رئیس شورای اسلامی شهر مشهد با بیان این موضوع که شهرداری و شورای شهر توسعه متوازن و عدالت محور را سرلوحه فعالیتهای خود قرار دادهاند، خاطرنشان کرد: چنانچه نهادهای توانمندی که در مشهد حضور دارند، زمینهایی در اختیار را چند موسسه قرار دهند و شهرداری هم مجوز ساخت و بهرهبرداری را صادر کند، هزینه ساختوساز برای قشر کمبضاعت 50 درصد کاهش مییابد.

در ادامه این مراسم، معاون اقتصادی شهردار مشهد با اشاره بهاین موضوع که تاکنون قرارداد ساخت 4 هزار واحد مسکونی ارزانقیمت بسته شده است، گفت: شهرداری مشهد در ابتدای فعالیت خود درخواست ساخت 10 هزار واحد مسکونی داشت که ما حدود 5 هزار واحد را پذیرفتیم.
رضا خواجه نائینی هدف از این طرح را ایجاد الگوی سکونت مطلوبتر در مناطق کم برخوردار دانست و اضافه کرد: خوشبختانه کمترین مشکلات را در پروژههای مشارکتی- مسکونی داریم.
