و سطح همکاری مد نظر، سطح تهدیدکننده هوای مشهد است. ریزگردها در هر منطقه ای شامل سه محدوده ‘برداشت، انتقال و انباشت' هستند که در مورد اخیر کانون گرد و غبار ترکمنستان منطقه برداشت و شهرهای سرخس و قوچان محدوده برداشت و کلانشهر مشهد منطقه انباشت گرد و غبار بود.
کیفیت هوای مشهد خرداد ماه گذشته 11 روز تحت تاثیر ریزگردها، آلوده و در وضعیت هشدار قرار گرفت. شدت آلودگی شاخص کیفیت هوای این کلانشهر را برای سه روز در وضعیت اضطرار و یک روز در وضعیت خطرناک قرار داد.
